We weee hungry for dinner, so we ordered almost immediately. I got the salmon, and I wasn't too impressed. The cut of salmon was good and the temp was good, but everything else on the plate, the sauce, spinach and mashed potatoes, didn't all go together well. Beef bourgignon was a pretty classic, well-executed interpretation. We didn't really have room for dessert, but the crepes suzette was very nice too. One of the best meals we've had in years.
