Someone had given me a gift certificate so I went in with high expectations- they had met it in every way. When I had walked into the store, it was busy, yes, but they paid attention to me and kept me satisfied while I waited. The woman in the waiting area was kind and helpful. I got a manicure and pedicure and despite going ago, my nails have not chipped and they're just as nice as they were when I first got one. What is important to mention is that there was construction going on during the time I was there, however the place was still clean and nothing seemed wrong. I look forward to returning to this salon in a few weeks and coming back as a regular customer.

Her hair was perfection, each strand of hair was in its place and the cut was so flattering as well as her color. I asked for the referral. I called Ela and scheduled 2 appointments for myself and my daughter. Last time I had a haircut this good was 17 years ago when I lived in NYC. I plan on scheduling a facial and few other pampering treatments soon. Thank you!
