I went here with a Groupon coupon because I read all the fantastic reviews. Went I went there, I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment. When I showed her the owner of the Groupon I purchased, she wanted to charge me $60 more without any specific reason other than the Groupon was only for 1 (ONE) eye. The next day I woke up with an eye infection see pictures attached. The same person that did my eyelashes just finished doing a pedicure, and I did not see him washing his hands. I should've asked. Please do not go here for eyelashes; it is not a place for them. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. There are many options out there. I suggest doing your research before paying. read more

DO NOT COME HERE-- IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I made an appointment for 3:15 and then had to move it to 3:46 and they were okay with it. At first all was going well as I sat for scheduled mani pedis with my mom. Unfortunately after moving to get our manicure done MY nail tech disappeared for over 20 minutes. I asked repeatedly where she went and no one gave me a straight answer. They said they were busy today and I asked "Then why did you take the appointment? It's not like I just walked in. You don't start and then leave in the middle of doing a client's nails." They brushed me off. Meanwhile, my mom finished her entire manicure and starting drying. Another girl getting her nails done complained because she was sitting there waiting with acrylics on. I decided I no longer wanted the manicure since my mom would now have to wait for me which defeats the purpose of us going together. They've lost 2 customers and I made that clear. This place is mismanaged and disgraceful. Their drying machines suck too. You've been warned. read more

I liked the decorations and they seemed nice, however I am upset I had to pay for a manicure I could have done better with my eyes closed. I came in with long, even nails and left with nails of different shapes, sizes and angles. My nails we're filed crooked and slanted, each nail has a drastically different shape and length. My nails are bumpy and jagged on the ends. The worst part of it all is that the woman left a hair in my gel manicure and set it with the UV light. Now I will have a hair in my nails for the next month. On top of all of that she painted nail polish on my skin and now it's stuck. Better off going anywhere else for a manicure. Update: day 2 of this manicure and layers of my gel have chipped off, I have done nothing to bring this upon my nails. read more

WORST PLACE EVER - if I could write a review giving 0 points I would. And this is coming from a person that never wrote a review before, especially not a negative one. I went to this spot with long acrylic nails asking for an acrylic filling. I showed a picture to the lady of how I wanted my nails - long and thin (see before after picture). She started off cutting my nails way too short - thinking she would know what she does, I let her continue. All of a sudden another lady came into play and took over to reshape my nails. The first nail she showed me turned out ok but when i saw what she did to my other nails afterwards I couldn't believe my eyes. Short, chunky, skewed and different lengths for each nail! Then the First Lady took over again. Trying to be nice and polite, I told her that this is not what I was asking for, referring to the picture that I showed her and the other lady in the very beginning. Instead of showing insight and making an effort to fix the situation, she reacted totally defensive, tried to blame me and picked up an argument with me. Having enough of the situation I told her to finish up and that I wanted to leave. Here comes the most ridiculous part - she made me pay for it! Annoyed to the max, I paid the FULL price and went out (probably my fault but I just wanted to get out of this place). I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years now...I have never experienced anything like that before. When I saw this salon had opened, I was delighted that there was a place to go near my office that was more affordable than its local competitor. The first time I went, I got a pedicure and it was decent enough. I wouldn't say it was the best pedicure I ever received but I wasn't disappointed either. The second time I went, I wanted a manicure and massage. The young girl that started the manicure was clearly new because she didn't have a clue what to do and kept asking the other technicians for help. She removed my polish and filed my nails so gingerly you'd think she was working with a Faberge egg. It was taking so long and eventually another technician stepped in to take over. I chalked it up to her being new and left satisfied after the more experienced person finished my service. Today I went to have a pedicure and got the same girl. It has been at least a month since I've been there and she hasn't really improved. From her I received the worst pedicure of my life. She started with the tentative polish removal and filing and proceeded to nip me three times with the cuticle nippers. I yelped in pain and asked her to be more careful and told her I hoped I didn't get an infection. That was followed by a massage that was alternately painful and tentative, then the polish. It took close to an hour and after she nipped me, every five minutes she said she was sorry. At first it was sincere and heartfelt, then after the 15th time it just got annoying. It would have been nice to receive a discount or some offer of recompense. It would have been nicer if one of the more experienced technicians, who heard me cry out, would have stepped in again. I will most likely not go to this salon again. read more

My friend gets her nails done by Lulu and swears by her. I went to this place with high hopes and good spirits. The ambiance is very nice. I showed my tech The shape I wanted (taped square) and showed her exactly what it looked like using a diagram of different nail shapes. The first woman that started my nails proceeded to "prep" and put on my tips and file them into a coffin shape (not what I asked for) she then tagged in woman #2 as she went to start someone else's pedicure. I mentioned to tech #2 that this was not the shape i asked for she nodded and shakily applied acrylic to my nails. As she finished tech #1 taps in and come to do the shaping. They didn't communicate that that was not in fact that shape I asked for but did however discuss the length of my nails in their native language as she picked up my nail clippings and showed tech #2 how little she removed. All in all after getting tagged teamed on my full set, and getting a shape I didn't ask for. 4 days later a nail broke. I came back to get it fixed and 4 days after this incident i noticed 4/10 nails were lifting. When I came back the woman in charged claimed it was because my nails were too long which is confusing because a brand new full set shouldn't be lifting within 8 days of installation. I paid $70 for some extended pistachio shells and made 3 very unsatisfactory trips back to this nail salon. Safe to say I will not be returning. read more

I got a manicure here and I should have known something was wrong when I saw a tissue with blood spots on it at the manicure station. The technician cut my nails with a rusted pair of nail clippers and proceeded to cut my cuticles so close that two of my cuticles started bleeding. One of my fingers is now swollen. My nails don't look nice and my pinky is inflamed. I will not be returning. read more

Made an appointment to have eye lash extensions done. I happen to have my aunt come with me to my appointment I just wanted for my aunt to see how eye lash extensions where done. The manager was not nice at all rude to me and my aunt that she could not come into the room her excuse was that we would talk during the process!!! I allowed the lady to start the process she clearly did not know what she was doing ignoring the fact that I told her to make sure she uses sensitive glue!!!! Clearly I have had eye lash extensions before so I know what to expect. The process was a disaster she had to leave the room after 10 mins to get someone else to help complete the process she didn't use sensitive glue making my eyes red,watery and burning what I knew would happened if sensitive glue was used. Really like this salon. It's quiet and located in a place where It's not too busy or filled to capacity with people. Usual wait for myself is about 15 mins or less unless I go on a weekend... I appreciate that they take their time and do my nails, hardly ever feel rushed and usually spend an hour there for a gel mani and pedicure compared to other salons where it's wham bam good bye. Prices are about the same comparatively, so it's a win win. read more

TERRIBLE! I went for the first time to get my eyelash extensions done there last week... they were absolutely unprofessional and unsanitary. The woman did such a bad job, they are already falling off, they were done unevenly as if she put them on backwards - curling every which way. An absolute disaster and when I questioned her why they looked like this, her only response was "Your eyelash goes like that". During my session, I was also supposed to be getting my nails done, to which the guy began to soak my hands in the acetone to remove the gel and then stopped to go help someone else, I sat with the acetone on my hands for 20 min before I kindly asked if the guy was coming back. The woman who was doing my eyelashes, stopped, removed the acetone, did not wash her hands and then continued with the horrible job. I now have an infection on my lower lid as well. Don't bother - completely unprofessional and speaks terrible for the town of Greenwich - beyond ghetto! DO NOT GO HERE! read more
