Pistachio pizza

Noble At the Hill is located on the golf course and is beautifully decorated inside and the outdoor space is spectacular. Went on a triple date and the restaurant was picked as Noble at The Hills offers a stunning dining experience with its beautiful setting on a golf course and a patio that provides spectacular views. The ambiance alone made for a great experience whether to go for a drink or a meal. The service is excellent, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless dining experience. The manager even made a point to check in, adding a personal touch that enhances the overall experience. The menu focuses on American Italian cuisine. The truffle hot chicken wings were crispy and nicely sauced but no one could taste any truffle. The garlic Parmesan wings were cooked nicely but lacked any garlic or parmesan flavours. The Daily risotto was a really nice with fresh, vibrant flavors. Everyone at the table really enjoyed it. The rigatoni alla vodka was equally remarkable, featuring freshly made pasta enveloped in a luscious, well-balanced sauce. For pizza lovers, the Honey Trap pizza is a must-try. The Mortadella and Pistachio Pizza was a miss for us though. Noble at The Hills combines a beautiful setting, excellent service, and outstanding food to create a dining experience that is hard to beat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal in a picturesque location.

It was cold and dreary and Oysterfest didn't have what I wanted, so we walked down to Gateway 1890…read morebecause I saw an ad that said they had po'boys. I've passed this many times, and never gone in. We sat at the bar, and it was slammed so service was a little slow, but overall good for the number of people. The bartender was friendly and indulged my curiosity about the bottom filling glasses - it's VERY cool. There are a good number of things on tap, and it was cool to see for the first time. We were lucky enough to get one of two of the last po'boys in the place, and just a normal burger with a salad. The salad wasn't skimpy, it was a good sized side salad, which was a nice surprise. They have sidewinder fries, which I didn't know were giganticly thick curly fries. Not my absolute fave, but they were at least crispy. The sandwich was FILLED with oysters and had some falling out on the side. I would guess because it was towards the end - not enough to make another sandwich, so let's just give this place the extra 3-4 that we have. It was DELISH, and there was a hearty serving of fries, most of which I took home. The burger was good - pretty simple as we didn't want to overdo it, but I'm super happy we went here instead of trying our luck in filling the void down the street.

You'd never really pay a lot of attention to the building, coming up on it from the street (I couldn't believe it when she turned into the parking lot, thinking she must have had some errand to do first). She had to lead me inside along the speakeasy passage to the tunnel, it was so dark. I thought it was styled very fun and cute when my eyes recovered and adjusted. I wasn't super hungry so I only had the fried breaded pickles and the house battered prawns--both were great, but those prawns were something else. They were some of the best things I've ever put in my mouth--ever! Perfectly cooked, huge and moist and so flavorful. Their cocktail menu is great with lots of choices--we loved our drinks. We also loved Athena, our bartender and server, who had wonderful suggestions for us and was just wonderful in so very many ways. I so want to go back!
