Took my car there primarily because they went through my insurance. I got into a fender bender…read morewhere my front and back bumper were damaged. I got a rental car for 30 days paid by my insurance through another company and then anything after they I had to pay. About 3 weeks in they called stating my car was ready for pick up and said it took a little longer because 1 of my parts had to be welded by a 3rd party. When I came to pick up my car only the back bumper was done. I came back in immediately and said only half of the car is done. So they took my car back and I kept the rental so they could finish the car. They said they initially didn't see the front bumper was damaged, and that it was at the bottom of the claim. It ended up going over 30 days so then I had to pay almost $300 for extra days for the rental. I asked for them to refund the rental cost due to them having me come in when my car wasn't ready and that they could have potentially finished everything while they were waiting for the 3rd party. I understand sometimes repairs take longer than 30 days but this was not that much repairs and they made it an inconvenience for me having to come back and forth. I was going round and round with staff at this facility and managers who would never call me back or return my emails. Made multiple phone calls with them stringing me along to still never hear back and still not get refunded.

I just dont wish this frustration and stress on anyone. My car's condition is worse than how it was brought in. The technician half fixed some issues but caused more. Ive had to zip tie my bumber on because it was not fully attached. The customer service depends on who answers the phone. Some lie, blamed & yelled at me, then over the phone repeatedly pressed buttons on the phone. Others try and would apologize but their excuses and lack of follow up is frustrating. Management hasn't shown effort to fix the problem. Regional or corporate must know because there has been at least a couple manager changes since this issue started. I have yet to be contacted after I reached out to corporate last year.
