I ripped most of not all of them off my self and it is sitting fine now. The service it self is decent, the biggest issue that causes issues like this to occur is management failure and short staffing. 3 people including the manager were working on a ton of cars back to back to back. It seems as upper management is pushing too much around the store causing these back ups to occur which then leads to not just service failures but experience failures and people feeling as if they got scammed, well I kinda did $350 for a single tire is insane.

I came to them to find out what was wrong with my engine, although i got a…read morediagnostic from autozone and let them know they said i needed a MAF sensor, but they told me all it was, was the air filters and low oil codes popping up. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!
