Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

Like the battery The second visit was to the change the battery, since the battery light came on. During the visit I was told that it was more than the battery. That I needed to get a new alternator. Okay. I spend over $11,00 on repairs. Two weeks later I am out of state and lights are coming on. I call and get no answer. Welp, there isn't much I can do out of state so I decided to wait until I am back in town. Fast forward. I come home 3 wks later and while I am driving in the middle lane my steering wheel locks up on me. I can't control the car. My daughter is is getting a little panicked. I hit the hazard lights. I had to stay calm and let the car drift as I decelerate. I still don't know how I made it over to the right lane shoulder, but some how I did. I called precision tune immediately and they are like, bring the car in. Ummm sir, the thing won't move. He proceeds to tell me about being short staffed. I called my insurance company, which I thankfully have roadside assistance. They tow the car to Precision Tune. I left the car there for the whole wknd. That all ended today and I will not be returning. I know when you go get your oil changed they try to upsell you on a bunch of services that you don't necessarily need. When I pulled in, I said all I wanted was an oil change. The worker Franklin tried to pressure me into a bunch of different services that I explicitly said I wasn't interested in. When I said no, he kept doubling down and even said some quite rude things. When I refused to have them change my air filter, he said I don't take care of my car or "show my car love". He kept repeating this for me and the other employees to hear. I have family that can service my car if I need it, but I don't like to bother them with my oil change. When I told Franklin I'd have my brother look at my filter, he said "if your brother really took care of your car then why are you here getting your oil changed instead of having him do it?" He then claimed my brother must not take care of his car either. (??) He also gave me a hard time about how my car had too much oil in it, which he said is worse than not having enough oil. He went on and on before I told him THEY changed my oil five months ago and I haven't touched it since. So if anyone overfilled it, it would've been them. I understand sales and upselling but this was blatantly rude and overly confrontational. I don't know if it's because I'm a young woman and he assumed it would be an easy sell, but I will absolutely not be giving them any more of my business and I'm telling all of my friends and family to avoid them.
