I stopped in there to schedule an appointment, and they asked if I could leave my car right then. That was awesome for me. They called me a couple hours later to tell me what the problem was and quoted me a price. A couple more hours and they called to tell me my car was done. That was awesome to me to stop in without an appointment and get my car fixed all in one day. They are all very nice and their pricing is very fair. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

Like the battery The second visit was to the change the battery, since the battery light came on. During the visit I was told that it was more than the battery. That I needed to get a new alternator. Okay. I spend over $11,00 on repairs. Two weeks later I am out of state and lights are coming on. I call and get no answer. Welp, there isn't much I can do out of state so I decided to wait until I am back in town. Fast forward. I come home 3 wks later and while I am driving in the middle lane my steering wheel locks up on me. I can't control the car. My daughter is is getting a little panicked. I hit the hazard lights. I had to stay calm and let the car drift as I decelerate. I still don't know how I made it over to the right lane shoulder, but some how I did. I called precision tune immediately and they are like, bring the car in. Ummm sir, the thing won't move. He proceeds to tell me about being short staffed. I called my insurance company, which I thankfully have roadside assistance. They tow the car to Precision Tune. I left the car there for the whole wknd. I get a call the day after dropping it off stating that it was a bad alternator they put in and that these things sometimes happen. Sorry, but my family was in the car and they could've died. So I won't frequent this establishment again.

Albert, who prides himself in customer service, was great when he was collecting money... not so much when the right thing to do was give it back. Something wasn't tightened enough, so some reading was off... yada yada. Just do your job and when you screw the pooch, own it. The car's alignment went in to get fixed and came out with scoliosis. Which left me in a position where I had to hold the wheel, turned 20 degrees down to the left, to make the car go straight. This was after almost crashing not 20 seconds after I left NTB because when Inout the wheel straight for a second the tires and car went hard right, almost causing a multi car accident. When I brought the car back, having to miss work the rest of the day... Albert reacted to me talking about his staff's mistake, which put my safety and others in jeopardy... by telling me that I'm not perfect either and I make mistakes. Defensive ego for dinner anyone? King of Customer Service until it hits the old ego. Albert firmly said I cannot give you any money back. Until within 15 minutes his corporate Customer Service manager told him to give me $50 back of the $119 that I paid for the alignment, to go with 2 new tires. Not to mention the $180 I lost for work which was supposed to be from 5-7pm... due to user error in the service department. Now I sit here at 5:56pm, still waiting for the same way of thinking that got me into this problem... to try and fix the problem they made. Plenty of fish in the sea and tire shops in the Baltimore area. Avoid this one like the plague... Wheel still has to turn to the left to make the car go straight, after they spent more time "fixing it". I asked the attendant when he gave me the car keys if it was working now. His answer... better than before. Life is all about things being in alignment. This NTB location and now my car, are not.

First of all I had an appointment at 7:30am yet the guy who did the oil change didn't even show up until 8. I also needed to have my wipers replaced and the guy behind the counter first told me that it would be $100 extra and when I told him that was ridiculous, he punched a few more buttons and then told me it would be $50, so I said to go ahead. This was at 8 and by 8:15 they tried to sell me brakes (which had just been replaced last year and the car doesn't get driven that much), so I told them no. By 9am the oil change was done and they were still waiting for the wipers to be delivered from a store 10 minutes away, I decided to give them a little more time but by 9:30, they were still saying they were waiting for the wipers, so I told them to forget it and ring me out. Between the oil change ($75) and ($25)for the oil filter it ended up soaking me for $120 total.
