I took my car to Firestone for what I thought was a simple taillight change, but it turns out I had a much deeper electrical issue that required a place specializing in European cars to fix. Dealerships are always overpriced, but the woman at Firestone recommended Euromotive to me. I'm so glad she did. They were honest, great at communicating, and thorough. They even gave me options for the repair (new part or used part) and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. All in all I got a used part (electronics module) and the total with labor was about $700, versus $1,100 if I opted for a new part. They communicate via text which I love as a busy manager who is often on work calls all day. They also send your quote electronically, you can authorize the repair electronically, and you can even Apple Pay for your service from your phone!
