They also have not reimbursed me the @170.00 for the tow and coolant I pay for because they didn't secure the coolant hose properly causing it to disconnect in which my BMW lost all of its coolant while driving. Food for thought. When Horizontal Motors was "working on and repairing my BMW" it seemed like with-in weeks after every time my vehicle was in their shop something else would break down or had to be repaired.
