This pool team is awesome. My pool was leaking water, the water level was constantly low. I called, and they came out and discovered a crack in my fiberglass pool. They drained all the water, fixed the issue and filled it back with water and now the water level is perfect. Also My pool light came out and i didn't know how to fix it. Called them, and they picked up right away. Very friendly and arrived to my house quickly. They fixed the issue very professionally. I have used them for pool cleaning for over a year and they have never missed a day yet and my pool is always sparkling! They are quick to respond to any issue with the pool. Last year I had a problem with the water draining out of my pool, I called the company who built the pool and they recommended a guy. He was horrible. It was hard to get a hold of him and he never even fixed the problem even though he was a professional Jandy tech. This year the problem got worse and I called No Prob Pools and Luis said he would be out within the hour. He came in half the time and fixed the problem in about five minutes. This review is way overdue, Luis and his crew did a magnificent job on my pool, thought I might just need a resurface but after talking to Luis, he mentioned the pebble finish and will last longer than the concrete, absolutely satisfied. He has done some minor repairs before, heater not working, pump stopped working. The price was half of the other quotes that I received, but I knew he was going to be the one to call. Just had to shop around a bit, but his professionalism is there, any problem I just call him, in which I did not have to. Highly recommended! read more

We had our pool replastered with mini-pebble, installed new tile, split the drain, new pool light, and new heater. It was a lot of work and they did an excellent job. The pool looks amazing now! We are really happy with the split drain too, just for the peace of mind. Luis is a very nice guy to work with and very flexible. At times you may feel like everything is "no problem" and you are not sure when things will get done, but he really keeps his word and delivers on time or ahead of schedule. Luis and his crew are very nice and professional. They did a good job of replaced the pool pump for my pool months ago. The cost/price was very reasonable. Last week, somehow the pump lost prime. I tried the usual tricks to fix it but no luck. I called Luis and he immediately scheduled a time to drop by. He showed up on time and quickly identify the problem. We have had a great business relationship with Luis and No Problem Pools for the 7 years that we have lived in our house. Luis is easy to work with and his guys are excellent workers. Over the past 7 years Luis has coordinated a resurfacing of our pool and spa, installed new motors when the old ones died, a new, larger filter to improve our filtration system and reduce our energy usage, a new pool sweep (that he got on discount), and new heater. Luis has an eco-friendly philosophy of trying to repair rather than just replace and each of our equipment replacements came at the end of a nearly 30 year life span. Had a leaking pool return line (used to power Polaris vacuum). Just based on Yelp research only I saw that No Problem Pools was worth a try even though they have very few reviews (but all with Excellent ratings), I talked to Luis and that same day, he sent one of his workers (Jaime) who gave me a very reasonable estimate to fix the leaking pipe that I partially uncovered but stopped when I ran into a lot of gunite. So, this pipe outside the pool wall was still buried and exact leak location not yet identified. Jaime and another worker came two days later and located the exact location of the pipe leak/crack and showed it to me before they started the repair. They were done in two hours. Pool is functioning normally again. The Polaris vacuum is running strongly and I am not losing any water due to the leak anymore. I was very pleased with their knowledge, courtesy and work so I will try to use them again in the future. read more

Incredible work. I just replaced 2 pool skimmers. I found No Problem Pools on yelp and a referral. I was losing water fast, down to the skimmers. No Problem scheduled for 2 days after I called. The crew arrived on time and because my skimmers were difficult to remove worked for 3 days. I haven't seen people work this hard in a long time. They were careful, precise, competent. Jesse was the supervisor. Jesus and Cisco were fantastic in removing all the old concrete and skimmers. Isidro and Cisco installed the new skimmers, and concrete and never left a mess. Roberto came the last day and cut and placed the stone. You can't tell that they were there in the first place. They all worked together as a team and knew what they were doing. I've been with No Problem Pools for over 2 years now. The first service technician was great and the pool was always sparkling. Recently, they've switched me to another technician, who was very sloppy and the pool was never clean. I recently came back from vacation and the water level was extremely low (below the skimmer), and I was worried that this had damaged the pool pump. I'm not even sure how long the water had been this low. No problem pools claimed it as a leak, but I've never had any issues since. There are weeks when they do not even come to service the pool. I won't be going with this company anymore. read more

I needed to install a handrail to allow safe access to and egress from my 20-year-old spa. The first thing I did was to order a nice thick black handrail made out of some composite material from a web site in Florida. To me, it looks a lot better than stainless steel against the trees in the garden, and it was a lot less expensive too. I decided to have the spa replastered at the same time, since it was crumbling and uncomfortable to sit in. The pool below the spa still looks fine, so we didn't bother replastering the pool. I got another bid for the replastering which was $625 higher than the bid that Luis at No Problem Pools gave me. The other bidder also tried to scare me about the difficulty involved in installing the handrail, saying that the stone around my pool is so hard that it would destroy a diamond drill bit costing over $500, and that therefore they would have to remove an entire flagstone and replace it with concrete, with a not-so-good cosmetic result. I called Luis on a Friday to say he could have the job, and a guy came out that afternoon to sandblast the spa. They chiseled out the spa on Saturday, and a crew came out to finish the replastering job on Monday. They had no problem installing the handrail in my flagstone, chiseling out a perfect rectangle to hold the anchors, with a beautiful cosmetic result. The spa color matches the pool color very well, and the interior is smooth and comfortable to sit in. Later they came back twice to make sure that the pool and everything around it was cleaned up. They took care not to damage my plants. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided, at a reasonable price. read more

Had them refinish our pool - was original 1970s chipped tile and flaking plaster. Luis, the owner, has always been super honest, quick and responsive throughout the whole project. Which, by the way, was very fast, done perfectly in about 3 days. He helped us pick the right tiles and pump/heating system. Jessie and his crew are the best !! I had a 20 year old pool that needed remodeling or to be removed, We never used it so I decided to have it removed. When I called they responded right away. Jessie came right out and gave me a quote. I did not have access for large machinery so every thing had to be wheel barreled to the back. The crew was conscientious and very hard workers. Jessie was always available when I called which was very important to me. They picked up and cleaned the back yard and street where the dirt had been dumped. No Problem Pools was one of two pool companies I contacted in June 2017 to resurface my old black bottom pool with Black Mini Pebble. I liked working with Luis because he guided me with recommendations that were made with my interest in mind without any attempt to add cost for things I did not need. I also liked his personable attitude and valued his inputs. After the work was completed I was bothered by some cosmetic discolorations in certain areas of the pool floor. Luis asked me to wait a few months and see if they disappeared. They did not and in April 2018 I asked him what he could do to mitigate the discolorations. I think Luis is genuinely concerned about his customer's satisfaction because, after trying an acid wash that was unsuccessful, he took the words out of my mouth and offered to re-plaster the whole pool again. Last week they did the work and now it looks great. I appreciate his sincerity and could not be more satisfied with the outcome in spite of the fact that it took a year. After interviewing several pool comapnies and contractors we went with NO problem pools. We live in the mountains and have horrible drainage issues and we bought a house with a pool that had so many issues. Luis, the owner and his crew, especially Jesse were the BEST!! I told them what I wanted done and all my concerns. I was quoted from several companies it was a huge job and it would take up to 3 weeks to remove the pool. Jesse and Luis got it done in 7 working days. The amazing thing was, when I called the other companies to inform them that I decided to go else where, they tried to freak us out by saying how their company was better because the way they did additional steps for the job job and that others would skip steps to cut cost. I called the owner on No Problem Pools, Luis, and rattled off the new list of concerned that the others put in me and he answered everyone and even added extra steps in the jobs JUST so I would be comfortable and know the job was getting done right. I would highly recommend them again. I had a pool removed and I know they also do weekly pool service too which I have patients who use them and love their service and quality. Very honest and trustworthy and for this project I didnt have to pay anything until AFTER the job was complete and I was happy. That was a first for us. No Problem Pools built an in-ground 45 ft pool with spa, waterfall and solar heating for us. The job included significant hardscaping as well as a few low walls.Luis found us an excellent architect, engineer, and a crew. The owner Luis took care of all the permits and designs while always consulting with us. Luis and his crew were always professional and did great work. The total time was less than 2 months after design and permits. The end result was a great pool with excellent equipment at a very competitive price. Since finishing the job 4 years ago they have maintained the pool very well and are always available when we have an issue. A small crack in the hardscape developed and after 4 years they still fixed it at no charge.
