Matt has taken care of us and really does a great job. I pay a monthly fee and they come and maintenance and let me know if they see any problematic areas and they will take care of it. Plus the stuff they spray outside smells pretty good. it's peace of mind knowing it's not as strong as the other pesticides out there. But yes Matt is amazing and super knowledgeable, love that I dont have spiderwebs and spiders lurking in my pool area too!! The ledge is always a problem but they really get a brush and de-web. When we moved into our house we had a HUGE problem with ants. They were literally in every room of our home from the laundry room to the bathroom etc. My kids would come home from school and put down their backpacks and within an hour, ants would be in what was left of their lunches! Very thorough at getting rid of bugs safely. Our first call to them was for treatment of our yard for ticks after we rescued a dog covered in them. The next call was a couple of years later for possible bed bugs. They did a thorough check and found no evidence of them. They gave us some great suggestions for preventing them. I signed up with No Bugs last year and even though I'm still under contract I have asked them not to come back any longer to spray. I'm finding excessive amounts of dead bees on my property and I can only assume it due to whatever they are spraying. I'm really not ok with this as we need our bees! I have been with No bugs pest control with two separate houses now. They have always done right by us. When Quarantine started we were sent a letter from the company letting everyone know that they would still be on duty and in addition they would be willing to drop off food and supplies should it be needed for any customers. They are extremely loyal and extremely thorough. When we needed extra treatments around our new property they came out numerous times without any additional charges. I called to start service after long term employee of no bug offered me free start up and $36 a month for every three month visits. Owner Tyler refused to honor his long term employees quote to a new customer and decided he could do without my $432 a year over a start up fee I was told would be waived. They are the best I have been using them for almost a year and they always send me an email a couple days before to let me know they are coming. They are quick to respond to any call I have made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I tried to cancel my contract on the second day it was written and was told I had a $180 cancellation fee. I told him that I was not aware of cancellation fee since I didn't receive a copy of what I signed. I think his name was Tyler, he was very rude and said that he would put a lien on my house if I did not pay $180. I told him I would pay $35 for the first time he sprayed my house but he hung up on me. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!! After killing 5 black widows in my backyard and garage, I decided to give these guys a call based on a recommendation. Tyler was really cool, honest, and accommodating with our schedule. He came out within a day of me calling; we signed-up and he sprayed in about 45 minutes. He sprayed outside only and recommended that we try that first before spraying inside (we had the occasional spider in the house, that's all). I haven't seen a big since!! We used to have ants, spiders, and all sorts of others and now they're toast. I also haven't seen any spiders in the house which was the most annoying part of it all. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my service early due to a move and they were very understanding and accommodating, once again. Tammy was the lady I spoke to about cancelling and she was super cool. After 4 months of taking my infant to school over 30 minutes away just for the purpose of driving all the way back home to clean and treat my bug infestation with products from Lowe's and having NO SUCCESS whatsoever, I finally came upon this company at a home expo in Valencia. I don't like to leave negative reviews but after seeing them at the Home and Garden show and reading their high Yelp reviews, we called them in October to help us locate the source of our ant infestation near the fireplace and kitchen. The reason for the bad review is their lack of communication and misleading customers that it is safe for organic gardening. They emailed my husband to sign a contract before assessing our home. They treated our house and after 2 weeks the ants were still coming from the walls and floors. Ants disappeared after 3 weeks but not sure it was the from the treatment 3 weeks ago or the cold weather. For the next service I called and alerted them the phone numbers on our online account page were off by a digit and asked if they can correct and also i requested a phonecall before service so we can put our dog in the garage. They said they will make sure to tell tech to call before service. They failed to call and they sprayed as my dog was in the backyard and came home to our dog licking where they sprayed. Afterward the 2nd treatment, we noticed our dog's eyes were irritated and noticed dead bees. I asked what they used and they did not respond to the email. After 3 weeks I emailed again and found out they use Pyrethroid -- not good for organic gardening when it obviously kills bees. We spent a lot of money buying organic soil, fruit trees and vegetables for our home and now felt our soil was ruined. If they would have told us from the initial call, my husband wouldn't have signed the contract with them. We emailed them to stop their service but asked for my husband (original signee) to contact them. He emailed that it's not working for our organic gardening and request cancellation. Well, that was November 2017 and they are still deducting service fees and they ignored our request to suspend service. No Bugs Organic Pest Control is misleading residents to believe they're using only organic and safe ingredients -- safe enough to be used around kids and pets. But if you look up Pyrethroid, it kills bees and toxic to cats and witnessed it irritate our dog. If we had known that their ingredients are not suitable for organic gardening, we would not have called them. We would have just called our previous pest company Unipest that treated our home at our move-in before we started organic gardening. With Unipest, they didn't claim to be organic, but they're honest, got back to you right away and no contract. read more

We were told by another company that we had a serious problem and it would cost us about $6,300 to correct....termites, which included treating the wood and tearing down the patios. I insisted that we call one more company for a comparison and Tyler showed last night. He explained that because of the structure of our house, the solid windows and the stucco, we only needed to replace our patio. He stated that he wouldn't take our money, because he wouldn't be able to sleep at night. Once we get our contractor work done, we will be hiring No Bugs for maintenance. He said we shouldn't start until we get our backyard re-do complete.
