I used Bug Wars a year ago and then about a month ago. A year ago they came out, found the source of the ants and they were gone within a few days. Very pleased with their service and so called them again this year when the ants reappeared. This time the owner's assistant came out rather than the owner, Chris. He did not find the source of the ants and did a general treatment. It didn't take care of the problem. He returned, and again found no source did a treatment and ants were still there. On the third time, Chris came himself , he did find a source as well as we allowed him to do an inside treatment which we had not allowed previously. The ants were gone within a few days. Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. On this last time I just wish in retrospect that he had come at least the second time and located the source. Then we wouldn't have needed to do an inside treatment. We agreed to that just so that we would not have to potentially have a fourth visit.
