Just had another great visit by Primate. Roman helped us, was on time, and did a thorough job. Checked and refilled as necessary all bait stations (regardless of how hard they were to access). Took a lot of time to remove cobwebs before doing our bug spray indoors and out. Friendly and willing to work with our requests. Side note: This is the second time Roman has helped us. The first time was 2-3 years ago, when he was training under Luis (who is also wonderful). I think it's a great sign when people stay with their company. My favorite technician is Luis who always goes over and beyond! You can rest assured knowing all Covid guidelines are followed by their team. In some ways, even before Covid, I think they were already Covid ready given how they always wore gloves, shoe covers in your home, and masks when necessary. I subscribed to their quarterly spraying program which is well worth the $. I appreciate receiving the reminders from Matt (the owner) when it's time to schedule the next spraying. The technicians will accept a credit card which simplifies the process for me. The spray they use never leaves a residue or stain, doesn't seem to have an odor and doesn't bother plants & animals. Yet, the spray is super effective! I have no complaints at all. I feel pest elimination companies get a bad wrap when a pest problem isn't solved overnight...it takes time! I moved into a new home construction in September 2017 and we were plagued with silverfish and earwigs. I was disappointed that my first appointment was not kept. I left home from work in a rush home from work only to be stood up. I left several messages and was finally able to contact the owner. He was very apologetic and acknowledged that he made an error by not recording the appointment. When I was finally able to get a technician over to spray my home I was pleased to see the bugs die instantly. Plus, the spray is not toxic to my young children.
