    Excel did an excellent job from start to finish when helping us with our termite problem. We received excellent customer service from Josh who was always there to answer our questions and helped guide us in the preparation process. He noticed we had some outdoor storage that may need to be treated as well and sure enough the termites had found their way in. Josh was able to provide us with recommendations to avoid this issue in the future as we look to replace those units. Excel was able to work with our busy schedule and worked very efficiently allowing us to quickly return to our normal routine at home.

This is after paying that much already for attic remediation, which after seeing the work was not worth the extreme expense, nor hassle the company will put you through. Nearly every time I called for service that was botched. Either they came on the wrong days, or came to do the wrong service. Would then say they would need to charge me to come out on the correct days or do the correct service, but would then "make exceptions" after I would complain to the owner that it's their mistake, not mine. When I would point out they are trying to charge customers for their own errors everyone would say it's just company policy. Buy they'd make a big deal about making an exception for this one time, like I should be grateful. Gopher service was also a nightmare. After not taking care of the gopher over multiple visits they stopped coming. When I called to ask why they stopped coming, and pointed out that they said they guaranteed the work, they said oh then it must be different gophers in the same spots and same behavior somehow, which conveniently isn't covered. Was told I had to pay for a second gopher service for them to finish the job. After wearing me down with argument after argument I just caved and paid for the second service to get the gopher removed out of exhaustion and desperation. Stupid of me, I know. For the quarterly service they do not top up the bait stations every time, and the spider spray does not work. Went to go cancel and surprise, you guessed it, they want to charge a cancellation fee that's more than the quarterly service itself. Everyone at the company will point the finger at someone else for the constant mistakes and failures, and they are hidden fees and charges everywhere, it's so exhausting I just got tired of dealing with them, which honestly I think is part of their playbook. The tipping point for me leaving this review was the attic repair estimate. After seeing how they quoted me $6,000 for a $350 repair that was the nail in the coffin that they were absolutely taking advantage of us the whole time. I would never recommend.

When we first moved into our home, it had alot of pincher bugs, spiders and ants. Once I called NO BUGS they came out right away, and sprayed inside and out. I haven't had any issues since with any indoor pests, and outdoor it's not bad at all. If I see anything come around, I just call them and they come out to treat at no extra cost. I never have to be placed on hold for to long, they are always quick to answer AND it's a direct line to them, not a customer service department. No Bugs is family owned and operated. They are ALL professional and very friendly. They go out of their way to keep you happy. If your looking for QUALITY SERVICE, this us tge company to use. They don't use chemicals and environmentally safe, so theres never a chemical odor. My dogs have never gotten sick after I let them out once the job was done. I'm really happy with them. If you call, tell them Elaine in Vak Verde referred you. They also offer a referral program!!

The company they sub out the tenting to was great. Courteous & professional. They took extra precautions to avoid breaking tiles on my very brittle tile roof. Couldn't be happier.

There was no apology, but loads of excuses, mainly putting blame on the California EPA. What I don't understand is if the EPA is making it impossible for your company to do what it's tasked with doing then why be in business at all? A lot of companies would have tried to keep a customer by--well first of all being nice and even a tiny bit contrite god forbid--but maybe even throwing some bones, like offering some free service, or maybe not charge for the extra traps which didn't work anyways. It wouldn't come close to what we had to play for the damage but it would have been a sign of goodwill that would have been much appreciated. In fact this is a very, very common practice in business customer service, the idea being that nothing is more important than developing life-long customers, who, even if they are upset, would at the very least not give your company any bad press. But I just need people to know that if they hire this company you may still have significant and costly damage. In fact in the many years before we first hired a pest control company we never had any issues like this. So again I ask myself, what is the point in paying a company to control rodents when the exact thing that did not happen in this case was to control rodents?! And you'll likely have terrible customer service to boot. In all fairness I have to add that the guys who regularly come to our property are really nice and respectful gentlemen, and my wife always feels secure having them on the property. Clearly this is not coming from the top down as the person who treated us so terribly is in fact the owners son.
