Service is really good. CVA communicated every time they plan to service my house. Technicians are very knowledgeable.

Timely, friendly, and efficient service. We have had quarterly service for several years.

Needed a termite inspection at a client's home in Santa Clarita. The rep who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and communicated effectively. The inspection was scheduled for later that same week. The inspector was thorough, and I received the report quickly. Great value as well compared to other companies I called. read more

It's always reassuring to see that CVA continues to hire quality professionals who uphold the high standard of service we've come to expect over the years. Thank you, Layo! read more

Great service. They came out right around the time they said they would. They were thorough and gave some advice on other insects that might be on my property, even though that was not the reason they came out. read more

Martin arrived on time. He explained everything in detail and told us what to expect after treatment was completed. He was very friendly.

Had an estimate done on the house and the inspector was very professional and thorough. Really appreciated the time he took to give us the estimate which cost $95. What was a surprise was the cost? It's going to take to deal with the issue that we have in our home. I was a little taken aback by the price, but maybe that's the going rate for what we need done. We definitely get several more estimates just to compare. Maybe it's just me but, it seems like every business out here ups the price because they think everyone out here in Santa Clarita has a lot of money. It really doesn't matter what the business is. It just seems like everything has gone up in price tremendously compared to getting companies from the San Fernando Valley to come out here and do the same work. read more

The Technician (Nate) came on short notice, was very friendly, and explained everything clearly. He did a careful and thorough job both inside and outside. Highly recommend this local pest control service! read more

It has been my experience that professionalism (and ratings) start from when the customer first makes contact with the company. When a company answers the phone promptly and professionally, and calls when they promised, you have the makings of a thoroughbred. CVA is a thoroughbred. They clicked all the boxes. They gave me an upfront clear and an honest assessment of my situation of a home transaction whereas I am on the seller's side. They also came well recommended by another company which I have used dozens of time. CVA is a great choice. When it comes to pests and termites, CVA is on your side and not the side of the little critters. [I couldn't resist] read more

I called CVA to come out because I noticed some wood on my property that looked eaten by termites. For a fair price of $110, they dispatched Dan within the week to look over my whole property (1300 sq ft or less). Thankfully Dan found only a couple sites of termite damage. Within a day, I had a report and quote regarding their treatment options. It made more sense in my situation to use a contractor, but I'm pleased with the service and knowledge of this company. read more

We had an ant infestation toward the end of the summer and I created a project on Yelp. Several vendors reached out. CVA was among them... I posed some questions and got some quotes and went with CVA because they were able to fit us in same day and were competitively and reasonably priced. Whoever was engaging with me responded promptly and thoroughly... which was a main reason why I decided to give them a chance despite having used another service multiple times (unfortunately they didn't respond even when I messaged them directly). The tech that came and applied bait to various points inside and then also addressed several colony points that he reported he found around the house. The service was prompt and thorough, so they met my expectations and I ended up going with a monthly service with them. I would recommend giving them a try. read more

Thank you so much for coming out quickly and listening to my concerns. I'm glad that your skilled technicians are in charge of the entirety of my HOA and listened to my concerns regarding mice in my garage. I feel confident knowing that this is not a personal issue and is a neighborhood issue and appreciate knowing that you're working hard to mitigate the neighborhood population. I also appreciate that you all were sensitive to my family's feelings in regards to mitigation efforts not in line with our values and that you gave us sensible solutions that are humane. read more

Honey... tis the season for spiders, ants, and other creatures from the deepest darkest pit of hell. It's hot af in the Santa Clarita Valley, and the spiders are PULLING UP! I have a freezer in my garage, and I went to put something in it & walked right into the finest silk web ever spun. I was horrified, but I didn't trip too much. It's a garage, after all. But babayyyyy! I saw 3 homies from the spiderverse slide down my skylight into my kitchen like they were special black ops from the secret service and biiiiiiitch one of them almost got in my wig! I said no, ma'am! Not today! IKYFL! I searched my yelpinator and found CVA! Made an appointment on Friday... and Matthew came and slayed them all today (Sunday)! He sprayed 360 outside, my garage (in and out), and beat those demons back to hell with his trusty dusty broom! They were dead before they hit the ground! Hunnay! You're not finna set up your lil webs where I pay mortgage! Shieeeet! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Matthew didn't play with these hoes! Love it for me! Now I can sleep at night for the sweet, sweet price of only $190. Yes, ma'am! This spray eliminates ants, spiders, earwigs, water bugs, and whoever else might want some smoke! They should've left me alone... lol. read more

WE HAVE BEEN INVADED...! They say there is no need to panic, but when you walk into your bathroom and see the counter moving, it's not time to check your medication, it's time to get an exterminator. Yes, sad to say I have ants.... well I did. We have been battling a very small critter called the Argentine Ant which for some reason decided to migrate from South America and now resides I guess primarily in the walls and attic of my residence. We had grown pretty tired of the constant work to control the little menace so I consulted Yelp and found CVA Exterminators. It was on Sunday evening when I sent a request to CVA and got a reply back very soon after with a time for Danny to come over and look at the issue. Danny was prompt on his arrival, wearing a mask and gloves and looked it over. He offered some options and went to work on holding back what we call the "scourge" in our household. Using some gel substance inside and then spraying outside I was told by Danny that it would take a couple of days probably for us to see a difference. The Argentine Ant was attracted to the gel-like substance like a hungry man is attracted to two-for-one tacos on Taco Tuesday. I noticed that after consuming their fill they started getting woozy and later were just not moving (like I do after too many tacos). I cleared them away, they came back for seconds, but within a couple of days (as promised), we stopped seeing them. So, I not only want to thank Danny and CVA Exterminators but also to give my fellow Yelpers a huge recommendation to use their services. read more

I have used CVA for years as a realtor. I just bought a home in Saugus and I am new to the area. The 2nd week of being in my home I ran into an ant problem. I found CVA on yelp. Mr. Dan came out and did a thorough job treating the ant problem and spot treated the spiders. I got the quarterly membership which was the best deal I found in the area. He was very knowledgeable and said if I noticed spiders 2-3 weeks later to give them a call and they would come back and treat for them since ants and spiders can't be fully treated at the same time. Mr. Walt came today for my 2nd visit so we could tackle the spiders. He was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough too. I had him only do the outside since I couldn't leave the house and had to keep my small dog inside while outside dried. He too said give it about 30 days and if I notice any spiders inside they can come back and treat that. I HIGHLY recommend them and always love to support small businesses! read more
