We set up an initial inspection that included education on termites and how to eradicate them. Sean even did an attic inspection and exterior perimeter measurement, which other companies wouldn't do without an upfront inspection fee. Sean will give you his honest opinion based on what he discovers during the inspection and is not pushy nor does he hide any costs, which were the best based on my research. Sean is awesome! We live in an area that gets quite a bit of water roaches and spiders if we don't spray. Since he started spraying our home quarterly, it's extremely rare we find any alive. If I see a trouble area I just let him know and he will put a little emphasis when he shows up. One time he even showed up outside our routine timeline and sprayed at no charge. I had a wasp nest above my balcony that needed to be taken care of. My home is a two story house so it was high up. I contacted Sean and he was able to provide the service same day. He arrived on time and knocked out the wasp nest and sprayed the area so they wouldn't come back. After that was done, he surveyed the rest of my house to see if there were more wasp nests. He then found another wasp nest high up above my patio that I wasn't aware of and proceeded to take care of it as he did the first one. This company cannot be beat! I called and the owner is a Christian and He is very honest!!! I had 2 company's come out and tell me we had termites in one spot in our attic. One said it had to be tented and would cost $2600. The other gave a quote of $800 and then went down to $390. Sean Meeker came out and thoroughly checked everything. He showed me where termite droppings were but he also showed me where it had already been treated in that spot before and I needed to put down cement dust to cover it up and in a month check it to see if there are new droppings. There were holes from prior treatment yet no one said anything but Sean This Company hires the best and most honest people and I have all of you viewers on Yelp to thank for this.
