I wanted to leave a review for Obed Rodriguez from Service Pro at No Bugs. He came by this morning for our service, and I was honestly so impressed. He called ahead to notify me when he was arriving, was extremely professional and kind, and went above and beyond during the visit. He took the time to de-web around the house and even carefully checked my kids' play area where he found a black widow on my 6-year-old's playhouse. As a mom, that really meant a lot to me and made me feel so much safer knowing he was thorough and paying attention to those details. It's rare to come across employees who genuinely care about doing a great job, and Obed absolutely does. Please recognize him for his excellent service -- he's a fantastic representative of your company! read more

Responsive, friendly and did a great job. They were well worth the price and very thorough. Would recommend and use again!

I have been using No Bugs for years and have been very satisfied with their service. I just had them tent my house for termites and, while having to bag up everything and move out for a couple of days is not fun, Tyler and his team were great at keeping me informed. The company they sub out the tenting to was great. Courteous & professional. They took extra precautions to avoid breaking tiles on my very brittle tile roof. Couldn't be happier. read more

Hi Neighbors, As we prepare to sell our home and move in September 2024, I wanted to share a recent experience with No Bugs Pest Control, a company we have used for several years. On August 31st, while still under our active contract, we encountered an issue with ants and promptly reported it to No Bugs Pest Control, leaving a message for their team. Today, September 3rd, I received a call from Tyler, the owner, who informed me that they would only address the issue if we renewed our service for the month of September. Despite the fact that the problem was reported while our subscription was still active in August, Tyler insisted that a new payment was necessary due to the change in the month. I find this approach disappointing, as it seems to prioritize immediate payment over customer service, even for long-standing clients. As a result of this experience, I have removed No Bugs Pest Control from the list of recommended service providers I had prepared for the new homeowners. I wanted to make you aware of this situation in case you are considering pest control services. In response to my post on Nextdoor, about this incident, I've decided to post this incident to Yelp for more eyes. Tyler (the owner of No Bugs) was very adamant on his decision and even had the audacity to tell me "I think I'm a fair guy" after being a customer for years. Just looked up my start date with them and have been a customer since 2015. To come out and NOT spray, under our current stressful circumstances is beyond my comprehension. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy. read more

Have had nothing but success with No Bugs for the better part of two years. What started with a need to stop the reliably annoying annual ant infestation, culminated in the swift eradication of a rodent issue, yesterday. Customer service was fast and responsive and Raymond was prompt, friendly, helpful and effective. read more

Woke up to a Stephen King version of ants in my kitchen. Called NoBugs and within 2 hours they were here. Great service, and lovely people. Easy process all around. read more

NoBugs is the ONLY company we've found that actually knows how to get rid of pests in LA. I've used NoBugs both through my workplace and personal rentals, and they get everything from ants to termites and beyond without it being a constant fight to get pests under control. Matthew and Obed are experts, and have always figured out any problems we've had, all while being genuinely amazing people every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them more, so don't waste your time and money going to any other company. read more

No Bugs is by far the best pest control company I have ever used. I have now used them for both a property that I owned and a rental property and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Matthew and Obed are extremely friendly, professional and always do such an amazing job. I have dealt with termites, spiders, ants, rodents and fleas and they have completely taken care of every single problem. As long as I live in the Los Angeles area, I will always hire No Bugs for my pest control needs. read more

Termites, mice, and a rat! Over the last 10 years this company has helped us get rid of all three of these pesky things. Every single member of their staff that has helped us has been so wonderful. They get the job done efficiently and effectively and they are so nice and knowledgeable while doing it. I'm grateful for all the work they've done for us. I will always call No Bugs! It's nice to know quality work and customer service together still exist. read more

I have been with this company for 6 years now. They are absolutely amazing. I live in a very rural area in Val Verde. When we first moved into our home, it had alot of pincher bugs, spiders and ants. Once I called NO BUGS they came out right away, and sprayed inside and out. I haven't had any issues since with any indoor pests, and outdoor it's not bad at all. If I see anything come around, I just call them and they come out to treat at no extra cost. I never have to be placed on hold for to long, they are always quick to answer AND it's a direct line to them, not a customer service department. No Bugs is family owned and operated. They are ALL professional and very friendly. They go out of their way to keep you happy. If your looking for QUALITY SERVICE, this us tge company to use. They don't use chemicals and environmentally safe, so theres never a chemical odor. My dogs have never gotten sick after I let them out once the job was done. I'm really happy with them. If you call, tell them Elaine in Vak Verde referred you. They also offer a referral program!! read more

Responsive, reliable, and trustworthy at a great price. Used their service when I first moved into my house. I was so happy with the quality and reliability from no bugs that I ended up creating an account, and now they come routinely; you call them, they will be there; and all of the staff is fast, friendly, and very communicative. Highly recommend.! read more

Great service! We started using NoBugs when covid-19 first happened and I started working remotely from home. I never realized how many bugs, spiders, slugs, no-see-ums, etc., we had until I started going outside to my backyard everyday! Everyone at NoBugs is very, very professional and the service is excellent. Danielle is the sweetest and most helpful when it comes to customer service. Tyler and Matt are also very responsive to my emails. Kim is one of the BEST bug technicians ... she's very thorough and she sprays every nook and cranny! Our pets were our biggest concern. The spray treatment is definitely pet-friendly and smells like peppermint instead of harsh chemicals. Our pets have never gotten sick after a treatment. I would highly recommend NoBugs! read more

Amazing customer service and attention from this company. I couldn't say enough nice things about Matt and the awesome service they provide.

I am very happy with their service! I have peace if mind knowing my kids and dogs will not get sick because their products are all natural and completely safe! We also have some fruits and vegetables we grow in our house and we have peace of mind knowing our fruits and vegetables are organic and safe. They are also effective! We haven't seen any spider, ant or bug anywhere near out property!! Their service is amazing and their costumer communication is super good! You have to try this company! read more

No Bugs is professional and delivers a quality non chemical pest control solution, this is my favorite part about No Bugs! The technician is always friendly and listens to my pest issues to understand the kind of pest and source in order to properly treat. He has stopped by in between services to address an issue that popped up. I would highly recommend No Bugs! read more

No Bugs is great! We had ants showing up everywhere inside of our home. We tried handling it ourselves but it wasn't enough. We gave No Bugs a call and they came out the same week, sprayed and I haven't seen a single ant since! Inside or outside. It's kinda scary good, but those little buggers deserve it! I totally recommend hiring No Bugs! read more

Great service and professional, I can comfortably go outside with fear of webs or critters!! Highly recommend!!!

No Bugs has been out pest control provider for five years now. I get a friendly reminder email the day before service. Any questions are answered promptly. These are The nicest bunch of people. The Mint that is used to treat the outside smells amazing and I don't have to worry about my pets or dangerous runoff. I highly recommend! read more

These guys are awesome! We have an issue with creepy crawly bugs around our house especially in the summer.. I have dreaded every summer because of this. We have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and I felt really torn in keeping their home safe and free of nasty bugs but also free of harmful pesticides so when I found No Bugs I was completely stoked. You mean I can have a bug free home and have it be done in a family safe way?!? When I called I spoke to Matt who was very kind, informative and helpful. We set up a service for the next business day. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job and were very professional. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their business. Definitely give them a call! read more

I called the company because of a possible wasp nest in my attic. Mathew came out and did a complete house inspection for free. He looked in all the nooks and crannies and crawling into my attic. I noticed a small nest that might've been old. He knocked it down and that was it. They didn't try to upsell me on any additional services which I really appreciated. read more

Pricing is very competitive. More importantly, Matthew's professionalism, diligence, responsiveness, and patience to assess and treat problems were incredible. The services were efficient and effective, and could not have expected or wished for more than what was provided. I have been thoroughly impressed. Thank you Matthew, and No Bugs for your service and protection of our community. read more

This company is amazing !!!!!! Look no further this is the best pest control!!!! Matthew came same day!!!! The most affordable in scv and easy! So glad I found them!!! Thank you Matthew!!!! read more

It's a good feeling to recommend a good company. It's an even better feeling to support local business. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. read more

I have finally finished my contract with them. I have found them totally inefficient. It was either two or three times I called back because the job was not done efficiently and even then had problems. Some times I didn't even bother calling. Great advertising but terrible results. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for pest control. read more

This pest control company is a rockstar!! I have had using their service for a year and never had a problem! My yards always look good and be without pest. Both their technicians and office staffs are very friendly and responsive. Will recommend to anyone who is living within their service areas. read more

We've been customers for almost three years and No Bugs has been so good to us that I figured it's about time I leave some feedback. When we first moved into our home in a brand new development, we immediately had ants. We wanted to use a local company with the most non-toxic product out there, hence, No Bugs. From the beginning, everybody has been friendly and accommodating. The ant problem was eliminated right after that first visit. Over the years, Matt shows up like clockwork and is always very thorough. Recently, we've had problems with rats (and our backyard is always clean and tidy). Matt has spent much time on the phone and in our backyard explaining what is going on and working hard to help rid us of the rats. I never feel like we're bothering them and appreciate how courteous everybody at No Bugs is. I strongly recommend them! read more

The best pest control ever. Completely got rid of my ant problem the first visit. The people are super nice and accommodating and there was no smell when they were done. Highly recommend! read more

GREAT and FAST service! I recently used No Bugs service on rodent preventive by setting up bait boxes and attic fixing and Matthew did a fantastic job and kept me updated along the way. In addition, due to a recent torrential rain, I started seeing ants migrating in garage and Matthew was able to help and recommended some treatment. In turn, Obed was able to show up on the very same day and did the treatment right away, and ants were gone! Both Matthew and Obed were highly professional, kind and patient with all my questions, and very easy to work with. I feel very good about getting services from No Bugs and will definitely recommend it to anyone in greater Santa Clarita area who needs similar services. read more

Update: We started service again with no bugs at our new home. They are such an awesome company. I saw a snake at our home and I was so happy to find out that it was part of my service plan for them to come out and check it out and remove it(as long as it's not a rattle snake). Bobby was so knowledgeable and helpful. I guarantee other places would charge if they had to just come out to your location and check for the snake. I highly recommend No Bugs. No Bugs has been servicing our home For over a year now I couldn't be happier. They are always so nice. Also a lot of the services that are usually an extra charge at other places are included with their services. I will for sure have them service our new home when we move next month. read more

We had a rat problem in our attic and needed to get rid of them quick. My husband went on Nextdoor app to ask for a rodent control recommendation and someone recommended No Bugs. We set up an appointment for someone to come and check out the problem and that is when we met Matt. Matt is super knowledgeable, very kind, was always available when we needed him to come back to our house and he got rid of the problem immediately. We highly recommend going with No Bugs for any rodent issues. read more

We have had No Bugs for the four years we have lived in Valencia and they have been excellent! We rarely have any bugs or insects and if we do they usually come out the same day to help. No Bugs has been AMAZING! A year ago I started noticing sizable spiders in my apartment and as NYer living in California, I needed a solution ASAP. They not only solved my problem but have been extraordinarily honest regarding what the best course of action should continue to be to keep the critters out. They are a business of true integrity and will never try to up-sell. I can't recommend them more highly and appreciate that the products are safe for pets to be around! read more

Great company. Effective product. Helped with mice issue as well. And have made a couple trips outside of my normal service days to take care of a couple things that arose. Always very friendly and quick to come out and take care of anything. Also had them install snake fencing on the backyard. Highly recommend. read more

What can I say, they make me feel at ease living in my home. I moved in to my home three years ago and found a few roaches and spiders. I freaked out, of course. I contacted them and they came out. They are so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. They took care of the problem and have been taking care of my home ever since. Whenever I have an issue I can contact them and they come out. They even answer my questions in between services. Recently I had a couple of wasps that got into my home from an open door. They came and checked it out and looked for possible places that there could be a nest. When I say that they answer my questions in between services I mean you can call them or text them and they will respond. Matthew is great!! I recommend them to everybody and anybody who needs a pest control service. read more

Horrible attitude and shady business practices. Would not clarify what the monthly fees are but insists on getting a phone number so he can solicit. Asked a simple question as to why he would charge every month if he doesn't come every month but would not tell me why. Stay away from these. There are better options out there that don't have shady business practices. For those that are curious: he said they come every 3 month but it costs $36/mo. So I asked him if this means 12x$36 but only comes every 90 days or is it $36 every 90 days. Would not give a straight answer. Why not just say $108 every 3 month. Oh I know why. You think you're the cool guy on the block for making it look cheap. WOW. Hope he won't be in the biz for long. read more

It's taken a bit to get the pests under control around my home but with No Bugs' help I think I'm there. The team is friendly, responsive and dependable. I like the idea of non-toxic spraying as I grow food in my yard. The minty scent is a bonus. read more

Oddly I don't see my old review so let me update this. They are very pushy people, they don't come across as honest people. And they give you the guilt trip if you ask for an extra service on a working day, which perhaps is understandable? Ok family owned but doesn't mean they know how to treat customers. And of course most people call pest control first time when they have serious problem and they are very likely to just sign a bad contract with these guys. The bottom line: runaway from these guys. read more
