He called ahead to notify me when he was arriving, was extremely professional and kind, and went above and beyond during the visit. He took the time to de-web around the house and even carefully checked my kids' play area where he found a black widow on my 6-year-old's playhouse. As a mom, that really meant a lot to me and made me feel so much safer knowing he was thorough and paying attention to those details. I have been using No Bugs for years and have been very satisfied with their service. I just had them tent my house for termites and, while having to bag up everything and move out for a couple of days is not fun, Tyler and his team were great at keeping me informed. Hi Neighbors, As we prepare to sell our home and move in September 2024, I wanted to share a recent experience with No Bugs Pest Control, a company we have used for several years. On August 31st, while still under our active contract, we encountered an issue with ants and promptly reported it to No Bugs Pest Control, leaving a message for their team. Today, September 3rd, I received a call from Tyler, the owner, who informed me that they would only address the issue if we renewed our service for the month of September. Despite the fact that the problem was reported while our subscription was still active in August, Tyler insisted that a new payment was necessary due to the change in the month. I find this approach disappointing, as it seems to prioritize immediate payment over customer service, even for long-standing clients. As a result of this experience, I have removed No Bugs Pest Control from the list of recommended service providers I had prepared for the new homeowners. I wanted to make you aware of this situation in case you are considering pest control services. In response to my post on Nextdoor, about this incident, I've decided to post this incident to Yelp for more eyes. Tyler (the owner of No Bugs) was very adamant on his decision and even had the audacity to tell me "I think I'm a fair guy" after being a customer for years. Just looked up my start date with them and have been a customer since 2015. To come out and NOT spray, under our current stressful circumstances is beyond my comprehension. Have had nothing but success with No Bugs for the better part of two years. What started with a need to stop the reliably annoying annual ant infestation, culminated in the swift eradication of a rodent issue, yesterday. I have been with this company for 6 years now. They are absolutely amazing. I live in a very rural area in Val Verde. When we first moved into our home, it had alot of pincher bugs, spiders and ants. Once I called NO BUGS they came out right away, and sprayed inside and out. I haven't had any issues since with any indoor pests, and outdoor it's not bad at all. If I see anything come around, I just call them and they come out to treat at no extra cost. I never have to be placed on hold for to long, they are always quick to answer AND it's a direct line to them, not a customer service department. No Bugs is family owned and operated. They are ALL professional and very friendly. They go out of their way to keep you happy. If your looking for QUALITY SERVICE, this us tge company to use. They don't use chemicals and environmentally safe, so theres never a chemical odor. My dogs have never gotten sick after I let them out once the job was done. I'm really happy with them. Great service! We started using NoBugs when covid-19 first happened and I started working remotely from home. I never realized how many bugs, spiders, slugs, no-see-ums, etc., we had until I started going outside to my backyard everyday! Everyone at NoBugs is very, very professional and the service is excellent. Danielle is the sweetest and most helpful when it comes to customer service. Tyler and Matt are also very responsive to my emails. Kim is one of the BEST bug technicians ... she's very thorough and she sprays every nook and cranny! Our pets were our biggest concern. These guys are awesome! We have an issue with creepy crawly bugs around our house especially in the summer.. I have dreaded every summer because of this. We have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and I felt really torn in keeping their home safe and free of nasty bugs but also free of harmful pesticides so when I found No Bugs I was completely stoked. It was either two or three times I called back because the job was not done efficiently and even then had problems. Some times I didn't even bother calling. Great advertising but terrible results. GREAT and FAST service! I recently used No Bugs service on rodent preventive by setting up bait boxes and attic fixing and Matthew did a fantastic job and kept me updated along the way. In addition, due to a recent torrential rain, I started seeing ants migrating in garage and Matthew was able to help and recommended some treatment. We've been customers for almost three years and No Bugs has been so good to us that I figured it's about time I leave some feedback. When we first moved into our home in a brand new development, we immediately had ants. We wanted to use a local company with the most non-toxic product out there, hence, No Bugs. From the beginning, everybody has been friendly and accommodating. The ant problem was eliminated right after that first visit. Over the years, Matt shows up like clockwork and is always very thorough. Recently, we've had problems with rats (and our backyard is always clean and tidy). Matt has spent much time on the phone and in our backyard explaining what is going on and working hard to help rid us of the rats. Update: We started service again with no bugs at our new home. They are such an awesome company. I saw a snake at our home and I was so happy to find out that it was part of my service plan for them to come out and check it out and remove it(as long as it's not a rattle snake). Bobby was so knowledgeable and helpful. I guarantee other places would charge if they had to just come out to your location and check for the snake. I highly recommend No Bugs. No Bugs has been servicing our home For over a year now I couldn't be happier. They are always so nice. We have had No Bugs for the four years we have lived in Valencia and they have been excellent! We rarely have any bugs or insects and if we do they usually come out the same day to help. What can I say, they make me feel at ease living in my home. I moved in to my home three years ago and found a few roaches and spiders. I freaked out, of course. I contacted them and they came out. They are so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. They took care of the problem and have been taking care of my home ever since. Whenever I have an issue I can contact them and they come out. They even answer my questions in between services. Recently I had a couple of wasps that got into my home from an open door. They came and checked it out and looked for possible places that there could be a nest. When I say that they answer my questions in between services I mean you can call them or text them and they will respond. Matthew is great!! I tried my best to work with them and contracted them for half a year of service but in the end they proved to be very unprofessional, dishonest and rude. They will not come "same day"as promised. They lack knowledge of insects and mock any knowledge you claim to have above their own. To request a visit will lead you to a lengthy phone call and questionnaire to avoid a visit. They ask you not to hang around while spaying because it's toxic but then tell you it's a safe and natural product for pets and children. During one visit I was sprayed instead of being asked to move out of the way as if they were trying to prove a point. On another visit my refrigerator in the garage was turned off and my food spoiled. I accepted all of those issues as an honest mistake but the last visit left some spray marks on my property and they decided to avoid any ownership for any damages by terminating my contract without communication despite paying for the month. read more

Horrible attitude and shady business practices. Would not clarify what the monthly fees are but insists on getting a phone number so he can solicit. Asked a simple question as to why he would charge every month if he doesn't come every month but would not tell me why. Stay away from these. There are better options out there that don't have shady business practices. For those that are curious: he said they come every 3 month but it costs $36/mo. So I asked him if this means 12x$36 but only comes every 90 days or is it $36 every 90 days. Would not give a straight answer. Why not just say $108 every 3 month. Oh I know why. You think you're the cool guy on the block for making it look cheap. WOW. Hope he won't be in the biz for long. read more

Oddly I don't see my old review so let me update this. They are very pushy people, they don't come across as honest people. And they give you the guilt trip if you ask for an extra service on a working day, which perhaps is understandable? Ok family owned but doesn't mean they know how to treat customers. And of course most people call pest control first time when they have serious problem and they are very likely to just sign a bad contract with these guys.
