I will start off by saying the company did what they needed to as far as our rodent problem, which was addressed. However, there was an issue with a "missed" appointment, which led to an unfortunate situation in which I had to deal with the receptionist, Babette. My experience with All Pro was frustrating, not because of the missed appointment itself, but because of the shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior of their office receptionist, Babette. When I called to apologize and clarify the situation, I was immediately met with condescension and hostility. Rather than handling the conversation with even a shred of professionalism, she took it upon herself to inform me--quite smugly--that the missed appointment was "definitely my fault" and that I had "wasted their time." It was clear she wasn't interested in resolving anything, just in making sure I knew how much of an inconvenience I had been to her. For context, I had requested a confirmation call, which I never received. My property manager did get a call the Friday before, providing a two-hour window, but I was never personally notified. When the technician arrived and no one was home, no effort was made to call me or confirm my availability. Despite this breakdown in communication, Babette seemed more invested in scolding me than in addressing the actual issue. I understand mistakes happen, but a little basic customer service--or even a modicum of human decency--goes a long way. Unfortunately, Babette seems to operate under a different philosophy, one where rudeness is standard and professionalism is optional. read more

I had my usual gopher guy set traps. He was persistent but so was the gopher who kept getting away. I then set my own macabee traps which usually work. No dice. My trapper suggested getting a service which gasses the creature. I called All Pro. The day he came over he gassed the gopher hole and set up a stake like trap. The gopher was killed instantly. A month long headache was resolved. Great job. A 30 day warranty goes along with the service. read more

I've been using them since 2016. For all types of reasons. Monthly exterminations, I've used them for bed bugs once and now mice and an extraction of a rat from a vent. I've been using this company for several years now. We have parted our ways because their technicians are getting very lazy and their turnaround is becoming more obvious as we seem to have a new tech a few times a year. I have asked for specific requests that have been ignored for some time now. We have recurring ant problems, and they keep telling me that they will go away a few days after they spray, and they always come back... the ants. I stayed home today to watch the technician for myself, and as he ran through our property with no care whatsoever, doing a lazy careless job. I confronted him and he said to go find someone else to do the job. "His Words" So I did. There's much more to say but I have better things to do with my time. This company use to be reliable and they use to care about their customers. Time to move on. read more

This company is dishonest, deceitful, rude, conniving and racist at a level I have never experienced. First, I posted a negative review a while back and the owner wrote to yelp to say that it was a different company with a similar name that the review must have been ment for. So, Yelp pulled the review. I have a receipt with the name, phone, fax and address on it and it is all the same as this company! Furthermore, the owner come the second time to our apartment and asked me about the review and if I wrote it and asked me to take it down. He knew it was his company and my name is unique so he knew it was me.We spoke in person. We had no choice in the company because our landlords are friends with this company and called them.The day we moved in we found there was a sever roach infestation. They were biting us, crawling on us in our sleep, getting on our food as we tried to prepare it - there were hundreds! The landlords said this company had done an extermination, so, it must be us. I have never even seen a roach in any of the places I have lived my whole life and they did not come with us. After much time, we finally got the landlords to call them out again. We were told that they would come on certain day. Because we have a therapy animal I had to take the day off. Additionally, I moved everything off every shelf and out of the cupboards - it was like packing to move. They called the morning they were supposed to be there and rescheduled for the next day. This is not OK! People have obligations and lives and it costs them money when a business does this. Then the person was so rude. He wouldn't discuss the problem with us at all and even asked the landlords to go outside so we couldn't be part of the conversation. When I asked why, since, we lived with the problem and knew best the places they were going in and out of into the walls. He rudely said, "because you don't own the place." Then they went outside and our window was open, so, we heard them coordination how to make it our fault. I am Native American and my husband has a disability. I am compulsively clean - almost ocd...but they came in all together accusing my husband of being "off" and picking things off the street (has never happened and infuriated me) and my kind of people not knowing what clean is. They said, "you people think it's clean but you don't know what clean is." Referencing the idea of the dirty savage. They also said roached don't bite people and a simple search of google will show they do when they don't have enough to eat or at large infestation levels. Also, I guess they know better than the doctors we had to keep going to for the bites. When I posted all of this the owner contacted not me about my review, but, the landlords. We were then screamed at by them. The owner did come out and personally ask me to take it down and when I did not he made up the story to yelp and had them remove it. read more

Dead Skunk worst problem I have ever had. Was going to try and do it myself however everything I read and anyone I spoke to said not to touch it I could make it worse. I called a few places and settled with All Pro Pest Control. Spoke with Joseph very nice. No one is happy to pay to do something like this. Was not the highest price and not the lowest. Joseph was extremely nice in person and took care of the problem. Sprayed the are hopping will not last long as I read some crazy stuff about a dead skunk. Not happy with All Pro Pest control. At first, very pleasant attempt to real you in to get you to be obligated to a monthly $100+ service. That is after they came out when I was not home because it was after the time frame they gave me. Then got nasty over the phone threatening me to pay for a monthly service I never agreed to or signed for. I would not recommend them. I recommend CVA EXTERMINATORS. Found All Pro and they came quickly, fixed the situation and have not had a problem since! One service my wife and I have rarely had was pest control service. We had a real bad issue with ants and spiders. We called about 5 different companies and When we called All Pro Pest Control we spoke with Joseph Wilson, the owner, who was so great to talk with. He was knowledgeable and had a great way of making us feel comfortable and we felt we could trust him. What made All Pro really different was they didn't give us the runaround on the phone about pricing where we felt like it was a bait and switch or "it sounds like its not going to be much but we need to see it first" sort of thing. When they came over Joseph and Sterling where really nice, respectful, professional and honest. They were very reasonably priced rather then the Corporate boated pricing the big guys were wanting out of us. They also educated us with all the helpful tips and info we needed to know and they did the job well. We were impressed that they gave us options of every other month or quarterly service even though it was cheaper over time then coming every month. They were refreshingly fair about their work and were extremely professional. Enough so that we wanted to get online and leave our thoughts about their company. I love Joseph with All Pro Pest Control! He is so responsive. I was freaking out about our ant infestation that my husband and I tried repeatedly to handle ourselves. We spent hour after hour laying out Terro, cleaning up the infested pantry and kitchen, and sanitizing everything only to have them back in full force when we woke up in the morning. I called him very early, and he was there before we had finished breakfast! In 10 minutes he accomplished what my husband and I couldn't do in 4 hours over two days! Within a couple of hours, they were gone. Poof! I am so grateful! Now I don't have to worry about finding ants crawling on my baby, and I couldn't be happier! I have nothing but praise for Joseph Wilson and his company. I wish I had thought to write a review years ago to let everyone who checks his company on YELP know to look no further when in need of a Pest Control expert. In 2008, we discovered we had a severe bee problem in our attic, so bad that one day hundreds of bees had actually made their way into our daughter's bedroom through the drywall in the ceiling. In a panic, I initially called a company out of the yellow pages without checking them out. Unfortunately, I later found out this supposed bee specialist wasn't even licensed as he had advertised. His idea of dealing with the problem was to vacuum up the bees and drill holes in my daughter's ceiling in order to spray some sort of pesticide onto the hive, and charging us $300 to do so. After that horrible experience, I was lucky enough to find Joseph Wilson of All Pro Pest Control. Joseph said he would come out, free of charge that same day, to have a look at the hive and to give us an estimate to take care of the problem. When he inspected our attic, he discovered a massive bee hive with an estimated 100 pounds of hive and honey. The next day, Joseph along with one of his technicians, began working on eradicating the bees. This is when I learned from Joseph that the hive cannot just be sprayed from the outside as was done by the other company, but it must be pulled apart and sprayed inside where the Queen resides. After killing the bees by this method, then came the painstaking work of removing the hive and all of the honey. This whole project was several days long in the middle of summer when temperatures were 100+ degrees outside, and who knows how hot in our attic. He and his crew worked as long and as hard as was necessary to eradicate the problem with the bees. During that initial treatment of the bee infestation, Joseph and his technician were able to get rid of all of the hive and honey, but there is no way to remove the pheromones that linger. A few years later, the scent of the pheromones drew another swarm of bees to our house. They were able to get into the attic, but Joseph came out immediately, bringing a bee keeper friend with him. They discussed the course of action and were able to kill the bees before they could make a home in our attic. Joseph hired a Roofer to plug up any holes on the outside roof line and eaves, and Joseph made sure everything was air tight on the inside of the attic. The problem was solved. Once again this year, the bees swarmed, but this time they were not able to get into our attic despite their efforts. Joseph is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He has a wonderful work ethic, but he is also so pleasant in the way he conducts himself. I am happy to say that Joseph is the only person we will ever call for any and all Pest Control problems. As a matter of fact, we just signed up with him to spray bi-monthly for ants and spiders since we have seen an increase in them in recent months. Very disappointing service from Joseph at All Pro Pest Control! I have a gopher problem that I contracted All-Pro to handle. After the first service, the holes in my yard continued. I called back to let them know, and had a hard time getting a call back. He finally responded, and agreed to come re-treat. After the second service call the gopher activity continued. Once again, contacting him was difficult. He did come a third time, after which I have given up on his ability to solve the problem. I will say, I used this company last year. I believe the employee who knew how to treat gopher infestation no longer works there. Use at your own risk!!! read more
