We've been using No Bugs for awhile now and I am always shocked at how perfect their timing is. Whenever I start to see spider webs, I get a reminder that it's time for our treatment. We have seen a difference since starting our service with No Bugs. We didn't have a huge problem but we would see little spiders constantly and it's been really rare since hiring them. We thought that we had bed bugs in our home, when we called, we spoke to Matthew who was very knowledgeable and gave us some great information over the phone and what to expect. We called a few other places and wasn't going to be able to get an inspection for atleast a week. Matthew went above and beyond and stopped by to find out what was going on that same day. Luckily, due to human error and google, it only turned out to be carpet beetles. No bugs is the best. They helped with a rat problem when we lived in a condo. Super helpful and knowledgeable at finding the problem and fixing it. We moved to another place with vacant land behind it. Initially had lots of brown widows and black widows. After one spray they were all gone. We had a rat problem - yuck! Tenant left back door opeN and dog food bag in plain sight which was too tempting ing for a rat whoo decided to move in. No Bugs came out, inspected the entire property, confirmed no available entry points, set traps and bait boxes inside and out. After no activity inside for a few weeks, internal traps were removed. A few weeks later, we confirmed that rat was still inside. No Bugs immediately returned, identified where it was hiding and set traps up. It took a few weeks and several visits to check on the traps and bait boxes , but their due diligence and patience paid off with a successful elimination of the rat. I have been using No Bugs for the last three years. What I like about them is they are so quick to respond to our calls/emails. Matt is the technician and is so through. I was inundated by tiny red ants. I had problems with black ants about a year ago. Another company sprayed with minimal success. I used store bought spays and ant bait. They finally were abolished. But this year, this new kind of ant came in. So I called the previous pest company since I'm new here. A nice young man sprayed the outside and spread some kind of pellets. He never came in and checked the kind or locations. He said that this treatment would take care of the ants. Within 2 days, they had multiplied and were in herds in only one side of my kitchen. I came from a big city. I knew that cleanliness was critical to keeping bugs at a distance. So I knew I wasn't doing anything that would give them food. So I tried this company, No Bugs. Within a day or two, they sent a young man out. He was a professional, practicing social distancing and wearing a face mask. He wanted to come inside to inspect. The other company just mindlessly figured they knew what they were dealing with and what to do. He went into automatic pilot sprayer. This man from No Bugs wanted to see the ants. He was on his hand and knees with a flashlight all around my house, in all of my cupboards, drawers, and closets, checking for further presence of those insidious ants so he could thoroughly treat the house. He couldn't find an entry point into my kitchen. An ant trail was tough to discern. They were mainly in herds either in areas or along behind the sink. And there were not many live ants. Most of the ants were dead in their herd piles. Happily, I found vinegar water pretty well killed them on the spot. So I left them in dead piles on the counters so he could see them. He kept me in the loop of his findings. Then he determined the treatment. He used a white goo on the inside which was non toxic. He explained that it would attract the ants, they would eat it and get it all over them, then take it back to the colony. Then within a week, he said the colony would die because they either ate from the goo, or they got the goo all over them from one who had eaten the goo. Then he went outside to spray & saturate all around the house outside. He was so polite and informed. And he was willing to inform me. Within an hour or so, I looked at the goo blobs he put out. Two were covered with these ants chowing down. Since he had been here, I went from herds of dead ants which I cleaned up while he was spraying the outside, to new live herds chomping away in the white lethal goo. Been a customer for over a year now. Our biggest issue was ants, and we have not seen any since we started using their service. Everyone that comes out to our house is very professional, courteous and friendly. They always leave a receipt of the services they perform each time they come out and their billing plan is very straight-forward. Everyone I have had contact with (3 different reps coming to the house and the office assistant) feels that they want to do a good job and they enjoy working there.
