Bread was buttered and grilled but did not have the feel of a real po-boy bun as if it were on the old side which is strange as the place is a bakery. I don't know what dressing was used, tasted like plain mayo. This is a strong do-not-ever-order recommendation. Fries were good, probably cut fresh. If I ate in, the order would be sent back to the kitchen. My replacement would likely have been better but QC on the takeout was lacking. I understand it's a popular spot in Jackson and was certainly full when I picked up the order. My meal, sadly, was quite forgettable. Other meals that were part of the order seemed OK but, in my eyes, uninspired. Edit: Heard from the manager with with an apology and offer to make up for the issue to my local relatives since I'm only a visitor to the area.
