Going to have to go back for breakfast as lunch was a bit disappointing. Wife loved the Guined bowl - said both the salmon and veggies were terrific. I, unfortunately, had the chicken schwarma "gyro" - that wasn't really a gyro and wasn't really schwarma. I can appreciate a deconstructed dish as much as the next guy. But when the separately wrapped pita is both thin and crispy, I'm not a fan. Then when, instead of tender, succulent thin slices of chicken, I get DRY chunks of chicken breast, I'm very much NOT a fan. I reckon we'll go back as the chef has some great chops and we want to support a local business struggling in the face of snail-paced street construction. read more

Excellent spot in historic downtown Laurel. Friendly staff! Coffee is great and the food menu and meals that came out looked fabulous. We didn't eat this time, but we will definitely be back to try some of the menu items. read more

Totally recommend you check out this fabulous Coffee and cafe. I had The Sunny Side of the street with 3 perfectly round FLUFFY stacked pancakes. Two medium eggs and bacon. You won't believe how good the pancakes are. You ate met with smiles and great service. I had pistachio coffee yummy. Definitely don't miss out. read more

I got the maniac mocha, which is a dark chocolate espresso latte. It was very good, not too sweet and wasn't too overpowering. The place is clean and nice. Highly recommend this place. I would come back. read more

A friend recommended this new place. I have never heard of it so I was excited to try it. When you walk in the door it's very clean and love the decor. You walk up to the counter where menus are provided and you place your order. We miss the chance to get a late breakfast which is served from 7am-11. Lunch is 11-4pm. No worries there is plenty on the menu to choose from. I ask for recommendations since this was our first visit. I chose The Guined, it was a well seasoned grill salmon with grilled veggies and quinoa. It was so good and flavored that I did not use my dressing. My friend chose the Roasted Tomato Basil soup. Both were very tasty. We set outside. The chairs were comfortable. If you sit outside they will bring your food to the table and if you choose to eat inside they will call your name and you pick it up at the counter. If you order water they will bring it in a carafe. We had great service. I will definitely be back read more

Came here my first morning in Laurel and plan to come back every morning for fresh bagels and coffee. The atmosphere is so hygge and everything is fresh. The menu has all the staples of a coffee shop and several options for a bite to eat. Conveniently located in downtown Laurel and plenty of street parking. Finding someplace to eat in Laurel has proven to be hit or miss but this is a winner. read more

Fast service, great chairs and decor. The Avo bagel was SO good. We spilt that and shared the fruit and yogurt and the coffee was yum. We'll come again before we leave Laurel. This cafe has been open 3 months. The owners are going first class and should do well. read more

I am convinced there is nothing served here that isn't first rate fantastic. I have a poor review on Google because at the time they didn't serve decaf during breakfast hours. However, that has since been changed. I still haven't had an opportunity to return for breakfast, but I HAVE had lunch there 4 times, each with a different bowl, and every single time the bowl had the perfect balance of flavors and ingredients. One day I hope to enjoy their breakfast with a great latte. Service has never been an issue here as they are always friendly and gracious. I was there this morning and not only outstanding service but the food was perfection! I had the everything bagel with fried eggs, avocado, feta and tomatoes. It was the most perfect bite of flavor.
