Depending on the flavor, I will use the flavor coffee as my base. My 2nd favorite is the Capital Street. The atmosphere is casual and great for studying, working or meeting with a friend. He said to email him the information and yes they allow book signings as long as it didn't interfere with the customers. I emailed him and got no response for a couple weeks. I called him and this was how the conversation went. "Hello, is John available?" "Whose calling?" "This is Fran Benson Smith." "What's it regarding?" "I spoke with him a couple weeks ago regarding a book signing there." "This is John and no we are not going to do that because it causes to much disruption with our customers, CLICK." Imagine my surprise at the manager hanging up on me without me saying anything. I did call him right back and told him how rude that was and that I would definitely be acknowledging him on Yelp for his behavior. Then about 5 to 10 minutes later, the email he ignored, he found it and sent me an apology for his rudeness. He could really learn a lot about how to handle the public from Drayson in Madison, MS.
