Enjoy some an afternoon freshly brewed coffee!

Cool atmosphere, delicious drinks, and multiple locations across MS! My favorite drink is the Blondie Latte

I loved visiting neighborhood coffee shops when I'm traveling. Cups is definitely worth the stop. Thanks Cups for the great latte and customer service.

Great coffee shop. Had the Cortado and a Capitol Street latte. Big area to study and sit with friends, great outdoor seating. Coffee could stand to be a bit stronger, and for Goodness sake...the heavy metal playlist that suddenly came on and is blowing the place out...not sure it's the employees choice but man. That's gotta go.

They greeted pumpkin spice season pretty well. I don't have any complaints about their pumpkin spice latte in my brief sojourn here. Bonus points for being basically across the street from UMMC.

My first foray into the Fondren scene! Was nearby for a work errand, so I decided to try a new coffee shop while in the area. The place itself is extremely sharp and exactly what I imagine when I think of a modern, hip, local-scene type shop. I got a blueberry muffin and got really adventurous with the seasonal pumpkin spice latte (minimally sweetened). The muffin was not at all what I was expecting, and the pumpkin spice latte was a little meh. Muffin: didn't really get blueberry at all from it. Maybe the slightest hint, but it was more nuts and cinnamon than anything. Maybe I was given the wrong one? Not sure. The pumpkin spice latte wasn't horrible, but I wasn't overly impressed by it. I feel like their coffee is good, but the PSL was just a little bland and almost watery. I would definitely come back though to try something else - most likely a regular latte or something black.

This is one of those eclectic coffee shops with an adorable and trendy atmosphere.... I wish I could drink that instead of the coffee. As seems to be the main gripe with Cups (reading the other reviews and talking to friends) the espresso is definitely on the burnt side. Getting the iced coffee was delightful though! And finding soy milk in Mississippi was nothing less than a miracle. They also carried some interesting tea blends that were great to warm up my fingers in the chilly weather! Customer service was good but not great. The second day when I bought a gift with my coffee, they rang in the wrong one and had to void and re-ring me up. It was a ten-minute process involving three people. I felt so bad that I almost just overpaid. BUT since their coffee is not on the cheap side and I am not on the wealthy side, I waited it out, despite the frustrated looks of the salespeople and customers behind me. Well, THAT was embarrassing! Honestly though, I LOVED this spot for gifts. The mugs were super cute. I bought one that said, "Coffee, the nectar of gods" for my friend and another travel mug for Justin U. with some great art on the outside. One of my travel buddies bought an artsy shirt, really soft and organic cotton. One gripe though.... Cups, please ditch the Styrofoam cups! Not cool for the environment... if you hadn't heard. Plus you might upset your hipsters! The prices aren't cheap but Cups brings a unique vibe and cool work environment to Jackson!

Colorful, artsy atmosphere - but a burnt espresso was disappointing for a place with "espresso" in its name

Great place to study, but if you're a coffee fanatic you'll find their espresso to be a bit on the burnt side. Their syrupy drinks sound innovative, but I'm not a big fan of sweet drinks so I just ordered an espresso and it was incredibly disappointing, especially for a place with the word "espresso" in its name. Cups' atmosphere is great - very colorful with whimsical paper cuttings hanging from the ceiling. I knew that I was at a solid place when I noticed the Barista's T-shirt read "BUY LOCAL ART" Coffee snobbery aside, this would be my standard work spot if I lived in Jackson. Too bad they can't pull a decent espresso... hopefully it was just the barista who served me.

I enjoy this place very much.. but i prefer their hot tea over their coffee! Give it a try, especially since they have late hours also.

The pastry case is stacked: a wide range of sweet and savory options, all baked in-house, plus a small rotating menu of heartier plates that make it easy to do either a light bite or a full breakfast/lunch. Bonus points for the strong vegetarian lineup and frequent vegan options--my go-tos are the black bean roll and the tomato pie. The baristas are friendly, service is quick and efficient, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable. Set in an old house with thoughtful decor, it has classic coffeehouse vibes (no cold, industrial feel here), making it equally good for meeting friends or settling in to get work done. There's also plenty of outdoor seating and a great backyard. On top of all that, Urban Foxes serves a solid selection of local craft beers and hard seltzers and really leans into community--regular pop-ups, art markets, and music shows ranging from punk to hip hop. Pro tip: grab a free zine on your way in. This place does a lot, and it does it well.

The shop is bright and bright the element of outdoors into the interior in a subtle way with its plants and large windows. I'm such a sucker for pleasant greetings and warm hospitality! "You had me at 'Hello! How are you?'" The world could certainly use more kindness and genuine southern hospitality. Now, here's what really wowed the coffee enthusiast/hobbyist in me! Espresso shots were being pulled meticulously with attention to detail, including the use of a scale, which provides for consistency! The flavorings/syrups were not pumped haphazardly from the familiar brand-name syrup bottles. Rather, for my latte, an in-house syrup was carefully measured for the perfect taste! My delicious, honey-cinnamon latte was made with care, attention to detail, quality ingredients, and finesse! Loved it! If I'm ever in Jackson, this will definitely be my go-to spot!
