I started coming here once Starbucks in Flowood would take forever just for a simple latte and make me late for work countless times. I drove past rolling beans every day and decided, Why not let's try it? Greeted, and of course I said it was my first time, but I'm always a sucker for matcha-based drinks; it's not too sweet, plus you can add expresso if you want as an option. I was also given the point punch card, which is great and incentives you to come back, especially on Mondays for the DOUBLE punch, which means a closer goal to free coffee, and everyone knows it tastes way better when it's free haha. I love the time and effort put into the drinks being made; you shouldn't be waiting more than 5-10 minutes MAX. Definitely here for the long run! Not to put anyone down, but it's definitely better than 7B/Cups but that's just my opinion. Don't hurt me yelpers lool.

If an employee is old enough to work customer service and represent your business, then they should either be properly trained to resolve simple issues or have management available to step in and make it right. That responsibility falls on the business, not the customer. I paid for my drink, left a tip, and politely asked for it to be remade because it was watery and not made correctly. Refusing to remake it over "wasting product" was disappointing on its own, but the defensive response afterward made the experience worse. Especially considering another Cups location confirmed the drink should have been remade without hesitation. After supporting Cups for over 10 years, I expected a little more accountability and professionalism instead of excuses. It wasn't until after I had ordered and was waiting for my drink that I realized this is a faith-based company. As a man of faith myself, that immediately explained the feeling I had when I walked through the door. While waiting, I took some time to look around and was impressed by the apparel and merchandise they offer. You can tell there's purpose and heart behind what they're building.
