My go-to meal is the Werewolf Bait sandwich or Brii burger. I would argue that their cocktail menu and expertise is second to none in town. Always a perfectly tailored beer tap selection plus bottle and can selection. In the mood to play a game or games? They will have it here. Want an obscure drink? They will make it here...and likely make one you have not heard of. Head on over and you won't be disappointed.

My chicken sandwich on Texas toast was also very good. The pickles they put on this sandwich, along with the garlic mayo, really add great flavor, and the toast was buttered and perfectly toasted. The pizza was good and you can add extra pepperonis if you want, for $1. They have tons of board games and card games and even a few video games for people to play. They host gaming nights, apparently, which is cool. The service was also really good. They asked if we wanted water to go, and without asking, they brought a small to-go cup of lemons, since we had lemon with the water we had with our food. A very nice touch. It's an interesting place in the middle of Mississippi that is worth stopping at if you're passing through around lunch time.

This was my first and last visit here. The lady at the counter was somewhat rude. Due to the ambient noise, I had some difficulty understanding what she said and made it obvious to her that I didn't understand but she made no effort to speak up. I ended up getting the fried chicken which was surprisingly good. The turnip greens were great. The Mac and cheese could have used some more cheese but was acceptable. The chocolate chocolate cake was my main problem. It was moist but not convinced that the frosting was homemade as it tasted similar to canned frosting. The added bonus to my piece of cake was a shard of glass that ended up in my mouth. I got an apology and a refund for the cake. I won't go back. read more

This place is okay. Unfortunately, they don't serve Coca-Cola products. You order at the counter, but it was difficult to hear what the counter person was saying due to ambient noise in the place. We ordered the blue plate special of Fried Chicken. Surprisingly it was very good. The side of potato salad was meh as it was made with sour cream and bacon. The fried green tomatoes were tart but good also. Got chocolate cake for dessert. It was moist and well frosted. Found a piece of glass in the cake. Don't patronize unless you're fine with management allowing the workers to be called the N word. I usually ordered from Primos 3-6 times a week but after witnessing white management allowing an employee to be called the N word, I will never spend another dime there. The N word is also displayed in the bathroom...no one seems to think anything should be done about that either. As many of you know, Primos has an extremely racist past; it seems like not much has changed. read more

It makes no sense to rate anything but 5 Stars. The food is very good and if one has an issue with a server or cash register person then one needs to call management. That can happen everywhere. Everything was super flavorful, and I enjoyed it all from the start to the finish. I was especially quite impressed with the taste of Turnip Greens and Seafood Gumbo (top favorites). The portion of the meal was generous and filling. I was feeling full and satisfied after consumption. I wasn't able to try any of the desserts. However, it was nice to know that there was a variety of freshly-baked sweet treats available. Options included cakes, cookies, pies, pound cakes, and breads. The ambiance of the restaurant gave it a family-oriented, neighborhood diner. The dining room was spacious, with a lot of tables and chairs available. The overall feel was cozy and inviting.
