7 Brew Coffee in Flowood is basically a daycare with espresso machines. It's run by kids who think customer service means making up stories, talking down to people, and acting like they're in charge of the playground. Case in point: an employee actually walked out to accuse me of "speeding off" two days earlier. TWO DAYS. I drive a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with a modified motor -- it's loud, it echoes, that's what a muscle car does. If their flimsy awning can't handle the sound, that's their issue, not mine. But instead of focusing on serving coffee, they decided to play detective and point fingers. When I said, "You've got to be kidding me," the little self-appointed hall monitor shot back that she wouldn't serve me if I "had an attitude." Excuse me? You accuse me of something I didn't do, and then refuse service because I don't smile and nod like it's fine? That's not customer service -- that's arrogance mixed with immaturity. And good luck trying to get anyone higher up to care. They don't have phones at locations, their so-called "customer service" is nothing but a chatbot on Facebook, and their area managers apparently ghost voicemails. Translation: they've built a company that takes your money but avoids accountability at all costs. So here's the truth: the coffee isn't special, the service is embarrassing, and the "corporate structure" is nonexistent. If you like being accused, dismissed, and talked to like a child -- this is your place. As for me, I'll be warning people across the country because 7 Brew clearly doesn't care about customers until their reputation is on fire. Got the medium iced Sweet and Salty, half sweet, non fat milk, add whip. There were several cars in line, but they got my order in within minutes, and before I could get up to the window, the guy had delivered my drink. I had no clue as the nature of this new Flowood establishment. The staff taking order was pleasant and informed me. I ordered a hot white mocha. I am sorry to say that I took a few sips and poured it out in the parking lot before I departed. As I was trying to explain this it hit me. Holiday Inn Express coffee. It tasted like horrible. I was driving by and saw this place and I'm happy that I did ,I talked to this super nice and amazing young lady who took my order her name I think was Hayden,she was so kind and honestly talking to her made the wait time pass by so quickly (even though it was less then two minutes),she got my order super fast and answered me kindly and fast when I kept asking questions because I didn't know what I wanted.a lot of people get frustrated and rude when I ask a lot of questions so I truly appreciate her patience ,I got a coffee and it tasted fresh and amazing 10/10perfect amount of coffee and creamer,it didn't taste bland or bitter like the other places .if I'm ever in Ms again I will definitely pass by again.
