I was so excited to get my NIPPS burger. I had been to California and went to the famous In and Out burger. I said to my self " NIPPS is better than this. But they lost my business. Help me settle my conscience. As we walked in the teenagers were at the counter. No one acknowledged us or asked to take our order. Another teenager Walked beside us and began talking to the teens behind the counter. Two different teens looked at us and continued talking to him. Then they turned away from us. Still no one took our order or acknowledge our presence. No "I'll be with you in a moment", nothing. I asked for a manager. He assured me that someone would be with me soon. A girl came out an said she was making a shake. Then proceeded to have a conversation with the same teenager that the others had. At this point my husband said "I don't think I want to eat here". And we walked out. But now I feel kind of guilty. I know they are teenagers but come on, train them that the customer comes before your friends. Teach them that you greet customers. I am still disappointed about not getting my burger. read more

The food is always fresh and made to order. To this day I have never had a problem and I've been to Nipps many times.

Values and taste both top shelf. We seldom get anything other than the Banner Special but have had their milkshakes which are fantastic. This is our go to place for that burger fix. read more

Stopped in here on a handful of locals recommendations. I had the bacon cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. The burger and fries were top notch. The fries were crispy, golden brown and not oil laden. The burger was cooked just right and wasn't dripping oil all over the place. I don't understand the high ratings. No offense, but personally, I don't "get" what's so fantastic about this place's food. The pricing for their side items (fries, etc..) are a bit high for what you get. The burgers have no magical seasoning that sets them apart from others. It's not a bad burger, but It's not a 4 star burger. I guess it might be the sauce that is propelling their popularity and reviews. Burger buns were like whopper buns from Burger King. Burger meat was bland. Nothing special about this place. Milk shakes tasted like water based ice cream. Definitely not worth the higher price. I would give it 4.5 if I could. Excellent burgers and fries. I had the Niipp burger, grilled bun, grilled onions and lots of flavor. My son had the 1/2 burger and said it was great. Fries are coated and are very good. Excellent service. We were sitting outside because the sun came out for the first time in what seemed like a year. A car went through the drive up and left before they received their entire order. Austin who works at Nipps sprinted out the door and chased the car down. He came out of the restaurant like he was on fire. I was extremely impressed at the effort he made to catch that car. Finally found a good place to eat at in Longview. On a flight from Hawaii to Portland I met a person who was from Longview but currently lives on the islands (what are the odds). After the "you've gotta be kidding me, you know about longview" spiel, I told her my horror story about finding a nice place to eat at in Longview. She named 3 places, one of them is Nipps. She was right! The fries were good, the fry sauce was good, the halibut was crispy and moist inside, and the blueberry shake was awesome! We have been going to Nipps for years. They consistently have fresh, well prepared fast food. If you are in the mood for a burger it is hard to beat the Banner burger! During this pandemic, the drive through lives have been horrendous, I'm talking abt 45 mins but worth the wait. Store needs some up keeping with the drive through line. Employees are somewhat nice but once in a while you get a rude one who stares at you when your offering to pay the .50 for a extra ranch. Needs to update the menu as it's incorrect on prices. Being new in town, I felt I should check it out. It was a nice change from all the chain burger joints, and still kept in the same price range. I tried the mushroom burger and onion rings while the hubby had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Both burgers were good sized and quite yummy. The fries were supposed to be large, but there were definitely not that many in the bag, however my onion rings were great. My husband also got a chocolate shake, which was ok, but nothing special. The chocolate wasn't mixed through all the way and the milkshake was probably from a machine instead of mixed upon order. We will definitely go back though, as they also have fish and soup and salads that we would like to try, along with eating more of their burgers. read more

Nipps is the only place in Longview for good, fast food. Their banner special has been a ritual for my tattoo artist and me for a long time, and it's one of my favorite parts of the appointment. 2 out of 5 times our orders have been wrong going through the drive thru. in the last 2 months. The most recent one we were given ranch instead of tartar for our 2 piece halibut fish. My husband called complained and the manager was going to replace the meal. Took his name etc. Will,,,,,,,,,,,, when we arrived today the manager on duty just about called him a liar and would not honor the complimentary dinner. My husband went in ,,,,,,WILL you can guess the rest. My advice is to check your food before leaving the drive-thru . If you order and pay for a 2 piece fish make sure it is really there. You might also want to make sure you get tartar and not ranch. We always try to buy and dine local. Unprofessional managers (2) on duty. A embarrassment to both parties and the store.
