    Reply-To: team@getninmnim.com If you can spot the error in the address every single one of their promotional emails redirects to, you are already doing better than the NimNim team. Yes - spelling your own company name correctly in emails is a pretty basic requirement for a "professional service". In brief: I have used NimNim once and will never use them again. I'd strongly discourage anyone reading this from patronizing their business. In long: Having just moved to a new building I wanted a shirt, suit, and a few other items dry-cleaned. NimNim was on our concierge's recommended sheet and I went with them because they were cheap. Ah, what an error. In my order I stated that my suit jacket had a large crease on the back due to a previous dry cleaning fiasco. My order was picked up and returned quickly. All was well. Then I saw the results. First, the suit jacket had not been ironed at all - it was as creased upon return as when it was sent. See attached picture and decide for yourself if this was perhaps easily missed. Second, and much worse, a brand-new $100 white shirt was returned with what I can only describe as a burn (picture attached, perhaps someone else can label it better!) and is ruined after being worn once. Though I can afford dry-cleaning I can't afford to throw away single-use $100 shirts. I was headed to a wedding and went ahead and risked ironing the jacket myself but contacted NimNim about both issues. This was where I learned about their reply-to error, which I brought up to them and they have not corrected. (Note that in a separate issue their app does not use universal links and instead of defaulting to your phone's mail application it will always redirect to Apple Mail. Hopefully after spelling their business' name correctly NimNim will also learn to use 'mailto:') I sent my email on August 23 and was promised a swift reply. I submitted another ticket on August 27. Finally, on August 29, NimNim replied and asked me when they could pick up the goods to relaunder them. Yes, their solution for my already-ironed jacket and ruined shirt was to relaunder them. On August 31 I replied and described the situation again. It is now September 23 and I have heard nothing from them. Based on my experience, I do not recommend the NimNim service for any purpose in any capacity.

    This place is a fraud. They don't show up for pick-up or drop-off and nobody responds to the help email. Stick with your local dry cleaner!

They take no accountability and try to gaslight their way out of every situation. They hide behind being a "small business," but that doesn't excuse this kind of behavior. One time I needed a dress tailored mid week for a weekend event (this is the same week mind you) and they got it done no problem! Don, who is often there when I drop off my clothes, is so personable and is always so kind. The prices, the people, and the work they do (both for dry cleaning and tailoring) is always amazing.     Our boiler had a soot blowback earlier this year. Sals was brought in by our insurance company…read more They showed up with around 5 people and literally swarmed all over our home. Therewasnoway to see what they were taking since they all went different directions. They emptied our closets and dressers. We had little idea what they took. No photos, lists or receipts. When they began to bring back our clothes, a LOT of items were badly stained and damaged. One expensive coat not only had several new stains but looked like a dog attacked it... giant rip. A brand new cashmere sweater, never worn, was torn and newly discolored. When we finally got back what they said was everything, we began to notice items missing. Many of them were expensive. Many hadn't been worn and still had tags. Sals was unresponsive for many weeks. They never provided an inventory, only got that provided by our insurer who sent us their invoice. Many items on that invoice were not returned! We lost $10k plus of our belongings not even counting the dozens of items damaged and severely stained. Horrible! Don't ever do business with this unscrupulous company!!!

The agent that they sent to pick up the clothing, curtains, explained the procedure and helped me decide what to send. The initial clothes (2 day returns came back on time. Because of my skin sensitivity the product that they used broke me out. I called and they rewashed ALL of my products that they just washed! No complaints, no ugly comments, just "Real Customer Service ". We were so grateful ! I wish that there were more stars to give. I will forever be grateful to Sal's. To the entire team working there, THANK YOU!!! You all know what Customer Service is.
