This Nike outlet store is pretty big and has a much larger selection than other ones I've been to around the country. Tabari was very helpful when I explained what I was looking for in a shoe. I've been to this outlet a million times, but I have never received such quality customer service then Larry. He sat down with me, asked me what I would be using my shoes for, then brought five or six different shoes for me to try until I found my perfect pair. He is the man! I bought a pair of Nike Max 720 sneakers on February 11, 2020 and they lasted only 75 days before both air soles burst. They were worn only 2 hours each day on daily walks on sidewalks/roadways (no trail hiking). NO RESPONSE TO DATE (June 3, 2020) from Nike. Went tonight to exchange a gift that was given to my dad for the exact same thing just a size bigger and the associate PRECIOUS small built girl was very rude to my mother and I, she went out of her way to make a simple transaction very unpleasant she was talking to us like if we were dumb and rolling her eyes. Outlet malls can sometimes have everything you want or nothing at all. Being an averaged size dude, I find I can usually walk away with a great deal each time I go. I usually hit the clearance racks first. From there, I'll walk around the other shoe displays. Usually there's a few that'll catch my eye, but I'm not a fan of paying more than 30 or so for shoes. I destroy them fast. Me + anything that cost money = disaster. My wife will always find a few pairs of shoes she likes. Last time we were hereshe got a very nice gym bag for 10 bucks. read more

Outlets are a hit or miss. Malls and department stores are constantly having sales these days, so I don't think it's worth driving to an outlet. In fact, I find better deals online. I love this place, I didnt like it before cause the selction was cheesy and it really needed a good makeover. Which it got in recent times. I came here looking for nice comfy shoes I can wear 12 hours a day, possibly 7 days a week. I asked for assistance when I first entered because I didn't know the difference between all the shoes. A staff member got me Josh (Joshua?) who helped me greatly. He seemed to want to save me money, but I wanted comfort at any cost! I kept asking him the difference between certain shoes and what's good for running or hiking (since I would like to use them for other outdoor activities). He made sure that all my needs were met and checked up on me as well. I ended up getting the Nike Free for the barefoot feeling and angled laces to prevent pressure on the top of the foot. I don't shop for athletic shoes often, so when I came in earlier today I was clueless on what I needed. I asked the first employee and he didn't really seem apt to his job. I carried on and asked another employee who looked like he knew more. He called on his radio for someone to help me and passed me along to a coworker who was standing near us. He was extremely sweet and helpful. I wasn't a fan of the colors that were available and I knew I was being a little difficult. However he just joked "you're killing me" and smiled as he continued to show me more products. He also helped me find a better deal and even offered me a 30% coupon. Now he was the prime example of customer service. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have been that happy with my purchase. He gave me his time and he knew exactly what he was talking about as he compared the different shoes to the exercises they were suited for. This is a hit or miss. You can stop in and buzz through the store and you will either find something right away or you will come to the conclusion that you do not have a need for a purple size 18 high jump shoe. Customer service was good. I was looking for panting for running. The girl that helped me showed some and also showed me some Nike Combat running pants which was more what I was looking for. After making my purchase I saw a sign by the door advertising the Nike Fuel Band which I looked into buying in the past. The associate tooked me the display case and explained the features and benefits and answered all my questions. So I'm trying to find a pair of shoes in a size 17 for a guy at work who has his feet hanging out the front of his shoes and doesn't have or cant afford another pair. So I called in to see if they have 17s, I know they are hard to find but these guys usually have crazy sizes on clearance, I waited 5 minutes for anyone to answer the phone and then she said she would transfer me to footwear. I sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up, what kind of service is that. I know your busy with the holidays but 25 minutes when I only had 1 simple question, and it was never answered. If you want shoes they have some decent options of the colors or models that nobody else wanted at a good discounted price, other than that you will maybe save $3 on your $30 running shorts or maybe $1 on a shirt. I always have to stop by here when I stay at the Morongo casino. They have so many great deals for the low. I don't normally wear tennis shoes, I'm a heels kinda girl, however, when I do, I like the Nike Free runs, preferably 4.0. They have soooooo many there, even colors that were/are hard to find. Every once in awhile they have some styles that are fairly new, other than that, it's not the newest merchandise, but not hardly old. I drove down there a week ago for some Free Runs and some graphic Tee's. I got one pair for $59.00 regular $99.00 and another pair for $89.00. The graphic Tee's were 2 for $30.00 I got 4. The staff was annoyingly awesome, meaning, every time you turn around they were there, asking if you need help, is every thing okay etc. In addition, if they don't have your size, they have a warehouse up the way and they will deliver the size you need within an hour.
