We came here for brunch on a Saturday without a reservation and luckily we were sat right away with a nice view of the marina. Everything is so cute and pink, definitely a lot of photo ops! Since it was brunch the menu was limited. I had the pink chicken and waffles and my hubby got the monte cristo sandwich. Food was just ok, and pretty expensive. The drinks were good and strong. The decor, ambiance, and overall aesthetic are what really stand out. We brought our two kids ages 4 and 5. Our server Stephanie was so sweet and kind to our kids, and she made us feel very welcomed. She offered us off menu food items for the kids. The manger also made his rounds and checked in on us as well. Stephanie also surprised us by bringing out a nice birthday dessert for me at the end of our meal. Great service! Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!
I was in the other night for a dear friend's birthday, and we had the best time! The food was pretty good, but this rating is primarily for service. We had the most delightful server, Adeli. She was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and her smile lit up the entire restaurant. What a joy Adeli was! I also want to give big love to the aesthetics and the views. It is such an energetic and inspiring space overlooking the waterfront. We felt like we were on vacation the entire time. Oh, and the cocktails were sublime! If you're looking for a super adorable space for a girls' night, or a date with a super fun suitor, this is the place to be! Give Adeli a huge raise!
Nigel's on the Waterfront exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. The décor is absolutely stunning - far more than just pretty in pink. The playful wallpaper, drink and dinnerware, and Art Deco-inspired touches create a fun, sophisticated atmosphere that's unlike anywhere else. The waterfront setting makes it even more beautiful!! The food and cocktails were both delicious, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. I loved the Hot Girl Spicy Tuna Bowl, and the Flamingo Beet Hummus. Our group agreed the calamari was some of the best we've ever had! What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Our waitress, Monica, was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Bobby, the manager, also went out of his way to check on us and ensure everything was perfect, which really speaks to the level of hospitality here. If you're looking for a restaurant with incredible ambiance, great food and drinks, and outstanding service, Nigel's is an absolute must-visit. We can't wait to come back!
So not only is this spot adorable in all aspects of decor the food is good too! And service is also awesome, Dennis the menace is fabulous as the owner, Nigel, acknowledged us by greeting us and asking how our food was, appreciate that! I tried lobster grilled cheese with tomato soup which had a nice portion ofand say this bcs most places that offer a dish with added lobster, it's only sprinkled in, not Nigel's, this was worth the $. My friend had a burger she said it was pretty good, cooked as order, no complaints and ohhhh yeah I ordered fries, those were bomb with the cheese on top! For drinks I went with one from the mocktail list and added alcohol(bacardi), watermelon mojito which was excellent not too sweet and friend had passion tini, she liked as well. Booked a date for our friend group to enjoy brunch next month.
Let me start by saying YES the decor is pink, green and gold and beautiful. LOTS of photo opp locations. Now, let's get into the food. It's all AMAZING. The hype isn't just for the decor. It's beautiful and the food is tasty. I literally can't wait to go back next week with my friends. The staff went out of their way, or maybe it is their way. They kept checking on us, told us about new items and recommendations. For the appetizer for sure get the deviled eggs, for the dessert the new churro ice cream. All the food was good, but the sea bass has my heart. The Duffy boat after go see the jellyfish was a highlight and you should def not miss that! Try it out, 10/10 for me
So much fun! Lively atmosphere and great decor greet guests as soon as they walk in. Perfect place for Instagram worthy pictures. The food was tasty and and fun--unique in that many of the dishes were pink! I feel as if it would be impossible to be in a bad mood at Nigel's. The waterfront dining experience from just about every table was nice, too, especially on such a hot day! After lunch, we took the Duffy boat as part of the overall experience. Make sure, though, to reserve it ahead of time. Noah was a fun tour guide who even risked getting stung by a jelly fish so we could all see one up close. Loved it there. Will definitely return, especially with out of town guests.
This place is such a vibe! It was a bit noisy but my friends and I had a really good time. It's a little warm for the tables away from the open doors so I do recommend choosing one of the tables near the open air. Luckily we were able to switch tables. All of the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. You know it's good when you order a well done steak and it's still tender and juicy. I honestly think the prices are about average. Our bill came out to $300 for 3 steak entrees, 2 adult beverages. 2 appetizers and coffee. I definitely recommend this for your next girls night out. Also, I was confused as to where the restaurant was but just park in the underground parking next to tantalum's and the entrance to the restaurant is there with cute photo spots
I would have given this place four stars, but I have to say the service was very slow. At first, the waitress was very sweet and quick to bring our food. I did ask for a cup of ice, but she forgot. There was a moment where we noticed. She didn't come back for 20 minutes. I had to go to the bar and order the dessert. She did come back and say the manager forgot to tell someone to check on our table. I just think for a fun high class place. The service should have been a lot better! The salad I ordered was delicious and had the most perfect flavor! The steak melted in my mouth and the dressing was perfect! The crème brûlée I ordered came out cold. I would think crème brûlée should be warm. The best part was the birthday vanilla ice cream with marshmallows and toffee and chocolate! Nigel's has the best photo ops! If you want perfect pictures with a girly background, this is the place to be. With your lunch, they gave us a free 15 minute Duffy boat ride! The gentleman who gave us the ride was so sweet and let my little niece carry a jellyfish! Don't worry, it wasn't the kind that stings! I would come back just for the ambience and the free boat ride!
The beauty of pink can be felt at this place that is easy to feel. That is why it is not a stretch to call this place the house that Beach Barbie built. But more than that this place takes the feeling of pretty in pink and extends it to fantasy in pink accentuated with water strolls on Duffys and an atmosphere that is both delicate and fearless in the many shades that fit under the umbrella of the word pink, like Salmon, Rose, Fuschia and depending on who you ask magenta. I had a great experienec when I had lunch there. It is too easy of a pull to say that I was tickled pink by the luncheon so I will reach for a more ambitious claim and say that this place deserves miss Woods, Elle if it were ever to have any type of legal woe. Any other lawyer would break the spell that this place establishes so well. When one arrives at the parking lot, one sees a gym, a movie theatre but no promise of a land that is pink. It was discouraging. I thought we had arrived at the wrong place. So we looked for our location, some hue of pink that signaled this way go. And then we saw the black circle above some stairs. The stairs led to the place. It was clear that beyond the pink motif, this place also is a beach's bums paradise. The bar stools had seashell back rests. The napkins had seahorse rings. One cannot help but imagine having an aquatic ring. But the seahorse napkin holder was fit for napkins not human fingers, go figure. And beyond the pink, and the beach foaminess, there was also a girly-coded feel to the place. That of course cannot be denied. But, to call this place a place for girl's, would be right but limiting. Like if this is a place only for girls, then a battlezone is only a place for men. Meaning that standards of the past can no longer define environments of modern-today. This place is for anyone who enjoys all this place has to offer, including books on Prada and Hermes and Paris. But I can definetely see how this place is an easy answer to where can we have a bachelorrete party for a girl who is classy and classically feminine and not a place for a bro-out after a victor in the basketball court. The food continued the glamorous feel. The burgers had glitter. We started with the chacuterrie and it was a strong showing of flavor, and engaging cuts of meat and cheese that were only made better by toasted bread and fig jam. I had the salmon tacos and they were hearty and filling and kind of an easy dish to like. They came with chips. The spinach dip came with parmeassan chips. The dip was creamy, rich and thick.I am not a fan of spinach dip, but here I enjoyed it, but it would not be the move next time, simply because good for something I usually just tolerate is not good enough to order again. It had to correct a long standing belief and this dip did not convert it but like I said it was solid. A dip lover would plotz. It was a special way of eating, delicate prepared food, with glitter atop pink plates. The pink promise never seized. Their pens were also pink and it read Nigels. I also want to stop and applaud the manager Bobby our server Dennis and the main chef who wore a pink chef jacket. They were attentive, like seriously, attentive, and they hovered just enough to make us feel like we never needed anything. We were taken care of well, and this kind of tender service is a kiss to my expectations that eases them into a soft delight. Then came the complimentary Duffy boat ride atop a pink boat. The breeze reduced the scorch of the day. The travel pace was slow. Another person put her music on, and it was modern hits. One of the first songs were Adriana. The song came part of the perfect break in arduous reality. The place deserves praise for many of the reasons to catalog here. And I am not sure if I mentioned it, but this place has a cute pink vibe. I wanted to note that cause it is definetetly there thing.
Me and my friends went here yesterday to celebrate our semester ending. We wanted to have a girls day and what a great way to start it with pink vibes and brunch with drinks. We picked this place since it's one of the brunch spots that are open after 2pm, since most of them closes at that time. The vibes were really nice, every staff are all welcoming as we were walking to our table. We did same day online reservation for 6 people at 1:30pm but we ended up coming at 2pm because of traffic. But they were still able to sit us right away since it was not busy at that moment. We ordered alcoholic drinks, appetizers and our entrees. We had the artichoke dip and calamari for appetizers both of those were really good. Then for my entree I had the truffle risoto as pictured. I was debating whether to get the chicken piccata but I tend to eat small portions so I chose the risoto. It was really good, I love truffles so those are a plus and I finished my whole plate of risoto. For the drinks, I don't really drink a lot and I'm a lightweight. As for my friends, they really like the dirty little secret drink. The one I got was no strings attached, this is coming from someone that doesn't drink a lot and is a lightweight. So I didn't really like it. It was too strong for me, they said it's supposed to be like a piña colada but all I tasted was alcohol. My other friend ordered it as well, she said it was strong as well, she did asked if she can get more of the juice to dilute it a bit. They did have a complimentary duffy boat ride they offered. They have it on Wednesdays-Fridays until 7pm, it's a 15-20minute ride and you can always come back to do it that day s long as you have the receipt from the restaurant. So that was nice as well, we were able to connect to the music system in the boat so we can play music.
April 4, 2026 | Long Beach | Over the holiday weekend, friends wanted to surprise me with a fun restaurant and boy did they surprise me! I saw all of the pink and Barbie immediately came to mind! Haha! Nigel's is such a pretty in pink glam restaurant with delicious bites, excellent customer service & lively, entertainment!! Lobster Benedict | $35 | Fluffy, flavorful, and delicious! Juicy bites of lobster & fluffy French toast!! The hollandaise sauce on my requested scrambled eggs was absolutely yummy! I enjoyed the breakfast potatoes as well! I would easily order again in a heartbeat! Friends recommended this dish for me! Loved it! Pink Palace Lemon Drop | $18 | Very pretty in pink glam drink! It was a bit sweet for me! I had a few sips! Barbie Vibes | I immediately loved how pink the place is! It also seems very Miami! I love the flowers, the cute cabanas, pink, and white boats... This whole place is a cool pink vibe! I loved it!! Customer Service | Entertainment | Wildly friendly from the moment we checked in from the girl with the really cool manicure, so pretty! Highly attentive throughout our entire from everyone who arrived at our table! Also, incredibly welcoming & quite entertaining! We enjoyed an amazing performance by both a dancer, as well as a violinist! Camera-Ready | Nigel's is a really pretty restaurant and you will absolutely want to take photos! When you walk up to check in, there's even a magazine-like clear booth to step in to take photos when you're ready to be a Cover Girl or Guy! Once inside the restaurant, there is a Photo Booth that says Hello Gorgeous, surrounded by flowers, which you can step inside! Fun! Parking | Covered parking is free and so is parking shared with other shops and restaurants! Overall | Yes, please! The entertainment, customer service, food, and just all over Barbie and pretty pink vibes had me at hello! Nigel's is an exciting place to be! I'm looking forward to returning and going on the boat ride! Let's go!!
This is a really aesthetically pleasing restaurant. The boat we rented for the afternoon was also equally enjoyable. However, the entrance seating is a little awkward, which is where we were seated. The walkway between the entrance booths is very narrow and both customers and servers are having to dodge each other on the pathway. The food was okay, at least for what I ordered, but the drinks were strong and solid. The performer walking around was an additional plus to the ambiance.
First time at Nigel's and it was just okay. The lovely aesthetics of the restaurant is very beautiful! I love the pink. We came here just to try the drinks since we had ate already. I had tried the pink lemon drop and just a glass of prosecco! The pink lemon drop was not sweet because I told them to not make it sweet. My friend and I ordered the fries and they were fresh and hot. The drinks and fries 4/5 for me. The service was 3/5 it took forever to get drinks over 30 minutes and I felt they should have accommodated us for the long wait times for the drinks. It's very chic inside and nice ambiance!! The Duffy boats rentals are cute and during the week you can get complimentary Duffy ride for 20 mins. It's a fun place may come back to get a drink. Nigel's has the most beautiful view. I've been a handful of times now, sat inside near the bar and at a booth right on the waterfront, both have amazing views. The staff is super friendly and the food is good. Breakfast was better than the lunch but drinks were good regardless. Def recommend for a cute birthday date, the photo ops are endless! read more

literal perfect place for a special occasion! Whether it's a birthday or just a girls brunch, finally somewhere that understands the assignment ;) From the food, to the views, to the vibes, to the service, I can't recommend this place enough. The cocktails are really great and super aesthetic! Shout out to Megan, who is our amazing server and went above and beyond for us, and Bobby, who was able to help us get a little boat ride after lunch. Are you kidding me? CUTE BUT INTERRUPTED Came out for the Valentine's Day experience pre fix menu. We sat in the corner booths as you enter the restaurant. Cute details and pink lighting all around. Ordered their take on the old fashion and a sassy and spice drink made with Mezcal. Drinks were good and I was delighted the place was available on a Saturday valentines day. Oysters were okay. I mean, they don't have to be prepared at all, but whoever shucked them did it aggressively because we had to spit out the pieces of shattered shell in each of them. It happens at least they didn't look dead. The filet mignon was good. Cooked medium rare and served with a piece of butter torched right in front of you. My girlfriend has been wanting to try this place for sometime so I thought it would be a great place for valentines. Unfortunately, the thing she remembers most from the dinner is how we fought fruit flys the entire time. And to pay, with the intention to make her day, just to laugh about how all we did was kill fruit flies is irritating. the meal was overshadowed by the constant smacking of flys. I know it's an outdoor set up but I think there was something attracting them in the snake plants behind us. We didn't see anyone else battling so assumed it was just us. Then we went on the duffel boats. They are not private rides. I was happy to surprise My gf with a Duffey boat, and I was surprised it only lasted 15 minutes. Maybe I'll come back for drinks at the bar but no more experiences. It was okay. read more
STEPH JUDGEMENT: Cute spot for dates and special occasions. The hubby and I stopped in one weekday afternoon to get a drink and see what it was all about. The place was very pink and very pretty. The ambience was definitely chick-forward, and as a chick, I dug it, even though I don't generally consider myself a girly girl. We bellied up to the bar (yes, pink) and perused the cocktail menu. I got a Swipe Right cocktail, which was a nice blend of bourbon and sweetness without being cloying, even with sugar rim. The hubby wasn't in the mood for a cocktail and just got a hazy IPA. The beautiful afternoon light reflecting off the water made the whole place glow and we had a nice time leisurely taking it all in. We were glad to have caught it before the evening crowd got there. The bartender was nice and the prices were in line with its upscale-casual ambience. We enjoyed it, but will probably only come for drinks during the quiet hours because we're old and they don't have a great selection of vegetarian items. The Duffy boat rentals are right next door so this would also be a good place for pre- and post-Duffy excursions. read more
Girls day out at Nigel's was such a fun experience! The pink and gold décor is absolutely beautiful and gives the whole place a cute, girly vibe--perfect for brunch with friends. The seating by the water and cozy lounge chairs really added to the atmosphere. The food was good, the drinks were even better, and the service was excellent--shout-out to Michelle for being so friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend making reservations, especially on busy weekends. There's plenty of parking in front or in the underground garage, but keep your eyes open--you might miss the entrance if you're not careful! I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I finally went with a couple of my girlfriends. The restaurant is very cute and super pink -- a great spot for brunch with friends. The service was good, and the atmosphere and décor were really pretty. However, I was expecting the food to be amazing, and it was just okay. It lacked flavor. I ordered the lobster eggs Benedict, and while it looked nice, it didn't stand out taste-wise. I do recommend going at least once for a cute girls' brunch because the furniture, scenery, and overall vibe are adorable. I would try it again, but probably for dinner instead. I didn't make a reservation because they require a credit card in advance and I wasn't sure we were going for sure. We ended up sitting at the bar, which was fine, but the tables definitely looked more comfortable and nicer. read more

Nigel's is definitely a vibe! From their front waiting area, to the seating and restrooms - they are consistent with the pink decor, making for amazing pics and pretty vibes. This is definitely an Instagram worthy spot, so many cute props and so much pink and great lighting! We had reservations for 12+ to celebrate a 50th birthday party. They were late on setting up our table, there were still people dining, so that was a little hiccup. Once we were seated, everything came together. We had a few great servers bring out the custom menus for the birthday girl which were beautiful! We had an avocado tower, which was lovely and such a great idea! The fruit platter had so many choices and the fruit was fresh, they did an amazing job with presentation! When we asked one of the servers about an ingredient in the avocado tower, she was so helpful, and although she didn't know the answer completely, she wanted to make sure she asked the kitchen and get back to us. They were very busy and her making that effort show a great customer service on her part. He also had a gorgeous young lady walking around, posing for pictures and she had these amazing costumes that she rotated out of throughout our time there. I should also mention, that as we waited for a table to be set up, we were invited to the bar to order drinks if we'd like. My friends order cocktails, and I had a mocktail, presentation again, a spot on! My friend said they really liked their drink drinks. I ordered the "La Reina Pork Carnitas" and I didn't expect them to be as good as they were. I wish there was more Carnitas because that was the best part, they were filled with flavor and not greasy at all. The chilaquiles had a great flavor. The portion size was pretty big aside from the protein. Unfortunately, they were out of the desert they offered on our menu. So that part got a little messy and I ended up leaving without dessert. Overall, my experience was excellent, and it will definitely recommend this place for next get together, celebration or just brunch! read more

Pink is the in-color at Nigel's, and seahorses are the animal de jour. had a blast there with our family - especially our 3 year old granddaughter who loves pink! Service was very attentive from multiple staff and managers. Heavy pour on the cocktails which were delightful and artistic. All the food was great although I missed being able to try the fried deviled eggs - they sounded great. Will definitely come back. Love how they overlook the water. Lots of activity from boats to wildlife. read more

The ambiance is super cute, we went for a girls brunch and it did give girly vibes and was so feminine! There was a ton of parking since the parking lot is so big. The food was mediocre, very much overpriced but you technically are paying for the experience. I ordered the chicken and waffles and the waffles were very sweet and tasted very sugary. The drinks were good though, so I did like that. The service was also great too, our server was very attentive so I appreciated that. I'm not sure I would come back again. read more

Food- The food is pretty standard brunch for. Not a ton of food options, they have a scramble and a Benedict and a chilaquiles and an avocado toast. The vegetables were really delicious and fresh. The egg whites were super fluffy which was very enjoyable. Everything came unseasoned in the garden omelet but they provided salt, pepper, hot sauce, and ketchup. Lots of drink options if you fancy a brunch cocktail, wine, or beer. The pineapple mimosa is nice. The bloody mary was really good and has a bleu cheese fried green olive in it. They gave us complimentary vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips because we were celebrating my birthday. It was super delicious!! Service- The service here is lovely. We are vegetarian and they were able to customize some of our dishes so we had more ordering options (e.g., lobster benedict without the lobster). At one point the owner came by and even cleared my plate and asked if he could get us anything else, which is so above and beyond. Ambience- I love the vibes here, so much pink! They also have a bunch of green decor so any fans of Wicked would love this place! They still had their Christmas decor up which was lovely and much appreciated. They let us take photos by the floating tables downstairs and we enjoyed it a lot! read more

I love this restaurant! The colors and the ambience are exactly what I was hoping to see. All the staff here is very friendly and happy. The food was great and my bloody Mary was the best. They even have Duffy boats you can ride on between Wednesdays and Fridays for free. The bathroom is the most beautiful bathroom I've ever seen and it was super clean. I'm definitely going back here and bringing more girlfriends next time. This place is perfect for a girls night out or even a bridal shower. read more

After the hype had died downed, we tried our hand here for drinks and a light fare. The place was buzzing with excited and well dressed patrons enjoying themselves. Our party sat at the bar. Friendly hostess gave us menus. The food was good. But the service was not. Servers so busy walking around and not being attentive to the people at the bar. Tables seem to get more attention. The experience was pink! Ifykyk. Its a one and done for me. read more
We came to Nigel's in Long Beach as a party of 10 to celebrate my friend's birthday. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience completely ruined her special night. Our reservation was at 6:45 PM, but the table wasn't ready on time. Service was extremely slow from the start. Our drink orders didn't arrive until an hour and a half later, and even then the order was wrong and not everyone received their drinks, even though the restaurant wasn't close to full. We didn't get our food until 8:45 PM, two hours after our reservation. When it finally arrived, appetizers and entrées came out together, the appetizers were cold, and the steaks we ordered medium rare were served well done. To make things worse, we were squeezed into a small cabana that couldn't fit our group and were charged extra for it without ever requesting it. There was so little space that we had to eat our meals on our laps. Overall, the night was chaotic and poorly managed. I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups or special occasions. read more
I don't know who Nigel is, but clearly he's obsessed with pink and honestly? Same. This place is drenched in the perfect baby pinks. Not fuchsia. Not neon. Just soft, dreamy pink everywhere. Vibe is an easy 5/5. The restaurant opens right up to where the Duffy boats are parked, and yes, some of them are pink too. The whole look is adorable. Now...the food. Erm. Calamari - 3/5 Seasoning was meh, and the dipping sauce were way too sweet. Caesar salad - 3/5 Exactly what you'd expect. Nothing exciting, nothing offensive. Admirals Salmon - 4/5 Solid. Well-seasoned, cooked right. Not mind-blowing, but definitely the best dish of the night. Chicken Piccata "Perfection" - 2.5/5 Perfection is a strong word. Pasta was overcooked and soggy. Like...deeply soggy. Even Viagra couldn't revive it. Sauce was bland, weirdly fatty, and had zero payoff flavor-wise. Hard pass. Skinny Girl Marg Who knows how skinny it actually is since there's no calorie info, but if it's legit, then respect. Overall, the place is such a vibe but the food needs work. Please do better because the atmosphere deserves it. Parking tip (because this matters): When you see Ralphs, drive to the right side and enter the parking structure that goes down. Park there. The restaurant entrance literally opens into the parking area. Free parking, tons of space, insanely convenient. Loved that. Would 1000% come back for drinks, brunch, and vibes. Just don't come expecting amazing food, come for the atmosphere. Also...the music sucked. Hope they fix that. read more
We had a lovely afternoon celebrating my and my sister's birthdays! The ambiance was truly festive ..,pretty in PINK EVERYTHING AND EVERYWHERE! Barbie would feel right at home The food was delicious. Steaks were perfectly cooked (medium rare), salmon had crispy skin, chicken piccata was flavorful and the drinks were creative and as beautiful as they were delicious. Our servers were all spectacular with the manager stopping by our table to offer his top three recommendations, we ordered them all and they did not disappoint! After lunch (Wednesdays and Thursdays) we were treated to a complimentary 20 minute boat ride and saw Moon Jellyfish!!! I got to gently touch one - made my day! The place is filled with fun photo ops, but some of the faux florals could use some sprucing up or replacement, the sun at the ocean can be brutal, but it all still photographs well. We sat at a booth facing the waterfront. The cabanas had a view of the entry walkway and champagne pop up so moving forward, I think we will stick to booths to avoid foot traffic in front of our table. Nigels is definitely a destination. This is such a beautiful restaurant as far as esthetics. So many photo ops. While the restaurant && ambience were pretty; the food was very mid. Out of all the meals the carnitas chilaquiles was the best. That itself gets a 10. I recently visited Nigel Restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. When we first arrived, my friend ordered a drink from the server, but it never came out. We noticed other drinks being served before hers, and then the server disappeared for quite a while. I understand places can get busy, but we didn't even get our food orders taken until we had to ask someone for assistance. Even after that, it took over 10 minutes for the server to finally come back to our table. While ordering, almost everything we asked for from the menu was "sold out" or unavailable, which was frustrating considering this was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Later in the evening, around closing time, we asked a gentleman cleaning a nearby table if they would still be able to sing Happy Birthday since it was mentioned during the reservation process. He kindly said it shouldn't be a problem. However, when we asked our server, she responded that she thought the birthday sign was locked away in a shed and said she would "see." At that point, we noticed a man who identified himself as the bar owner following another group of young women around and offering them shots. He personally walked the shots out to them on the patio. We attempted to get his attention to ask about the birthday sign, but he completely ignored us. Another gentleman, who appeared to be a manager, was also rude and dismissive when we asked for help. Neither of them made us feel valued as paying customers. Eventually, the server came back and said she found the birthday sign. But when it came time to sing Happy Birthday, it was only her singing alone, and she didn't even light up the sign. After all the waiting, confusion, and poor customer service throughout the night, the moment felt very last-minute and disappointing. Overall, the service was unprofessional, inattentive, and unwelcoming. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration turned into a frustrating experience. Nigel's is a cute gem in LB. The parking is underground parking to get to the restaurant faster. Nigel's gives me Miami vibes, the decor and just the vibe. There are a few places to take cute pics . Definitely a great girl's spot, I saw a few bridal gatherings and birthday girls. The drinks were so good and pretty. I got the chilaquiles it was pretty good. I went with seven of my coworkers for our holiday party because we'd seen the pink theme and thought it would be a cute way to celebrate. The interior and bar are genuinely pretty and feel like the main event. We had a reservation and requested indoor seating but were placed on the patio. I wouldn't sit outside again. The sun was intense with no curtain to block it, which made the patio seating uncomfortable. Service was a bright spot. Our server was friendly and attentive, which helped. Food was hit or miss. Best bite of the meal: the Anchor's Tuna Tartare. Best drink: the Sweet & Spiced cocktail, which was fruity with a little spice and really enjoyable. For something lighter, the Little Gem Caesar Salad is a good pick. I ordered the Lux Lobster Roll: big pieces of lobster on buttery toasted bread, but it needed more seasoning (the lemon helped). The Seaside Crispy Asparagus Fries were tough to eat because the woody ends were left on, so they were chewy. I also wouldn't recommend the deviled eggs. One consistent issue: nothing arrived hot, everything was more lukewarm by the time it hit the table. Parking is easy since it's in a shopping center, but it's easy to miss the first time. Look near Nordstrom Rack, then follow the small sign down the stairs toward the boat docks. Bottom line: come for the vibes and drinks. If food is your main priority, set expectations accordingly. read more

Nigel's in Long Beach has very cute vibes. The pink and green decor seriously gives Wicked energy and makes it a fun spot to hang out. We went on a Thursday and did a short boat ride, and our driver Eric was great. The food was okay, but the drinks were really good. Service was friendly, though a bit slow. I'd definitely come back to try their happy hour if they have one and enjoy the drinks again. read more

What a cute spot in LB off PCH! My gf wanted to come for her bday. I made ressies for 4 on open table. If you don't show up there's a fee--beware. Parking is underground where Nordstrom Rack is and the entrance is also underground. Pink/red carpet where the entrance is with girlie photo ops. Can't miss it. Such a cute restaurant. What a vibe!!!! The hostess was friendly however busy. Took us awhile to get our seats with no one else ahead of us but it also gave us time to take pics. Once seated it took awhile before our server came. Other staff came to fill our water cups. Finally she got our orders. I had the Leah Spritz- Ketel one vodka with St German, rose, grapefruit juice and prosecco-- it was divine. Gfs had the Aperol spritz-- Dirty Little Secret. First time here for a friend's birthday dinner and WOW! I'll just say if you love pink Christmas you're in for a treat! The entire restaurant is decked out with multiple pink decorations and Christmas trees! The vibe is very girly and cute. There are so many photo opportunities, I would definitely come dressed up every time. The service was amazing as well! We made a reservation and were sat right away. The food was amazing! The portions are on the smaller end but it's definitely worth it. I would recommend the fries and Cesar salad and pasta. The drinks were very cute as well. Especially the pink one and the Glinda one. Parking was really easy just parked in between the Nordstrom and Ralph's there plenty and no charge. 10/10 would come again. I heard brunch is really good so looking forward to trying that as well. Had such an amazing time here! Thanks to the incredible staff, Bobby & his crew. I came here last month to check it out and so happy that I booked for my birthday. We celebrated my birthday today. Food was yummy, drinks were pinky delicious, ambiance simply pinky beautiful, great concept. Some dishes bit pricy but our experience today was an 100 out of 10. Ana our server was wonderful, their staff photographer from Kazakhstan was fabulous!!! Thanks to a couple patrons Albert & Jose, the bada bing, bada boom guys for the round of pinky shot drinks for my birthday. I highly recommend this spot. This review is for brunch. When I made my reservation I intended it for the lunch menu. And the menu and website brunch ends at 2pm but it's actually 3pm. The brunch menu is severely lacking variety. 3/5 steak and eggs. Both my steak and eggs weren't cooked correctly. The steak was more medium then medium rare and the eggs were nowhere close to over medium. They were extremely undercooked I don't even think it was over easy. The breakfast potatoes are tiny and the toast shouldn't be there if they don't offer jelly or butter or anything to go on it. 4/5: when we sat down they said they had a full bar service. I ordered a Shirley temple and they did warn me they have a pomegranate version they do. So if I think of it as a pomegranate mocktail and not a Shirley temple to be fair, it was decent. 5/5 lily's spritz my friend enjoyed it a lot 2/5 service wasn't great. The entrance from the parking lot, not the parking structure isn't really manned we waited 10min for anyone to come help us and 3 other parties were also waiting and we weren't sure we were in the right place. The Duffy attendants were there but since they didn't handle the restaurant while friendly weren't really helpful. The server also wasn't friendly and you could tell was just trying to get us to move along. The entrance connected to the parking structure seems to be the main entrance so if you go try to enter through there instead Ambiance 4/5 the decor is lovely and they even had a dancer in the bar area. The cutlery while so cute wasn't the most easy to use especially with the steak. I wish I could have had the lunch menu as there was much more variety for appetizers and entrees. Went here for my birthday and loved the vibe. The place is super cute inside--lots of pink and fun décor, which felt perfect with the new Wicked movie out. I booked through Open Table, so getting a reservation was easy. We ordered the steak & eggs, chicken & waffles, and the chilaquiles. The steak was definitely the best thing we had. The other dishes were fine, just not amazing for the price. The drinks were good too, just a little on the sweet side for me. Late post - 11/01/25 My girl friends surprised me for my birthday at Nigel's for brunch. There are two entrances to get into this place. 1. Through the lower level parking garage and 2. The walkway in between Nordstrom Racks and the lower level parking garage. This was my first time here, so I used the walkway in between Nordstrom Racks and the lower level parking garage. My girl friends were greeted by the hostess and checked in since they were there first. I arrived shortly after. We didn't wait too long to be seated. We walked in passing the cabanas and there was an area where you can "ring for champagne". The restaurant was a bright color of hot pink. And there were colors of gold, white, and greenery. It was a cute aesthetic. Very chic. We were seated outdoors looking into the marina. We were there for brunch and their menu had some delicious items! One of my girl friends ordered the Sassy Avocado Toast, the other ordered Garden Scrambled, and I had La Reina Pork Carnitas Chilaquiles. The chilaquiles was a good size. I was only able to finish half of it because it was quite filling. It was very delicious! I highly recommend it. The carnitas was juicy and spicy level was moderate. It was perfect for me. No extra sauce needed. I had it the next day and it was still tasty! For drinks, we ordered a mocktail, Lily's Spritz. It's a non-alcoholic wine with guava & fresa syrup, fresh lemon, club soda. It's cute color of pink. Looked like we had a fancy cocktail :) it was refreshing! Desert, we shared a chocolate cake along with a cute birthday cupcake! The overall service was great. The manager greeted us at our table and I believe the gentleman who came before her was the owner. They were all nice people. I visited Nigel's to celebrate my best friends birthday and we had such an amazing time. We enjoyed ourselves the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the friendly staff. The atmosphere of this restaurant is gorgeous, with the interior reminding you of retro Miami. The food was delicious and the flavors definitely connected to the waterfront vibes. After dinner we were able to experience a complimentary boat ride. (I believe they are offered every wednesday and thursday, check with staff) It was such great time, throughout our experience, all of the staff were so amazing to us. This is the cutest place! It's conveniently located in a shopping center so there's plenty of free parking and multiple points of entry. We had reservations but still had to wait a bit. We got to sit at one of the booths facing the water, which was very enjoyable. Our server was delightful and attentive, although there were a few things we had to follow up on, she was always pleasant. And she let the 5 of us do separate checks. The actual food was OK. I think you're definitely paying for the ambiance. It's a great place for celebrations as there's quite a lot of photo ops. read more
So excited as I've been wanting to check this place out since it opened!! Make sure you enter through the parking garage as they do have a couple entrances but this one is so pretty!! Be ready for the photo ops!! Walked up to the front and the hostess Analisia was amazing! They wear the cutest blazers!! She was super friendly and sat us immediately at a great spot! Our server was Julian and he was fantastic!! He was super nice and energetic! He was knowledgeable of the menu and was very attentive throughout!! Kudos to the chef as everything was amazing! We started with the Tuna Tartare, that was delicious!! We had the salmon which had a fantastic crispy skin and the mushroom risotto which was also great tasting! Portions were perfect! We finished with dessert and had the warm butter cake which was perfect! We had drinks throughout and loved them all! Great job to the bartending staff!!! The GM stopped by a couple times to check in and was super friendly! Bathroom is in the entry, is clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking in the parking structure or up top in the shopping center. The decor is perfectly pink! It's so pretty at night!! Loved the decor so much!! And right now they have complimentary Duffy boat rides!! So much fun to hop on a Duffy boat for a quick cruise around the harbor! Our captain was great! We drove 2 hours for a friend's birthday celebration. It's beautiful atmosphere, amazing staff and good food and drink. Our server Aaliyah was attentive and friendly. Had a lovely time! The only issue have was with customer service and over the phone management. There was a problem their check in process and the interface with open table that caused unnecessary stress on a what was beautiful experience. read more
