Did Ok job. Gave Nico a detailed list of items to be repaired (replace sinks, patch drywall, fix light, replace door hinges etc.) ...halfway through the job & although he was outside in his truck, he sent his worker in to tell us, he had 'under' bid the job ! The two workers finished part of the list. Was scheduled (by Nico) to finish on Monday (began on Fri) so on Sun. I texted Nico to verify they would be coming on Monday. Nico replied that he 'forgot'/made a mistake so they would come on Thurs but then ended up coming on Wed. So, we had to change our schedule for all that. Although they did the repairs (except one that the worker said he couldn't do because would take too long...(was that the under bid part, I don't know)...there were some messy & un-detailed things left to do. I again, called Nico (no answer after left message, so texted him) sent him photos of the mess, to have his guy come back to cleanup. He had left much sticky silicone residue on the counters around the 3 sinks we had replaced. Not a neat job. At first, one of the sinks was leaking at the faucet & he said he couldn't fix, so we should replace it. What? I then gave him the washers from the box of which he then installed & began to tighten. Tightened now & no leaking but the faucet is not centered straight. I won't call them back for this as afraid won't be able to fix without 'something' per them going wrong, so a bit crooked but it is what it is. Other small issues. They did the job but not detailed craftsmen (handymen).
Will say Nico very nice but communication wasn't the best...under bid (?), come/call/text us yourself. Ended up paying the full amount quoted even though they did not do one of the major repairs. Will give kudos to one of Nico's workers Jesse...very nice. He did not install the sinks but was the one sent back to cleanup.
Nico is very nice but think maybe over commits his workers on time & bidding.
Ok if you need certain things done just be sure they can do exactly what you want for the price you are quoted. read more
