Fabulous experience from start to finish- the ability of Robert to find good solutions and stellar workmanship makes him very easy to recommend! read more

Update on 7/1/2020: We bought 2 Elfa closet systems from The Container Store, and again retained Wade Services for the install. Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! Great work at a reasonable price! Thanks again, Robert! Jimmy H read more

Robert was able to get exactly what we needed done in a very short time. The job looks great, and he answered some of my other questions in the process. We will definitely reach out to Wade Services for any future projects. read more

I like Wade Services. Richard came out and with ease got my TV mounted. He then hung around an extra 30 minutes to try and diagnose my garage door since his minimum hadn't been hit. Awesome to find good people and there's a reason he has 38, now 39, 5 stars. read more

Not dependable. Was told multiple times he would come by to look at my project but each time (3x), he never followed-up and never showed. All he had to do was say that he wasn't able to do the job and I would have been fine with that. Not sure if the work is quality as we never got to that point. read more

I called Robert to get an estimate for a storage shed repair. Our meeting was scheduled on Tuesday at 9 am. I text'd him that morning to let him know that I could be a few minutes late. He got adamant and responded "never mind. I won't be able to help you with your projects. That address is a little too far for me anyway. You expect me to look at your projects for free, my time, my fuel". A very arrogant behavior and seemingly unreliable person to be trusted with any projects! read more

We recently moved to Denver and I needed 20+ pictures hung. I reached out to Robert and he was able to come within a week. We had posted tape where we wanted each picture hung. Robert made good suggestions about the placement of some of these; we went with his suggestions. He works quite quickly. If I hadn't hired him it would have taken a lot longer for us to do & it the pictures would not be hung as straight or safely. Thank you, Robert. read more

059 / 100 - 2017 YELP 100 CHALLENGE. Robert is the best! I contacted him a few weeks ago to see if he could help my husband and I install a doggy door, along with helping us put up a dog run for our dogs. We had bought/ordered the run and were simply waiting on it to be shipped and delivered to our home. Not only was he prompt at responding, but he was incredibly helpful! We spoke on the phone to discuss what we were looking for and what our ideas involved. Robert gave his own input and advice, went over what he would do if he were in our position, but was open to doing what we wanted - he just wanted to make sure that we had an outside perspective since we had never done something like this before! As the date drew closer for our scheduled meeting, things kept changing. We decided to get two doggy doors instead of one, the kennel wasn't shipped in time, etc etc. Robert was very responsive through all of this and really flexible. Awesome! In the end we could only get one doggy door installed, but he did an AMAZING job. I'm really glad my husband and I hadn't attempted it ourselves... the door would have been installed tilted or crooked or would have been poorly done. Robert did a fantastic job, though. It's straight, perfectly center, and looks great! I definitely recommend Robert and Wade Services for any help you may need. Professional, friendly, and to the point, Robert is phenomenal at his job and makes sure he does things 100% right! read more

I just want to say, props to this man. I reached out to several companies regarding getting two GFCI outlets replaced, and I noted that I had already completed one independently, but the other two had more wires than the first. Anyway, I received quotes for $100/outlet to fix from other businesses, but Robert simply responded and said, "Give me a call, and I'll walk you through it." Just wanted to note that I extremely appreciate good customer service and someone who is willing to take the time out of their day to help a lady out! Thank you Robert -- I was able to save my $200 and complete the job myself! read more

Both the service and quality of work were excellent. I would definitely use wade services again.

Wade was totally awesome! He assembled a desk chair and installed a shower bar in about 30 minutes. Everything turned out great! Thanks so much! read more

Robert is a true professional, has years of experience and his work ethic is unmatched. Of note: Ask his advice before starting any project...he has a keen understanding for what works and will make sure it complements the style of the home. read more

I gave my handy husband a in wall heater for our bathroom for Christmas and upon seeing it, he reminded me tha he "doesn't do electrical". I knew the gift would sit unopened for months (possibly forever) if I did not have it installed. I looked for a handyman in my neighborhood and found Wade Services on my very street. Robert answered my call promptly and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and with the 30 minute warning via text, that I had requested. He competed the work in the stated amount of time, including a run to home depot for a part. Robert's work was professional and he cleaned up the drywall mess. The heater works great and my husband is pleased with the work. I will def call Robert for my next round of handyman items (I'm starting a list!). If you have any questions, feel free to contact me! read more

Robert came to my house today to replace some old rusted out vents in the garage. Not only was he able to do the work on short notice, but he also had some really good ideas on how best to tackle the job. The job turned out very well and I couldn't be happier. Beyond that, Robert took about 30 minutes of his own time to give my wife and I some really helpful ideas on remodeling our closets and bathroom. We are very grateful for his sincerity and input and will implement at least one of the ideas he proposed. Thank you Robert!! read more

Robert was very quick to respond when I reached out for an assist. I had a shower/tub that had leaked water through the ceiling of our first floor. He very quickly determined the problem and repaired it. I also had some ceiling (drywall) damage from the leak that he also repaired. I was very impressed with how fast, efficient and professional he was throughout his visit. He was very conscientious about cleaning up after himself and also asked if he needed to remove his shoes before entering the house. If I need any help again I would not hesitate to call him. read more

I would give more stars if I could. We have our house listed and a cabinet in the kitchen fell apart. It looked awful and we had an open house scheduled and a showing. Robert returned my initial call promptly, we scheduled some work a week or so later, and then he touched base with me two days prior to the scheduled date just to be sure we were still on. At that point I cancelled on him, but that was no fault of his. While I can't rate any actual work performed, his communication was good. This would have been work here in Lone Tree, Colorado. read more

Robert is wonderful. I contacted him to install and flat screen television for my disabled sister in an assisted living facility. He brought the television upstairs (assisted living people wouldn't do it), got it all unboxed and set up and ensured it was fully operational and she understood how to work it before he left. Payment was seamless and it was an overall great experience. I will absolutely call on him again. read more
