Keli sent a team of 4 and in 4 hours they had space planned the kitchen, unpacked all three boxes, and put everything away. Then they moved into the playroom where they organized and put away all the toys and started on 2 kids rooms and my closet! I was blown away with how much they got done in such a short time. I plan to have them back once all of our belongings arrive to do the garage and office!

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!

Barry was incredibly flexible and worked with me to accommodate my travel schedule. This isn't one of the nationwide chain closet companies that expect you to work within their own parameters; this is actually a custom-designed closet. Barry truly listened to what I wanted, then submitted his designs and invited me to his showroom where we worked together to modify the plan until it was perfect. His innovative suggestions and willingness to consider even the craziest ideas resulted in a small walk-in closet resembling a high-end boutique. Oh, it wasn't simply the closet that he built. He also replaced the flooring and redesigned the entry so that it flows beautifully into the adjoining space. I wish I had not waited so long to call.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

I had hoped to organize a section of my garage, approximately 1/4 of that area. I couldn't believe that we finished organizing the WHOLE garage in our allotted time. She organized all the kids toys, garden tools, etc... she cleaned everything too! It was a large undertaking that she approached with an open mind, lots of listening and plenty of creativity and she did it all with a smile and doesn't slack at all on the job. I also work in the real estate industry and have tons of clients that I give great Contractor referrals to at a high-level. I reached out that I was interested to get a consultation. So when I kept seeing that Facebook ad pop up, I made a comment that I was disappointed that in my reach out they expected me to do all of the work that their company should've been doing. No other contractors I work with expect me to get on ladders and send them measurements. Then that lady sent me nasty texts and Fb messages. This level of poor customer service won't be great for a Douglas County business. Good luck!
