The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! One of the things we were really impressed with was the help Mike gave us on the day we went out and chose the tile, cabinet hardware, and countertops. Mike helped us pick out what we wanted, and still stay within our budget. In March 2019 we observed a bubbling of the shutter surface on five of our shutters. We immediately notified the owner of McFadden Designs requesting that the five panels be replace given they were under warranty. To date there has been no satisfactory resolution being stalled, passed over to Hunter Douglas, being passed off from one person to another, stating false claims as to why the shutters are defective. Requests for a replacement is more than justified especially given the $25,000 spend! Poor customer service!
