It just looked really pretty by the window. For food, I ordered the pizza factory chicken chopped salad. It was very good and came with feta, chicken and pepperoni. My son had the margarita pizza. He wasn't a fan of the fresh tomatoes on the pizza, but I had a slice and thought it was pretty good. My other son had a burger and mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the lemon chicken. We all loved our meals. There were a lot of good options on the menu. We will be back the next time we're in Keene.

I went to the website, but didn't see the options for vegan cheese, so I called them and they confirmed that they did have vegan cheese. My sister called back to put in the order and the person taking our order gave us the full list of vegan "meat", put up with our waffling on number of pizzas and number of fry orders and was just wonderful. Don't be discouraged if you don't see the vegan cheese on the website right away - it is there, just select a pizza and start clicking around - or call them for excellent service! Underdog Pizza, much like Underdog himself, comes to the rescue! On pick up, the folks working told us about all the testing they have done and consistently still do of vegan products to make sure their food tastes good.. As I sat down, the bartender's greeting was, "I have a lot to do, so get comfortable." Not exactly a welcoming first impression. I tried to be understanding, but after sitting there for about 15 minutes without anyone coming over, I noticed someone who appeared to be the manager walking around without stepping in to help. As I got up, both the bartender and the manager made eye contact with me, and neither made the slightest effort to acknowledge the wait, apologize, or ask me to stay. Looking back, I should have read the reviews before going. There are plenty of similar complaints, followed by the same generic management responses saying they're sorry and will do better. Based on my experience, those responses feel like lip service. If the same problems keep happening, it doesn't seem like there's much interest in actually fixing them.
