I was not so happy with the shape at first, but Daizy read it on my face and insisted on fixing it for me stating she wanted me to leave happy. She wasn't even the first person who did my nails! But she wanted a happy customer for her shop. This shows stellar customer service in my opinion cause she could have easily let me leave unhappy. The vibe in the shop was great the girls are all friendly and care about their customers. Crystal did my daughter's nails for her birthday with just some pictures for what my daughter had in mind. She created a beautiful set that my daughter absolutely loved. When I went back the second I was kind of strapped for money and still wanted to get my fill, the staff did not make me feel bad for not being able to afford the bells and whistles they just did exactly what I asked for and could afford. I had originally went in for a fill, but we had to start from scratch because the place I went to in Orange County in between sets used acrylic over my original gel set, live and learn. I didn't catch the name of the man who did my pedicure wish I did, because I would ask for him again too. Yes it is a little pricey, but I'm not complaining, because they are very accommodating and do nice work. I am very pleased with the outcome of my nails today can't say enough praises.

If you are late they understand, if you walk in they try to get you seated and started as soon as possible and are always checking in with you while you wait. Fun relaxed atmosphere - Typically they have some random music channel on the tv and you will find that most customers and staff are singing a long with the music. Clean Spot - The salon is always clean when I get there and/or they are in the middle of cleaning. You know how some places you walk in and you immediately feel dirty? This place is not like that. 2. Prices - prices are fair. They don't hide costs on you and if you ask how much something is they will tell you. It's not the cheapest place I have been to but not the most expensive either. 1. ALL TECHS ARE GOOD! Most of the places I have been I am selective on who does my nails because not all of them are good. All the techs are really good at what they do and take pride in their work. If you request something special and the person doing your nails knows that it's not their strong suit, they will have someone else step in to do it.
