I scheduled an appointment on Monday for Friday for a pedicure and dip nails. When I arrived the owner Crystal with a "C" ask what I needed I said I have an appointment with you. She looked at me disgracefully and bound her head to her available employee. I ended up getting dip on my nails but, definitely not satisfied. Crystal never acknowledged me. This business lacks moral principles guiding business conduct. She absolutely ruined my day. This was the start of my birthday weekend. I got no pedicure because I very much dislike the service I received. My business is not needed here so I will take it elsewhere. Been coming in here for about 10 years. Recently took my daughter in for her birthday to get pedicures. Both of our nail techs did a horrible job. In fact, this is the second time in the past year that this has happened. Neither tech prepared our toes for polish, no filing trimming, buffing...nothing. Paid extra for a scrub however, neither tech spent more than 30 seconds on the scrub. The polish is peeling after only 1 day because they do NOT prep your nails. Paid for two full pedicures, not the crappy simple color change they provided. NEVER going back. read more

We head right over, we walk in and the first thing they say is do we have an appointment, when we said no she told us first availability is at 1:30pm(it's 11:30 am now). When we said we just spoke to you and you told us to come in now all she said was "Sorrrrry". 1. If your going to ask for an appointment when someone walks in, schedule that appointment when you have them on the phone - don't waste their time if there is a chance you will need to turn them away if they don't have one 2. If you mistakenly tell a customer to come in when you shouldn't have, make an effort to "make it right" based on what your shop feels it can afford to offer whether it's a discount, a squeezed in appointment something 3. Maybe revisit training on phone/appointment setting with the team? It will only increase your revenue if you drive your team to set an appointment for every customer that inquires and avoid the whole walk in fiasco read more

Went in for a pedicure only to have to return the next day to get it fixed because it was peeling up on the side. Got home from getting it fixed and it's now doing it again. The overall pedicure was trash, it looks like I did it myself. Also I got gel and the lady left my feet under the UV until my toes were burning!!! Maybe that is why my polish is denting and not laying correctly. The staff was nice but the skill is trash. No wonder why the place is dead. I hate that I have to write this about a business that I thought was friendly and fair during the 4 years I have been going. Well today I went into this facility to get my nails done and the individual who owns the shop asked me what I needed done. I advised that I wanted a manicure and she looked me up and down and said she was busy. I have to admit I am a black woman and this particular time I had on a sweat suit with flip flops and a scarf on my head, when normally I go there dressed to impress. When Crystal said that they were busy I asked he if she had any other appointments and she briefly turned her head to look at her schedule and said they had no more appointments. I felt really funny when I left so I decided to call the shop to see if I would get the same answer and I used my professional voice and of course she said she had an appointment later and I advised that oh when I walked in as a black women and asked for an appointment the answer was no but when I call in and sound professional and she's thinks most likely that I am a different race, and the answer was yes we have an appt for 4. My heart was hurt to think that this time and day that there are still so many racist people in the world. But know that God does not like ugly and I'm glad I know how you really feel! Walked in on a Tuesday evening, the place was dead. Three ladies just hanging out on their phone. I told them I had an appointment and took about 2 minutes to decide who was going to take me even though no one else was around! Felt as if no one had the energy to even move. I knew as soon as she started buffing out my old gel color that this was going to be disaster. I should have left right then and there. When I called prior they told me they do dip, when I got there they told me they only do clear dip and paint it with gel. Whatever, didn't mind it. Once she finally finished preparing my nail, she got started on my requested design. Did not turn out how I wanted and she even was making a mistake before I stopped her and told her this nail doesn't get a design, she had to wipe it off. 6 out of my 10 nails have air bubbles!!!
