This nail salon is the best. I am handicapped and the lady (Lucy) does my pedicure for me and always remembers what I like. They treat me very good, I have 2 knee replacements and little hard to get in those chairs, but Lucy is great she picks up my legs and does my pedicure, I give them 10 stars. My favorite nail place. If you can, definitely book Linda in advance for your nails. She is normally booked up and is the only nail lady I trust. She takes her time and makes sure they are perfect. If you do notice something she'll fix it right away. David does rush your nails and is really busy all the time answering the phones and booking appointments so if you can get Linda. I think David would be a lot better if he wasn't distracted with running the shop at the same time as doing nails. Sorry David I still love you! I recommend this place to everyone for pedicures. All of the ladies seem to do a wonderful job with pedicures. They always take their time and massage your legs for a long time. I've been to Holy Nails 3 times now. The first 2 times my nails came out great and good customer service. The only reason I didn't give them more stars is because my most recent visit didn't go so well. My nails are just okay, you can see where the fill started. And they were so busy that my technician was on the phone half the time with clients while doing my nails and was rushing the entire time. I completely understand being busy with covid and all but I'm in the beauty industry myself and that customer service wouldn't fly in my salon. I ha a 4:00 appointment. Arrived at 3:45. And another woman of color also came in with a 4:00 appointment. She arrived at 4:00 and yet ANOTHER woman came in at 4:15;saying she had a 4:00 appointment. They took her right away. Why would they take a person that was already LATE for her 4:00 appointment instead of seeing myself or the other woman? I was early the other was on time yet the WHITE lady that came in late was seen right away. This is NOT right. I am Hispanic and the on time lady is African American. To me this isn't fair in so many levels. No explanation was given when I asked the owner why I was passed up even though I was early and had an appointment. Owner was nice for quite a long time, as I had been a customerfor several years. Never missed an appointment with him. Our family went through a death and then ICU situation for my sister two weeks later. I missed 2 appointments. The owner called me both times, at the time if the appointment. I apologized and I explained. He no longer allowed me to make an appointment, but instead, blocked my cell phone. Life is so short and sometimes difficult. Very disappointed in his lack of kindness/understanding after being a customer for more than a few years. I always over-tipped on every service too. Why bother making an appointment if they don't honor that or respect my time. After 20 minutes I told them why I was leaving and he let me walk out the door. Me and my friend wanted to try a new nail salon, we were recommend by a friend and they talk very good about this salon. As soon as we walk in we were greeted by everyone mostly, they ask us what we needed done and tell us the prices; regular pedi it's $19, regular mani and pedi it's $31, ladies were really friendly and our nails came out beautiful, they listened to our needs and were patient. The outside is kinda ghetto but the salon itself it's worth it. They charge $1 dollar if you're using credit or debit card, so be aware of that. I've been here once and will never return. I got a full set of acrylics and none of them were the same length and multiple nails were crooked. The guy who did my nails was really rough and I told him multiple times he was hurting me. He buffed a section of skin off on my pinky and it got infected. If the low price seems too good to be true it probably is, all I can say is I learned my lesson. read more

Was able to go and get my nails done since having my baby, it's been about 6 months so it was much needed. I'm a happy customer once again. I really wanted white and David gave me the size and style I wanted, a shorter coffin shape. I love how they turned out. The pedicure is amazing, I got the classic for $24 and it's the most relaxing thing. Tina did my pedicure and really took her time and the scrub and massage was wonderful! My full set was $22 plus $15 for gel. That is the one thing I'll say was a little much for me, $15 just for gel is quite a bit for me but overall I'm happy with the result. read more

I initially gave this place 5 stars because I loved their prices and my pedicures were always nice. Unfortunately, This wasn't the case from my last visit. Aside from the price increase, the service wasn't that pleasant. They were not kind or approachable. I received a pedicure (not the basic) with acrylic added. The acrylic on my big toe broke within a week. I've never had that problem before. My pedi water was cold within minutes, and the pedicure (not the painting) was a little rushed through. I'm not sure what happened during the pandemic but so many businesses are losing their customer centric values. Linda is my girl!! I recently moved to this area and was so afraid to try another nail salon since I'm so used to the one I've been going to for years. Needless to say I saw Linda for a fill the first time I visited and she took care of me. She even shaped them better than my original nail girl I then went back for her to remove my acrylics but I was asking if she could salvage my real nails as much as possible. She was worried since they were thin that they wouldn't hold up, but she took her time and was super gentle and made sure that all my nails kept their length! Their gel selection is great too. Not sure if they have OPI gel, but if they don't that would be my only suggestion! I'm used to my original nail salon that uses plastic liners in the pedicure bowls, but Holy Nails just thoroughly cleans. Best place to get a pedicure, hands down! Or would it be feet down? Regardless, my feet feel great!! I'm 7 months pregnant and it's hard to get my feet feeling like they aren't hot balloons these days. They spend at least 10 minutes massaging EACH foot! They're gentle, but rough where you need it. I am in foot heaven! Now to see how the polish holds up, but even if you just came in for them to rub your feet, it's worth it. Prices are also very reasonable! read more

I came in 3 days ago. I called and was told to come in at 12:15. I came early and waited a few minutes after 12:15 but they communicated with me letting me know that they will be getting me in within a few minutes. Once I sat down the women who worked with me did have me waiting for more than 10 minutes while my nails soaked to remove my previous gel polish but once she worked on my nails again she was very careful and detailed. She took her time and even made sure I was satisfied with the amount costs of polish that were applied before finishing up. She did a really nice job and the price is so great! Only $15 for a color change. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was a little time consuming, about and hour and 15-20 minutes. Other than that, service and pricing is great! read more

I have been coming to Holy Nails a little over 10 years, driving all the way from LA. I love the service and the staff especially Lucy and her daughters. I've always loved the service. On this particular day about 8-9 mo ago I got the good service but when it was time to pay I noticed David's wife talking to him and he gave me a different price than usual. He was charging me more because he said my nails were long. Long story short my nails were always the same length or they would cut them down. I didn't argue. I paid what he said but I felt terrible. I was a Regular customer who drove over a 100 miles just to be treated unfairly by changing the prices after service was rendered. There were no signs posted about a price change! After I got home I called him to let him know how I felt about the price change after the service was done. He said we're going to change prices anyway. He said I guess I should have told you upfront!!! I was very disappointed how this was handled. It could have been handled differently. It was very sneaky!!
