I was looking forward getting my nails and decided to come here based on the reviews. Red Flag #1: I got a grumpy nail technician. I have gotten gel x nails before and I have never experienced burning pain before. I let the technician know that it hurt really bad, no response. So I tried to ignore it and move on. But two nails later, it burned again, it was very painful. Then I simply asked the question, is this supposed to be happening? But that seemed to upset the nail tech and then he started to make me feel like it was my fault that my nail was in a lot of pain and then he went off with his little comments that got me upset. I was simply trying to communicate that something was wrong, and trying to understand why it's burning so bad. I kindly ask for a different nail tech, but I was ready to leave, but decided to give someone else a chance and that person was good. Flag #2: I was ready to pay but apparently they don't take any card. There Internet was "down" and only take Zelle. I wish they told me that when I walked in. The funny part is that they point me to the ATM and a print out with instructions how to pay via Zelle. Flag # 3 I was so ready to leave and felt I had no choice but to pay via Zelle. Then they tried to charge me the "credit card" rate! Omg, now I was upset because I know many people will not speak up and be taken advantage. Are these ethical business practices? They were NOT acting with honesty and integrity. read more

I am back to give an update on "Today Nails and Spa" I'm not sure what is happening in this once amazing nail place, but it seems that it has had a huge turnover; there was only two people familiar to me. I wasn't able to have either one of them do my pedicure. I had an older lady who did not know what she was doing. I had to have her redo my toenails, in which I could tell she was not happy about.. She had left to go do a lip wax while I was having my toenails done, and she went to the sink and did not wash her hands prior to going into doing a wax. That alone was appalling to me! She returned and did not wash her hands before continuing to do my feet; She just put new gloves on and went right to work. I was really disgusted in her work, and her attitude. I will not come back now to this place, a place I really liked over any other nail place. I guess I will have to now start shopping around again. By the way, they overcharged me after they gave me a pricing chart and I chose what pedicures I wanted, because there were two of us, and I still was charged $10 over what the total should've been, plus I added a tip. So buyer beware! After this horrible experience, I went home and took the polish off my nails! What a waste of money! read more

Excellent service here. Everyone is always super nice. I just get manicures and pedicures, but my fiancé and her friend get their nails done here by Andi and won't go anywhere else. Don't come here, save your money. They're overpriced for low quality nails. Salon isn't even sanitized or cleaned. Not sure when's the last time they've cleaned their towels or brushes. Came in to get my nails done and very disappointed with the service. My nails aren't even and there's nail polish all over my hands. read more

I love this nail shop! I have lived in the high desert for 5 years now and I have always had my nails done by Andy! He is amazing and honestly your nails will last forever! I work a lot so sometimes I can't get a fill for 2 months and they never fail me! I used to get a full set much longer but now I just put acrylic over my natural nails so there much shorter but either way they look amazing and last so long: I don't always do pedicures but there is always someone to do an amazing job on my toes as well! I love this shop! Very professional, clean and well kept. Andy has been doing my nails for about 4 years now and I won't let anyone else touch my nails. He shapes them just the way I like it. They have TV's and they play good music too! They even have an ATM in the shop, just in case you need cash for the lower prices! He is very good at what he does!
