I'm happy with the service I received from the techs at Pro Nails. I had a manicure, fill and nail design plus the standard pedicure and polish, grand total was $82 and with tip, $100 even. The 2 ladies that worked on my hand and feet were very nice and super gentle. They were accomodating and made sure I got the design and nail color I liked. The only thing, I didn't notice until I got home, during my pedicure I didn't realize my nail tech didn't cut my big toe nails right. Other salons will take off the ingrown nails but my nail tech didn't do that and I'm not sure why. Anyway, it was still a very good experience and I'm glad I found this little gem of a nail salon. Another good thing is there's plenty of parking, and they were able to take me in as a walk-in and I only had to wait 10mins. Plus, they were next door to a hair salon which I went to afterwards for a hair trim. read more

The last time I had been to the salon was eight years ago. I stopped going due to the mail owner being rude to me. Despite the fact that I've already been a customer of the salon for four years . The current owners have been here for six years. I went there today to have a fill and a trim down on my nails.. Jenny did a great job! The salon is clean and nice and I will be back. read more

I always give my nails a couple weeks before I write a review. This is my first time getting my nails done at this salon. It went well and I paid $120 for a gel pedicure and gel acrylics (pricey). I loved the end results and was looking forward to my nails holding up until my next visit which I usually come in 3 weeks later. Sad to say, my nails did not hold up. I wish I read all the reviews before going to this shop. They have better reviews on google than they do on here. Lee did my pedicure , he was great and very sweet ! Tina did my full set , she did a pastel color it was beautiful but I needed her to change the color which she did but everything was an extra $5 dollars, so my full set ended up being $45 dollars , then $75 including the pedicure. I was happy she changed my color but once I left I realized that it was incredibly splotchy And the top coat was missing on half the nail. It was hideous. I called to get a partial refund at least , Heidi offered to give me $10 and was incredibly disrespectful and rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my daughter to get a gel manicure for her birthday And ended up taking her home with an infection called PARONYCHIA on her finger. Obviously from a dirty tool used. Will never take my kids to get their nails done again and definitely would suggest not going to this place as they clearly don't sanitize their nail tools. I will give them the two stars strictly for their mild kindness. With that being said; the rendered nail services were HORRENDOUS! After only one week; my acrylic fill set started popping off. (I've NEVER had that issue!!) I stopped in once to get two replaced (I was not going with intent on paying as I surely should not have had to. She did not charge me for the fix-Thank you!) A day after the initial fix, TWO MORE POPPED OFF (As if I had press ons from the dollar store) As far as my pedicure (Gel polish!!!!) is concerned; my polish immediately started chipping! Needless to say, I most likely won't be back (Well unless pure desperation comes forth) Pricing is up there for the less than mediocre quality. NOT WORTH IT! read more

Update: Sara (Lynn) was the only reason I go to this salon and now she switched salons to Pleasant Beauty and another salon! Highly recommend her! I have been going here for eight years and I absolutely love the way Sara (Lynn) does my toes, nails, and eyebrows. She is such an amazing and genuine person, which makes my spa experience really enjoyable! I highly recommend her if you want to relax at the spa for a cheap price! Also the shop is under new management (Why Sara switched). They just remodeled with new chairs, new floors, new paint, and it is very clean! read more

I used to love this place but the last two times I've came here has been a wreck. It's like they push me to the side. Today was the final straw, I came there as soon as doors opened ask for a mani and pedi with the only one I let do my nails Heidi, and she began to do my manicure and a man walked in and said he was in a rush to go to San Diego and wanted her to do his pedicure. Heidi offers her husband to do mine which he is a very sweet man but the point is that I came early and requested her for both and this man was a walk up just like I was and she tells him to come back in 30 mins and she will do his pedicure for him. She asked if her husband can do my pedicure I nodded out of frustration. And I sat their and thought about it and just made me more upset so finally I told her never mind I will get my pedicure somewhere else. Got my gel nails paid for the service and that will sadly be the last time I ever go back their. Looking at my gel nails they look sloppy because she was rushing and that happened the time prior. The time prior they weren't busy and I wanted to try more of a fancy pedicure so I got the best one they had to offer because I wanted to relax. Sure enough she starts my hot stones and two people walk in and she rushed again. I didn't get to enjoy the expansive pedicure. I didn't say anything about it and try to be understanding that it was just her and her husband but I'm tired of going back their and giving them my business because I like them as people but they push me to the side. Now I had to drive to euphoria to get my pedicure because of this morning. So frustrating. read more

Made an appointment for 3:30pm, got there at 3:25pm. When I arrived she asked what i wanted, I said A pedicure & she only responded with an "ok", so I took a sit, minding my own business, after 30 min I started to get very impatient, As I noticed they were not acknowledging me whatsoever, wasnt even told to sit and soak my feet while I waited. They were all busy and Its fine, I get it, but other people who were getting their nails done there sat before me at the massage chair. Usually when I go somewhere Im seated ASAP or at Least im told its gonna be a wait. Idk if its just me very upset but I would NOT RECOMMEND this place just based on the customer service I received. read more

I went in Wednesday morning to take gel polish off. I didn't know they open at 8:30 which is great for me. I didn't get the lady's name but she did a great job. I even got a manicure. Came to get full set and pedicure. A kid was trying to do my nails... no. The person who did my nails forgot to add the clear coat when I asked them to do it they said "no I did it." I said "can you please just add a clear coat on this hand" to avoid bad service. He went back got the clear coat and did it upset and a bad job. Then he asked "are you going to pay now?" I had been a long time customer (over 4 years). I usually go on weekends. I went to the salon. Told them I needed a fill and a pedicure. I received my pedi. I was directed to the table to start my fill. Four ladies came in and wanted the works. I stepped away from the table, when I came back, I was told that I had to back about 5 pm ( it was noon) to have my fill. The salon is run by a husband and wife. I only allow the wife to do my nails. She looked upset and embarrassed . The explanation I was given (by him) was she no longer does fills on weekends. He stated this "new policy" had been in effect for two months. Not true. I had been there 2 weeks prior. There was nothing posted. I had not been advised of this change when I came in and clearly stated what I wanted. It is my belief he was worried about losing the four customers. He refuses to do pedicures. She is the only one who will do them. I have been a good customer. A loyal customer.
