On 8/11/2023, I went here and got a pedicure. The staff was really nice and all but the lady who did my pedicure really tore my foot up I made the mistake of paying AND tipping even though she was not being gentle at all which resulted in my big toe bleeding at one point during the process. She knew, she saw it, all she did was wipe it and move on I honestly didn't think it was too bad until today 8/12/2023 when I woke up and it hurt to walk. It was red and irritated so I put a bandaid on it and went about my day. The band aid came off this evening and that's when I realized just how bad it actually is. Hello, One thing about me is I'm too nice. I can't be rude to someone so I couldn't tell her what shes doing isn't right when she's probably trying her best. I was charged $59 in total. She added everything ; reasonable prices! (Pro). The cons and my issues were: she didn't clean the cuticle area before applying the acrylic. (Needed so it doesn't lift!) (which mine are right now and its only been three days) I mentioned it to her after we finished one hand and still didn't clean it for the second hand. Second complaint: it wasn't airbrushed at all, more of a ombre. Third complaint: white tips are too long... Fourth: the balance is off. Moral of the story: if you want ur nails perfectly done this isnt the place. I know some of us care whether how good its done. (I have ocd, so for me is a need) read more

Nice place. I walked in, no line. Nails done quickly. The woman ushered me to dry my nails afterward. I asked her how long under the light, she said 15 minutes. Nails felt dry, I paid and left. As soon I got in my car I saw the shifting of the polish on one nail. Soon another. Decided it wasn't worth going back since I already paid and left. Fast forward an hour later, the polish is still not dry, smudging and shifting even though I'm not doing much with my nails. The color has these weird bubble spots in it, which I didn't ask for. a waste of money. I will not be going back. read more

I made an appointment Thursday for a Friday afternoon appt I don't know who I spoke with but super nice ! I went in Friday at 355 (my appt was at 4 I love 4 mins away ) and was seated right away ! My nail tech was Hanna , se was so sweet and I had no idea they gave you your own personal nail files ! Such a great idea ! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and wow ! They came out perfect! Unfortunately, this is not the place for me. This was my first time going there. The young man was nice. However when I asked for a nail design he was honest and said he didn't know how. I have been loyal to TQ Nails for over a year now and I LOVE them!!! I'm so happy I found them and will never go to another salon again! Quinn and Trang are my girls for my manicures and pedicures! They always have time available for me the same day, they never rush when taking care of me, they accommodate whoever I bring with me, and I always leave with beautiful perfect nails! I go every month for a a fresh manicure and pedicure and I've attached some pictures (I suck at taking photos every month), but you can see how beautiful they turn out. i got a full set and a pedicure, the pedicure was great and the lady was nice but during my full set the young man kept asking about my relationship status and he continued to flirt with me after i told him i was not interested multiple times which made the experience very uncomfortable. he seemed to be nervous and rushing and the next day i had chipping and a nail broke THE NEXT DAY! he ended up finding some of my social media and spamming it with likes and messaged me several times after i told him i was not interested. i don't feel comfortable going back here to get my nail fixed as long as he works there and he did a terrible job doing my nails :( read more

Took my whole family to get pedicures now that we are all vaccinated. Everyone there is so friendly! We were helped quickly & given water bottles. They have coffee available too, such a luxury experience. We ended up adding on manicures while we were there and they were very accommodating. Although my family is all vaccinated it was nice to see all the covid regulations they were following. They made sure everyone was social distancing, wearing a mask, and sanitizing surfaces after each customer. Very clean place! They did amazing jobs on all of us, including two kiddos. 12/10 would recommend! read more

This was the worst shop I have ever been to. First the color that I wanted for acrylic they failed to warn me that it follows in the dark. Now what if I was highly allergic to the ingredients that make it glow ? Major lawsuit. The next thing was the shaping. Asked several times to fix it cause it was really bad. However they refused. They don't even clean their tools after every client!! Went back a few days later to fix a broken nail (only because they had the color acrylic of the rest of my nails) from the set that they did. This time a different lady did it. After top coat I noticed that the shaping was REALLY BAD. I asked if she could fix it. I looked at it I'm like no it's still droopy can you reshape. Then she went at it again with a major attitude. So the next time she handed me the file and told me to shape my own nail!!! Like how rude. I was like I would never ever come back here again !!! I wanted a very simple set and the length was in between medium small. I paid 76 dollars for something I did not like, I was very disappointed. I showed her what I wanted and she told me that is was going to be 75, which I was fine with. When the lady stated doing my nails she didn't even prep them she just put the tips right on. so with all of this being said I will no longer be going back there they charge insane amounts for very simple sets. read more
