Solid choice I made via yelp while working in Hesperia for a few Dat's. Seems like Royal nails was the only nail shop that had 4 star reviews while many in the area were 2s and 3s. So I went to get a full set with Hauie. He was quick and efficient -- like the quickest I've seen even with a small design. I just wish that I got a hand massage at the end like I usually do at other nail shops.. I did see another client receive one. And that I was asked which exact sticker before putting it on. The Parking lot is easy and big. The location is pretty close to the 15. If I have to be here for work again, I would come back if I couldn't wait to just go to my usual nail shop at home. I had an appointment with her at 8:45 she came in a few minutes late which I didn't mind when she was doing my eyebrows and my upper lip she act like she was such in a rush to do what she gotta do for me. She left chunks of wax on the corner of my lips. She left little bit of hair, still under my eyebrows, let one eyebrow a little longer than the other one, the worst part was that she saw on the edge of my nose on each side that it was red and irritated, but she still ended up putting wax on top of the irritated skin, pulled it and end up making me bleed she fucked up my face a day before I get married. I was recommended to come to this shop by my aunt because I live down the hill here in West Covina, and she lives up there in hesperia and my gosh the drive was worth it. I called a day before to schedule an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure: GEL + Service of Hot Stones (+$5) HOLLY was absolutely amazing. My gosh her hands and technique were amazing. I work and stand on my feet all day and the MASSAGES she does on your feet and calves etc I couldn't believe it. It's been a VERY LONG TIME since someone massages good and TAKES OUT EVERY INGROWN TOENAIL WITHOUT CUTTING ME! Absolutely amazing! Manicure: GEL TRUNG I believe mostly focuses on hands. He has rough hands but is VERY GENTLE when doing service. He literally cleaned ALL my cuticles and dead skin ( Mine was very bad since I'm always touching water for work) but he was also very fast. He cleaned my cuticles, he cleaned under my nails, shaped them and did an amazing ARM AND HAND MASSAGE! He literally did 5 mins each arm like deep tissue. The main person in charge usually who answers the phone too is helpful, great customer service to everyone inside the salon in general. I have not had a great experience like this in a very long time!! I definitely will be back and I definitely believe the drive up the hill will be worth it for this. I forgot the pricing but I paid 100 for my services. Mind you I got GEL, and I got a nail color that comes with a design $5 or $15 I don't remember. The halo graphics ON THE NAIL are HAND DONE with a metal thing, and I had the additional Hot Stones to my Pedicure. Thank you to the team at Royal Nails. I went Friday 10/13 @ 9:45am. Mom and I walked into the salon and we were the only clients at this time. We both asked for mani-pedi. My manicure was powder and my moms was gel. The man doing my pedicure was very rude. Didn't really pay attention to detail. I had to fix my toes at home because there were painted so bad. The lady who did my manicure didn't even clean my cuticles. Like what? Pros- This place was very clean, and I was able to make an appointment for 2 pedicures same day which was nice. The gentleman and woman doing our pedicures were nice. Cons-The water for our pedicures was cold. I mad a comment that I liked it hotter, nobody attempted to make it warmer.. They didn't do all my cuticles on my toes, and the few he did, he cut me so that sucks. I'm not sure if it was this guy's 1st time doing a pedicure but it was not good. He didn't paint my whole nail. They did a good job back then & they still do I usually do my own nails & pedis as well for my mom and sister but considering I'm 8 months pregnant, my belly doesn't let me reach my toes or anyone elses lol they did a great job on all of our pedis, amazing price for a regular polish pedi ($25) & not rushed at all.
