Do not recommend this place at all. As a first time customer I expect utensils to be clean. I got a nasty infection and they did was give me my money back. It's not sanitary at all!! Honestly never coming here again! I have had a severe infection for two weeks and it still hurts horribly. Be careful, you could be next. Everytime I come here I hope for good results and they always turn out really wonky. It's a good place for just a shape and color but designs are a no. Also acrylic almost always come out wonky. I've only left this place once happy. Don't bother getting French tips either. They can't do them. And if you try to tell them to fix something they get stressed and end up making them even worse. My worst pedicure I ever had she has me traumatized. She had my big toe bleeding, kept spraying something on it, and put some powder on it till stopped bleeding. I had to keep pointing out what she had to do or didn't do. She had hanging skin that still needed to be cleaned. Toe nails were crooked and had to point out what to clip and file. I didn't know I was going in to train someone how to do their job. You're supposed to be the professional. Take pride in your work. I tried this place several times and every time against my better judgement, I would give it another try. Waste of time and money. My most recent service (Gel mani/pedi) was on 4/7. The polish on my nails was uneven. My cuticles were polished and they did a poor job in cleaning up my cuticles. The polish is already off of my nails- barely 1 week!! The lady who did my pedi was just as bad. After several attempts with one color, I finally had to choose another color and the results were still bad. I won't make the same mistake again. But John meet my standards . He when beyond what I was expecting. Not only that but I was scared of even coming here, because of all the bad comments. That three stars this place has is actually wrong. I personally don't mind paying extra for my nails, remember good good nails equals more money. I would not recommend this place, came here at opening time (9:30 am) rushed through my nails finished at 10am and left me with nails that are crooked, lumpy, and overall just not good. Try at your own risk... place just is not for me. read more

This place is my go to they alway do a wonderful job !!!! It doesn't matter who helps me all the staff does a really good job. The last two times I've been John and Jenny helped me and I get dip polish which not every place here in the high desert, but they do and do it well and have a wide variety of colors and even more colors if you get gel polish ! The WORST! Bad hygiene! I would give negative stars if I could. The male nail tech that wears a hat doesn't wash his hands between clients manis or pedis. He also fully changed the large trash can touching all over and in it and tried to come do my nails (no gloves). I nicely asked him to wash his hands and he got an attitude and became very rude. He tried to lie and say he didn't ( I clearly saw him do it right in front of me). He got up leaving my hands soaking in acetone (which they already had been for too long). Both times I got nails done here they cut me with there tools, and I'd have an allergic reaction. I do not think the clean there tools. I have to repeatedly ask them to do them shorter even when I show them pictures of short nails. This time I realized that none of my nails are the same size or shape. Also like half my nails looked like they already needed a fill. Than they charged my card twice. Refused to put regular polish on my nails because I had my baby with me, so I was pretty much forced to get gel and pay the extra. I asked for regular polish about 4-5 times, till she told me no. Than the jell was so sloppy there are clumps under some nail tips. Also they did not make my natural nails the same length before applying tips and two nails started to lift the next day. read more

Philip, the guy at the front was very rude & dismissive when I came to an apt. scheduled to get my nail fixed. He took two other customers that walked up after me and said everybody was busy. No time to fix a nail for only a few dollars, huh? I just paid $80 last week. He is just mad because I told him it is rude to ask for a tip, as he does everytime. On top of the $1 they charge every customer for using debit when the the point of service fee is about $50 per month. They are so used to making money that they think they don't have to earn it with customer service along with the service that you are paying for. read more

This was the first time for me getting acrylic nails and the male employee that did mine made them super thick, cut them unevenly, and the best part HE WAS ON HIS PHONE! Finally I couldn't stand them for 2 weeks and I clipped them and decided to go back to have them remove it and the lady that removed my nails used another acrylic nail in her box to remove mine and left both of my thumbs cut up and ugly. She was originally having trouble taking them off so, another woman stepped in and helped removed them in the same process, but once I started bleeding she pressed down on my thumb for pressure and continued to file and whip her nails on mine while I was still slightly bleeding LMFAO. John did my nails they're okayyy my thumbs aren't as long as the rest of my nails so they're uneven. I told him i wanted them long and square he kept saying coffin and i said no, just long and square needles to say I have coffin nails. A woman who worked there kept coming up and staring at my nails and then would speak in their language which i wish i would have used my translator for that was uncomfortable. I called beforehand and asked how much for a full set and the man who answered said $45 dollars. At the end of my service the man who runs the store and john are speaking in their language and the man as if he picked a number out of the sky tells me $55 i said "nooo i called and you said $45" he said "cause you did long nails" and i responded with "you didn't say any of that on the phone you said $45" he said "okay $50" i should have argued more but i was just over it.
