The ladies are all very nice and welcoming, I didn't feel pressured into things and the place is very clean. My pedicure was fantastic and the lady who did them is amazing. I had two girls work on my full set. Both were very nice. The first one who prepped my nails did a okay job but her application of the pink acrylic was a little sloppy and she didn't seem very confident in doing acrylic. The other girl had to come in to fix them and she did my French tip. The nails themselves are very pretty but have some imperfections which were noticed before I left, the French tip has pink in it at the top which was fixed And I didnt notice til I got home unfortunately that the underneath of my nails are caked with acrylic. Overall it was a nice experience but I believe they could use more practice with acrylic :) read more

I like this place but not sure if I want to come back I feel like the lady who does the pedicures rushes thru them . Last time I got the deluxe pedicure which was suppose to come with custom scent and they never even ask which scent I wanted and the massage and whole pedicure felt rushed which sucks because that's the whole reason I get a pedicure is to relax and not want to feel rushed. They should start timing the massages and make sure they do everything it shows the pedicure we pay for comes with. Like an actual 5 min massage not 1 min and the extras it shows . Shouldn't pay extra money expecting a speciality pedicure for the basic pedicure . read more

Plenty of parking places. I was warmly greeted entering the shop. Since I was a walk-in, I had to wait 20 minutes for a nail technician to become available (only 3 in the shop, including the manager). They have a TV featuring Netflix, and the chairs have various massage modes. There are different pedicure options, and you get a complimentary drink (tea) with the service. I thought it was odd that I wasn't shown the menu of services available or even color options until the nail technician was available. I felt rushed having to make a selection as she waited, staring at me. I went in for a pedicure but was curious of the other services. Unfortunately, menu was taken as soon as I made my pedicure choice. I will say it was the most gentle pedicure I've received. I got #1 which comes with a foot scrub, callus remover, and then a hot towel around the calves. That felt nice. I've never had a technician put my sandals on while they painted them, but they came out nicely. Overall, it felt like a pampering experience. Bit on the pricey side. #1 was $40 but I believe just getting a pedicure, and no special treatment, was $30. The manager emphasized making an appt. next time which is understandable. I just started coming here because the other spot that I have been going for a decade now is usually full, and although that is an excellent thing. For me is the fact that I can't just make an appointment last minute. I have been here three times now, and every time I have gotten service from Novo. She does excellent work with pedi, and I gel mani. My gel lasted over a month without pealing. To me, that's great. Usually, it takes me more than a month to come back. This time I only got a pedi done. It is also worth mentioning that they have a stamp card and you get a discount after your tenth time of service. The environment is chill and inviting. read more

Morgan did a fantastic cat eye gel pedicure! I called to see if I could come in today and I was able to go right in. She was gentle and asked how long I wanted my toenails (I hate it when the technician automatically cuts them super short). She communicated great. I was offered a service menu with clear pricing so I knew exactly what to expect the charge to be. I was there for an hour and a half. Very relaxing. I read a book I brought with me. She didn't rush through the service and did a nice massage and asked if the pressure was ok. I don't like much pressure on my feet and it was perfect. At one point she did a pressure point touch and while the pressure scared me (yes, I am a sissy), I felt my foot relax right after so she obviously knows better than me! LOL I booked my next appointment already as it was such a nice experience. My nails are all nice & filed evenly and the polish job is very clean & neat. They even feel good when I touch them; no sharp edges or bumpy polish. The cat eye was $10 extra but it's really cool! My total was $67.49 not including the tip. I highly recommend Morgan if you like a gentle service without discomfort or pain and a skilled polish. read more

We just moved to the high desert and needed to find a new salon. We decided on this one because we can make appointments and if you're like me I don't like waiting. Both my mom and I did manicures and pedicures and don't have any complaints. Place was very very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful they even made to sure to ask what my mom wanted since she only speaks Spanish. My nail tech took out my ingrown! Definitely will be coming back and I will be recommending to my friends and family that already live up here.
