I have practiced wax on my underarms for over 3 years now, seemed like Sugar Waxing was similar so why not? As soon as I arrived, Daisy made me feel comfortable, she's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I enjoyed getting the Sugar Waxing, still not sure what I like more but they are very similar. This was my first time getting a sugar Brazilian wax and Daisy was amazing! I hadn't had a wax in over 10 years (and it was always the traditional hard wax), so I was nervous, but she made the experience smooth and quick -- literally in and out within 15 minutes! Perfect if you're on a tight schedule. Pain was about a 7/10 for me, but totally manageable, especially considering how long it had been. Daisy kept me distracted the whole time with her "tell me about yourself" convo -- which seriously helped! She also gave clear and helpful aftercare instructions, which I really appreciate because, let's be real, ingrown bumps are the worst. I definitely plan to stay consistent with my appointments. Bonus: I booked through her Groupon deal, which is a great starter option if you're looking to try sugaring for the first time. I also noticed she offers other self-care services -- definitely planning to check those out for my self-care month! let me start by saying I waited a little bit to do this review to see how my grow back was and let me tell you, this is the place to go!!! Daisy is the sweetest and super professional, she makes you feel comfortable. I regularly get hard wax done for my Brazilian but I've not been super happy with my previous wax lady's job. Daisy was thorough and I felt like she did her best to get every hair. my grow back was great. I didn't have a ton of peach fuzz in a couple days like I do with hard wax. No ingrown hairs which I get very easy and frequently. I am going to be her regular now! I'm more than willing to do this drive which is more than double what I was driving (over 35min) just for Daisy and her amazing work! I had an amazing experience! Great service, was super fast, and Daisy took her time and walked through everything she was going to do before she did it, and also the aftercare of having my Brazilian done. I also appreciate that with each step of the way she always checked in with me to make sure that I was OK. I have done my own Brazilian in the past with hard wax, and I would say that I definitely feel and see the difference of using sugar wax, and now I prefer it withwith a sugar wax. I got the revitalize facial here and I was pleasantly surprised by the results! Normally in the past, I'd gotten facials and felt like they were ok and all but I didn't notice any results, but this had my skin feeling and looking different afterwards!!
