Please do not go to this nail shop. They charge you $55 for a pedicure plus another $12 for Jail plus another $10 for the acrylic and then when they clean your and then when they do your toes, they scrub your feet with the water, they already cleaned your feet wet so nasty water out that they picked your toes and critical and all that they use that water. They dipped the brush and just use that they don't put no stuff on it. Please do not go here. read more

It was an excellent customer service experience. This was my first time here, and the ladies greeted me with a welcoming vibe. My nails turned out great, and I can't entirely agree with these reviews here. But we all get different experiences, different days, and other moments when we interact with people on a bad day. This was my first try with them. I knew this was a shot in the dark after reading the reviews but I didn't feel like driving far. Julie did my manicure and she listened and communicated very well. Honestly, it was a pleasure to talk to her and if this review was just about customer service then I would have given them 4 stars however it's also about the nails and they are definitely below average but to their defense, their prices are very low as well. I paid 35 dollars for a fill on my natural nails whereas at other places I would have paid $50. To understand the level of skill within this nail shop - think of it like this - you get what you pay for. If your just needing something real quick and your not focused on perfection then this place is perfect. If your looking for high skill and design then you would do better going some place else. Julie left my nails looking bulky and when viewing my nails at different angles, you can see uneven polish and what look like dirt from my natural nail that wasn't properly removed instead it was just polished over. Now imagine seeing that dirt on a yellow nail - right, not flattering. There was a customer I was speaking to while I was in the nail shop and she showed me her feet (which she was very proud of) and all I saw was bulk and uneven polish. The other Asian lady did her pedicure. Regardless of this review, this will be my quick GO-TO place because the nails are decent. Think of a 3star hotel vs. a 4and5 star hotel. I had to finally walk out after a few minutes into the service. The young boy assigned to do my nails was too preoccupied with his phone. I didn't even know he worked there since he didn't acknowledge my presence when I sat down at his station, it took a minute or two before he finally put his phone away and started working on my nails. Walked in just for gel polish. A guy that wouldnt even speak to me sits down and starts to file down my already very short nails. I asked him to stop, do not file the length. I had them shaped how i wanted them already hence why i did not want a manicure. I know they need to file the top of the nail and thats fine just dont mess with the length and they would not listen at all, very rude in my opinion. He didnt listen continued to file my nails down to nothing, now they look even worse than they did when i walked in. Walked out and will never go back. I will continue to go across the street tilo get my nails done. I wanted to try a new place since i am still new to the area... mistake! read more

Worse place to get a pedicure. The lady that did mine was rough and I had to hold my own foot up while she scrubbed my feet. She got irritated that I wasn't turning my foot the way she wanted me to. I had an appointment scheduled for today. Not only did I wait another 30 minutes after my appointment, my service was terrible. I wanted a gel pedicure. A male did my pedicure. This mans mannerisms said it all, he DID NOT want to work with me. There was no eye contact with him, he'd roll his eyes, made the water to soak my feet in extremely hot (my feet were still tender hours after leaving the shop) he would slam the tools he was using down when he was finished using them etc. my pedicure seemed rushed and not thorough as well, he obviously did not want to help me. Once the man was finished he just left me sitting there, I wasn't even sure if he was done. No thank you, no helping me put on my sandals, like most nail salons would do, nothing! I have never felt this way leaving anywhere and no one should be treated the way I was treated today. I scheduled a 5 O'clock appointment, but was made to wait for 30 minutes. I came in for a fill, but the female technician decided to start prying all of my acrylic off without asking me. She just said it was "time for new and kept on." THIS WAS THE MOST PAINFUL OF TAKE OFF's EVER, and I have been getting acrylic nails for over 10 years. She used a little flat spade like tool. When she prepped my nails for a new set the Dremel tool felt like it was burning my nail bed from being in the same spot of weakened nail for too long or with too much pressure, causing me MORE PAIN on each finger. I kept pulling away from her, and she just kept trying to re-direct my attention to my jewelry, saying "how pretty". Each time I asked her to be more gentle or told her that she hurting me, she just said "you just sensitive or "how pretty" about my rings again. After enduring this visit I came away with mediocre acrylics and soreness that lasted 2 days. I will not be returning.... read more
