I've been to this place twice. My very first time the quality and structure of the nails were great. I was not so happy with the shape at first, but Daizy read it on my face and insisted on fixing it for me stating she wanted me to leave happy. She wasn't even the first person who did my nails! But she wanted a happy customer for her shop. This shows stellar customer service in my opinion cause she could have easily let me leave unhappy. The vibe in the shop was great the girls are all friendly and care about their customers. Crystal did my daughter's nails for her birthday with just some pictures for what my daughter had in mind. She created a beautiful set that my daughter absolutely loved. When I went back the second I was kind of strapped for money and still wanted to get my fill, the staff did not make me feel bad for not being able to afford the bells and whistles they just did exactly what I asked for and could afford. I can't speak for all the employees here But as soon as I walked in the lady who took me already looked very angry. Sat in her chair for a pedicure and not even five minutes in she's trimming skin that shouldn't be trimmed. She cut skin from the clipper, there was no dead skin to take so she started clipping from the actual toe and took a chunk on my right foot, hurt bad I even jumped out of my chair and seconds later it was bleeding , didn't even apologize. You'd think after that she would've slowed down and been more cautious but she carried on being reckless and did it to the other foot even worse. Still no apology. I paid for the extra time of a massage and only got half the time of a massage. I've had fast pedicures who still did a great job This lady was beyond the fastest pedicure, I've had horrible pedicures done before and this really takes the cake. I barely even got a foot scrub ( ~3 seconds each foot) barely even got a scrub from the sea salt on my shins and calf (~3 sec each leg) This lady didn't do jack squat And for the price point it should've probably been 15$ And the charged $25 Sorry I'm a huge tipper and this is the first time I'm not tipping jack squat and not even feeling bad. I really needed this pedicure being 4 weeks from giving birth to my first born and chose to come here thinking I'd get a great service, this is the worst service I've ever had in my life !!! Nice people but the quality is trash. I went in on Saturday, the lady who did my nails cut me 3 times doing my cuticles and filed my skin on my pinky raw. 3 days later my index finger nail broke off so I went in the same day (today) to get it redone. A different lady "fixed" it. She left so much acrylic under my nail, it's not the same shape or length of the other nails either! Absolutely terrible and will never be going back. Maybe being from NY has made me somewhat of a nail snob but for $50, this was the worst mani/Pedi I've ever had. None of the tools were in a cleaning solution, they were just taken off a tray. The filing was like that of a child, and so was the polishing. I had to keep pointing out spots she missed. It was just all around bad. Save yourself the headache and money and find another location or just do nails at home. read more

Wasn't super impressed with this nail salon, they are very overpriced for SOSO work. Young guy that did my pedicure did not take his time and messed up my big toe and had to start completely over. He never cut my cuticles nor offered it or asked me if I want a cut down. He just wanted to hurry and finish to get back to messing with his phone in a corner. The guy had to be told to clean his pedicure bowl after He was finished. He also wanted me to change the color (which was yellow) I told him that you have to just layer it and it'll look great which he did and it looked very nice. I don't recommend this place, wasn't happy for what I paid for and it wasn't a great job at that. Plenty of other nail salons you can go to that are worth what they charge. read more

***DON'T NOT COME HERE*** I would give them no stars if I could. I normally don't come to the nail salon but the guy who normally does my nails was fully booked so I walked in and everything was going good for my pedicure until the massage part. She was working on my cuticles on my toes and I'm not too sure why the lady who was working on my toes did this but she took the cuticle callus remover liquid and put it on my leg as if it was a lotion instantly my leg started to burn and I told her it burns you need to take this off of me so she put my foot in the water I was trying to rub it off. I was thinking why would you put that on my leg if it's not even lotion or anything for your leg it's for your cuticles not to massage your leg with so instantly my skin started to get red bumpy I think it actually took some hair off and the owner of the nail salon is right there and she saw what was going on and they basically just try to rub it off which was making if worse. The lady tried spraying alcohol from a spray bottle which I told her please don't do and she did it anyways and the owner comes with a Bottle of Alove gel which didn't help at all. I should've just gotten up and left but I finished the pedicure in pain I let her paint my toenails I should just walked out and not even paid for it. Went to urgent care and they tell me I have a chemical burn on my leg and they asked me what chemicals were in the bottle and I have no idea because those bottles don't have ingredients labeled it just says cuticle liquid on it so please be aware of the salon because the lady who did my nails told me "oh I always do this to everyone and no one's had a reaction" and I was like wait if you do this to everyone that's not right like you don't use this to massage someone's leg it's chemicals. I will never be back to the salon ever. the picture was from someone else who posted a review but this is the lady that did my pedicure so please just be careful when you have a pedicure by her or do your nails so she doesn't give you a chemical burn. read more

Both my husband and I got a mani and pedi. U got a full set obviously he didn't. Well I opted for the cheaper pedi because I thought my nails would be more expensive. Well my husband got the $50 pedicure and somehow ended up with a quick cheap horribly done pedi. Legit the guy took longer and better care of me than my husband and my husband paid double. When it comes to my fullest. I think the color changing gel was amazing but the actual nails weren't that great. They were pretty but at closer look there was thick gel on the inside, one nail was awkwardly shaped, and another was completely crooked when compared to the other. Won't be back. I have tried a number of salons up here and for my first visit, this was the best. Don was not only very friendly, but did the best pedicure I have ever had. I have constant ingrown nail problems, and Don really knows how to take care of them. His English is pretty good, but you do have to listen carefully. I swear I'll never ever go here again. I told the guy I wanted medium length (He said his name was achino. Looked about 16yo) round nails. I'd said it several times! He made them super short like the length when you bite your nails to much. Then he did my nails square. I told him I asked for round nails several times, I showed him a pic of my nails the previous week and he accused me of showing him "The wrong picture". When the customer next to me started saying "she did ask you for round several times", he got mad and said if I wanted him to fix them it would be an extra $15. I refused and he started shouting and cussing at me the whole time im being calm then he said I'm done with you and stormed out of the salon. Horrible experience!!! The technician took out the cuticle clippers and nail clippers, they were all rusty!!! My appointment was at 11:30 but didn't start my nails until 12:30! There was a woman behind the desk who spent entire time playing on her phone! The massage was absolutely horrible! The technician didn't even rub my shoulders, he just kept pushing down.
