I paid for the the combo body and feet service I didn't get my full service. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. What made me feel uncomfortable my lower body was exposed and the man took over with no reason explaining why he had to take over. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. I specifically said I was having really bad pain on my upper back and neck, both the woman and the guy didn't work on what I asked for. My hands were balled up into a fist and we're so tense that my hands were sore. And all I thought about was "I have to get out of here"

What made the experience even worse was that I was not allowed to leave until I paid the tip amount they requested. If a business has a tipping policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers before the service begins not after the fact. I give her benefit of the doubt she brought out the oil or maybe shes forgetful because her age. Her massage was kind of soft in my opinion but I understand shes old. Then around the 40min mark she ask me to flip over. I thought she was going to massage my front. Instead she did a jerk off hand gester or uh uh meaning full on sex. She offered it for $160. I was like wtf no way!! Then she says she can jerk me off for $60. I told her,"I can do that myself for free" She then ask me for $20 tip. I look at the time only been 43 mins. I told her I paid for 60 mins then I can tip her. She goes on and says I have to give her $20 tip because thats standard. She also goes on and tells me the owner gets all the 60$ she doesnt get paid, only tip. I laugh and said,"Im pretty sure you share profit with owner. Makes absoutely no sense.
