Used to go here about once a month when I lived in the HD. I moved but came back a few times when visiting and it is not so good anymore. One time the lady just mashed through the massage. This last time (last week) the lady had rough hands and long nails that were scratching and horribly uncomfortable. I thought it was me bc I had not had a massage in a while but no it was nails. Went in before work one day. Needed to loosen up as I was stiff from the long week. Got the 30 minute service and the masseuse was great, a bit soft but great. Could've been firmer. I loved how she used hot stones and oil. Turned around and she rubbed my calves and thighs, this time firmly which was much appreciated. I've come here before to get a massage and the masseuse I got was really good, she massaged everywhere and had good pressure I felt amazing. Today I went in and had another massage which was really good on pressure, the only thing I want to say is that this masseuse goes hard around the bones in the upper back area with elbows. So just make sure when you go to ask for softer on the upper and then harder in other areas you want. (I'm not gonna put her name out here) you'll know who I'm talking about(:! Great place. $20 for an hour for massage, but it's really s full body massage with your clothes on. Not a traditional massage so don't go in expecting that. I think they changed owners. I used to come here all the time and my experiences were always positive. Today I was disappointed. My husband and I went and were placed in the room in the back with two massage chairs. Two people came in to massage us and they kept having conversations and giggling, making it very hard to relax and be at ease. One of them was being very rough and my issue is that they cannot communicate. I have no problem that English may be their second language, but someone there should be able to understand you, especially with basics like "more pressure" "less pressure" and "that hurts" especially when you are dealing with other people's bodies. They also kept switching massues on us and they kept leaving the door wide open, which was very distracting as people walked by. Also, the $20 foot massage use to include feet and partial body, now the same massage is $30,which is fair if it was an excellent experience, but my experience was subpar. I like the ability to walk-in for a massage and had become accustomed to good service. Tonight I returned to Super Spa and learned about their new 'mandatory tipping' policy. I don't think I've ever seen one outside of on a menu for large parties at a restaurant. The massages are very inexpensive, even with the mandatory 'tip' (still a little confused how it's a tip and not a mandatory service charge). After our last experience, we told ourselves we wouldn't go back, but we desperately needed massages after our grind during Peak at work. Massages were not bad, although the masseuse stood on my husband's back, and then proceeded the press her heel into his back stating how 'strong ' he is. The deep tissue massage for him quickly turned painfully, as she pressed her elbow straight into his back and drug her elbow up towards his neck, slipping into his spine several times. At the end of the massages, as it was time to pay, the owner TOLD us to tip $10 each, which would bring our total from $90 ($40 + $50-deep tissue) to NOW $111 for a 1HR massage ($1 charge for using card). She absolutely insisted on a $10 tip for each masseuse, that ended up making a relaxing environment, VERY uncomfortable. I WILL NOT RETURN. I am 50 years old and have some aches and pains from the physical abuse of working construction my whole life. I have seen a lot of masseuses. She is by far the best I've ever found. Because of my physical structure my chiropractor has difficulty adjusting my neck and back. After a massage from her.....I can adjust my own neck and back. I drive from Las Vegas to California just for an hour massage. The environment of the store is very relaxing, quiet and peaceful with soft music playing in the background. The prices are extremely reasonable. You get much more than you pay for. All of the staff is very friendly and focused outward. I suggest you try for yourself, women and men. Since my first visit, I've been back a few times for the $20 foot massage. Other reviews are right, it's almost like a full body massage! It's great for after a long day standing or walking, and if I want to relax. But if you are sore all over and wants to get your muscles massage, the foot massage cannot replace the full body. But hey, it's $20 massage, I found that wayyy more soothing and relaxing than getting a pedicure at a nail salon! Also, just a note on the side, I came in a few time during my pregnancy for the foot massage. Some day they are better than the other, depending on the person doing the massage. However, I do not recommend doing foot massage here during pregnancy unless you are only have your foot done. Because you will be required to lay on your belly and I don't think their chairs are good for a pregnant belly. There was one time he was able to massage my back with me laying on the side and that was good. But the rest of the time, stick with just foot during baby rearing months just to be on the safe side! read more

I've been coming to this spa for 12 years and I've never had a bad massage until today. I practically paid to get oil rubbed on my body, no massage or effort to even eliminate any of my tension. Horrible experience and they refused to give me my money back because they are "only employees" and only offered to give me a "free"20 minute massage when I paid for a whole 60 minutes. I used to come here before COVID. The cheapest hour massage was 25 bucks and tip amount was whatever you wanted to give. I went today. Massage was ok. Cheapest massage is now 40 bucks now, I'm okay with that though I don't mind supporting a small business after COVID hit. BUT I gave her 14 bucks for myself and boyfriend as a tip that was all the cash I had left, after spending 110 dollars for two massages. She gave me the dirtiest look and pointed to her sign that said customers must pay 25% tip. She said I have to pay 10 dollar tip for each massage. If the massage was the best and amazing I would've left to give her more but her attitude towards me made me mad. And that was bad customer service.
