It's my go to in the high desert but there are slightly better techniques at Asian massage places down the hill. The price is average and they do stamp cards if you ask for one. They do require 10$ tip so factor that into your price. I've been here over 20x and have only ever had one bad massage so it is overall a service worth the money read more

Awesome massage, made me feel so relaxed!! Once I arrive they offered me to have a sit.

Great massage at reasonable price I got foot massage and the lady was really nice and good read more

10/10 would come again, it was so relaxing and they're quite good. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long shift.

very nice and relaxing massage. Angela is the best. I will definitely come back and highly recommend to others to come. thanks read more

I am very happy with ocean spa these days. I love when they give a nice , slow moving relaxing massage that can put me to sleep. I like to bring a mixture of three parts of baking soda and one part of Epsom salt in a sandwich bag To pour into my foot bath water, it helps with inflammation and helps relax. I also like to play my deep healing frequency music next to me and it's the best. I definitely have my favorite Therapist, but I'm going to keep that to myself but all the staff is great. They do a wonderful job and know what they're doing. read more

Walked in to try this place just today. Clean and quiet; a plus from the start. Fair price for their services and I was very happy with CeCe taking care of me. I knew from other reviews to bring cash and avoid the card fee. I tend to be a generous tipper when service is good so I don't mind the request of at least $10 tip. Too bad they have obviously had really crappy tippers and feel the need for a sign. I will definitely return. read more

First time at this spa. I had a 1 hour combo massage, feet and back but it was much more. She was very good. I've had massages before where the person talked and talked but this place was very relaxing and professional. I would definitely go again. read more

Went to Ocean Spa the three of us wanted to get a foot massage. They wanted to charge $40 if you psy cash & $45 if you use card. Since it was three of us they would have charged $15 to use the card. Plus a mandatory $10 tip per person !!! That's $45 more than I expected to pay. I will NOT go back they lost some loyal customers. We were regulars here read more

The massage was super professional. But if you pay credit card you have to pay $5 card fee. Cash is original price. I recommend paying with cash. read more

Got a 90 minute foot massage that also included neck, back, head and arms. Great overall massage that loosened up the whole body and focused on the feet & shins for about 2/3 of the time. Holly did a great job! You can only book appointments 2 days in advance so if you are looking for a massage with little advanced notice, this place is great. read more

Whomever was my massage therapist is clearly not licensed. Had no idea what she was doing. If you have never had a massage you may not know but if you have had one, ugh. Just awful. Used her arm for everything. Left my neck still in pain. Didn't rub into a single muscle just rolled on top of all of them with her arm. First and last time. Save your money, go somewhere else. read more

I just tried to call twice to schedule an appointment. First of all, the caller ID has this number under J & S Foot Care, and withing the first 2 seconds the girl on the line said "What!" and hung up on me! I was already sketched out but tried to call again and they hung up on the second ring. Guess this place doesn't know the meaning of customer service. read more

This was my first time visiting. First time naked couple massage and Bella did a perfect job!! I will be a repeat client for sure

Clean place, workers are super nice, and the massage is AMAZING!!! They definitely take care of what you ask for and make sure to focus on that specific request. 10/10 recommend read more

I've gone here for many years and recently the have just gotten more and more greedy and tasteless. The sign on the door says 30.00 massage but when I went to pay I was told 35.00 and then without warning I was charged 2.00 to use my card so that's already 7.00 more and then they have the audacity to post a "minimum 10.00 tip" sign. Wth? Since when can you demand a tip let alone a minimum amount? Then I had to do my tip after and was charged another 1.00 for my card.... So now that's 8.00 plus the "mandatory 10" idk the massage was really good but the other is just really a huge turn off, just charge 40.00 for the massage and save the sneakyness and BS read more

First time massage. Called and asked if they take pregnant clients. They said yes I come in and tell them it's my first time and I want hot stones and my back massages the lady at the front desk says yes I will let your massage lady know to bring the hot stones. While getting a massage I was told I can lay on my side to have my back done, the whole time I was wondering how much time I have left then I get told ok get up your done. No hot stones, no back massage.... So when I'm walking out I tell them thank you and they stop me and tell me to pay the 10$ tip that 10$ is the minimum allowed tip. How embarrassing in front of people, and I wasn't given any hot stones or my back touched when it was a FULL BODY massage. No thank you, never going back. read more

We are out of state and any time we are in California visiting family we stop by for massages!

This was my regular place for massage before they changed ownership. I needed a massage really bad and came here even though most current reviews say to steer clear. They were able to take me right away and give me a female masseuse as requested. My masseuse was Lady and she took good care of me, occasionally asking if her pressure was enough. The only thing that put me off was that payment was due before service. read more

Will never come again ! Before I came, I briefly read through the reviews I read mainly the good ones I really wish I would've read through all of them. I honestly felt like I was touched very inappropriately the male who gave me a massage started off right, but then proceeded to my buttocks area, which I understand it's part of massages, but he dug his elbow up my ass. I had told him to stop and from there I was super tense. He proceeded to move down to my legs and returned back to my buttocks getting closer to my vaginal area . he briefly stopped to go get some things, but I walked out. What really made me weary was he put a towel over my head which allowed me to not see anything I felt like my whole session was focused on my butt and the downfall is they make you pay before hand If I could give them a zero I would read more

Nope. Don't come here. These good reviews must be from when it was owned by someone else in the past. It was my mother in law, my sister in law, and myself that all went. We booked for a 3 person massage to be together and they said on the phone we would be but once we got there we were separated. I can't get over how badly my 'masseuse' smelt like cigarettes.. their hands stunk, The room stunk and I couldn't wait for it to be over, putting my face inside of the hole on the massage table... I wanted to throw up. Not a clean spa, I felt gross after going. Definitely showered as SOON as I got home. They do the "must tip" policy. And I don't like that. Why would someone want to tip a nasty place like that? The massage was really dead and I didn't feel any relief. It was very empty and boring. Also painful. Not the full amount in time I paid for. So ridiculous. All of it, super gross. I'm not sure how people get away with such minimal effort. Why even go into the spa business. Do they not think Americans can tell the difference between a horrible massage and a good one? How hard is it to not smell like shit and get your place cleaned? NOPE read more

I have been here twice now. I have gotten a hour full body massage both times and Coco is the masseuse that has worked with me both times. I ask for hard pressure each time- I like it to hurt a bit now to feel even better later. Coco is strong, considerate and she checks in to see how I am handling the pressure. The shop is clean, smells good and has gentle relaxing music playing. Highly recommended and also suggest you make a reservation. read more

Came here randomly one day based off reviews and was happy i did. The massage was great and the price was too!

STOP READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT Don't believe the hype from old reviews! The business was sold and doesn't produce the same service as before! The old owners had amazing reviews because they offered a great service at a reasonable price. That was then.. this is now!! This place has a new owner and it's horrible! The reviews that are recently posted with negative comments are accurate! I returned and tried for myself and I don't see me going back unless it sells again and offers the customer service it had before. It was a legitimate massage place that offered great customer service. Here's my experience from the new owners. They raised their prices! The female masseuse left my room not once, twice, nope not 3 but 4 different times. Yes I'm aware they go to retrieve towels, stones etc. this is a problem. Be properly prepare for your customers. Each time they leave, that's time that's taken from my hourly massage service that I paid for. It also interrupts the flow of the massage that isn't relaxing. They don't teach you that when getting your license either! Basic 101 knowledge! Also other reviews comment made about the lady having dry hands.. what you are actually feeling is the lady wearing latex gloves!! WHAT??!! YES!! 1000%! No one wants that!! Ever!! If you feel you have to wear gloves while giving a massage, this is the wrong profession for you! And lastly, when I was ready to leave, they definitely expect a tip and are not shy about looking to see what you're giving them before you leave. I paid what what is average/fair, but I could see how other reviews mentioned feeling harassed if they didn't tip accordingly. Unfortunately people that offer services NEED to remember .. tips are not obligated they are an appreciation of your personal service you gave to the customer. So if it wasn't exceptional service, or completely satisfied, it's wrong for you to assume the customer has to tip you! You can't post a sign DEMANDING TIPS!! Sadly this place was fantastic when it opened and the reviews were accurate.. Yelp shouldn't allow the new place to carry those reviews over because it's misleading to a new customer. But trust the newer reviews and hope a new and better massage place opens soon! read more

The insistence of a tip is what really made me decide not to return. They even have a sign telling you what the tip minimum is.

I was in pain when I came. The lady did a hard massage which I needed. I was a little put off with the tip sign especially when you're charged a dollar to tip. read more

Very clean nice staff my lady was amazing best massage ever :) def will be coming back

I just tried this place yesterday; my boyfriend and his mom are regulars but this was my first time. It is a clean, large place with a lot of space and private rooms for massages. This made it fairly quiet for a pleasant noise-free massage. The manager kept assuring us it was clean and sanitized in between customers. They also take your temperature twice before allowing you in for the massage. As far as COVID-19 goes, I am pretty comfortable that I won't catch anything here. The massage was good, although I got the foot massage (which does cover most of the body, but is pretty much 80% feet/legs) and I think next time I would do a combo so there is more neck, shoulders and back. For our little group, the 3 of us were in a private room but it looked like there are private rooms for each person if you come alone. The only issue was that we had appointments and were asked to come back in 45 minutes - but the manager was nice and let us have $5 off each service when we returned (and the service itself was worth the wait), so I will forgive it. Overall, I liked it and will return when I am in the area. read more

This place was amazing. Hidden gym. I highly recommend. My masseuse was very good and strong lol. The place is nice and clean. Affordable prices. I should have left as soon as I walked in... the place smelled like cigarette smoke and was musty. The massage overall was ok! I was SUSPECT walking in here today. I get massages SO OFTEN it's ridiculous. It started off not good. Pressure was NOT there. I started writing my yelp review in my head 15 minutes into a 90 minute foot massage. It was 2 stars starting off. As she started going to different parts she increased pressure some areas, decreased others and it was by far the most inconsistent, no rhyme or reason sort of fantastic massage you WOULD NEVER EXPECT. You keep your clothes on the entire time, your feet are in hot water for the first 20 minutes or so while your massaged face up. Then the feet are done WHICH WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PART. My therapist, her name was yen, made my feet feel like they were on clouds. She is a FEET doctor. She may have said 4 words the entire time but I feel into a coma for about an hour as soon as she started on my feet. Boy! Was this a treat. The place was SPOT LESS. I was in a big room with about 5 beds but was there by myself. I heard nice music and a water fountain the entire time, no talking or anything distracting. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. Your feet will thank you. :) read more
